Was completely frustrated by Kia’s lack of customer info regarding key fob battery specs and replacement. So relieved to find this store - excellent assistance!!

Mark saved the day I can’t stress that enough. He had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to address my key fob issue. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Would highly recommend him. The world needs more great people like him

My fiancé and I went in yesterday to get his screen repaired. His phone was there for a couple hours so I called. I was told there was nothing they could do because the screen he needed was on back order. That was fine no issue, so I went and picked up the phone, when my fiancé got home from work he plugged that phone it to make sure it was fully charged just to make sure everything was still functioning properly besides the screen being messed up. Come to find out whoever was working on his phone had reset it and he lost EVERYTHING. He had photos of his dad who passed. Now everything is gone. Very disappointed about this and when we called the man who answered said “I wasn’t working yesterday”. I’m sorry but that is very unprofessional because it shouldn’t matter if he was at work or not yesterday when we brought the phone in. This is the stores mistake. And it is any store employees duty to fix that mistake. Absolutely terrible.

Went in to the store on 1-2-25 around 6:30pm to get a new battery put in car remote the guy literally had my key fob for about 5-10seconds & was done & honestly had the best customer service he was awesome will definitely keep going back

Ten years of shopping here, I have never been less than super happy with the services or products from this store. Most recently they were able to fix my son's phone which was something I didn't even know they did! I've bought replacement UPC batteries, car batteries, bulbs, rechargeable batteries, and even a flashlight or two and couldn't be happier with every single purchase. The people are always great.

The store is awesome. I was in and out in under 2 mins. They had my order sitting right on the counter and once i had told them my name and they seen that it was already paid for they said i was good to go unless i wanted a receipt. Store was clean and the atmosphere, felt friendly. A+ you guys.

This was my second time going in. Not sure who waited on me today but just wanted to say Thank You for the free battery for my garage door opener. It was one of the little round one’s. You guys are the best.

Keith was very helpful. He was patient and explained what may have been causing my remote car key to not work and replaced the old battery. I'd highly recommend Battery Plus.

I ordered my battery online and took advantage of a discount code. I was able to get my battery within 30 minutes. I was in store in less than 5 minutes and on my way. The battery is in my car and working great.

I walked in Saturday late afternoon looking for a small hearing aid battery, They were pointed out to me and I was advised they were $5 each, I was surprised and voiced that you can buy the same brand for $5 for a 10 pack. I was met with derision and as I left was met with a sarcastic "Have a nice day". I'll enjoy telling people to shop elsewhere if this is the attitude your associates have.

I was able to make my appointment online. Once in the store, they greeted me and catered to my needs. They were friendly. They were also timely in the return of my iPhone from my service of a cracked screen!

I had to bring a phone in to get fixed twice In the same week, And Keith was absolutely amazing. He has the best customer service attitude that I have ever came in contact with at a store In person and over the phone. He was such a delight to work with. I highly recommend Keith at this store! This is a great store. It is extremely clean and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable at there job. I stopped in to get a new key fob for a vehicle because ours was broken. I was highly amazed that I was in and out of the store with a new fob fully functional in less the 15 minutes. And the prices were unbeatable it was a fraction of the price the dealership wanted to change. I highly recommend this store to everyone!!!!!

Went to Batteries Plus for a key/key fob replacement. Mark, at the Grove City location, was absolutely outstanding! This guy knows his stuff and helped me schedule an appointment for the following morning, since I didn’t have that vehicle with me. He had it done in no time and the work was 100% spot on. I will definitely be back to see Mark in the future. Just a great customer experience!

Had a great experience at the Grove City store. Keith was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to show me how to change the battery myself (I bought an extra one for the 2nd key fob). Great experience, I purchased the lifetime warranty on all my watches a while ago. Today was the first time I took them in to have the batteries replaced, I walked in dropped them off, Kyle called me the next day to let me know they were ready to go. He was super friendly and energetic on the phone, I showed up to pick them up and less than a minute later I was out the door with 5 watches all working perfectly. The experience was amazing because it was so fast and simple. There is really something to be said for good service, I know a lot of other companies that could learn a lot from this place. Very impressed!

Brought in my Galaxy S9+ for a new battery and charge port repair. Was not disappointed. Not only are they cheaper than the certified alternatives in my area, but they were very professional as well. The repair only took about an hour and a half, and everything works perfectly now. Physically can't even tell the phone was messed with but all the problems were fixed expertly. Will definitely go here again in the future.

Stopped in on a Saturday around 3:30 pm to inquire about a replacement battery & kit for my Galaxy s8+. I know I can order it from Amazon for about $45. The helpful lady said they only had the battery for $70, but if I made an appointment...they would install it in 1 hr with a 6 month warranty for $60. I asked if they could do it today...she said yes. I filled out some quick paperwork, and she said we'll see you in an hour. I returned at 4:30 pm and it was ready! Apologetically, she explained that they broke the back glass during it's removal. That was our fault, she said, and we have replaced the glass free of charge, and your battery replacement is reduced to $35! Wow...all this without complaining! I thought good Customer service was a thing of the past! Hats off to the folks at Battery Plus!

First time using this place. Bought a 2004 Mustang convertible for oldest son. Only had one key and fob. Called and spoke to Kayla. Very detailed, stated they could get both. Went into explaining the process in detail, how long it would take, etc. Last Sat., my wife and son took the car up and they were handled very professionally. The key fob actually works better than the one we got with the car. I highly recommend this place and easily will look to them first anything related to their products.

BEST customer service! John and Tony went above and beyond to help my daughter get her vehicle key replaced. Key cut, fob programmed with a service call to the vehicle and still came in under the dealer fob price! Customer for life! Thanks guys – you are life savers!

I've shopped there a few times, now. Tony has helped me every time and is an incredibly helpful guy. I really appreciate the effort he put into helping us out. Also, Cory from the WeFixIt side is amazing. While I was battery shopping, Cory fixed my son's iPhone. Fast and convenient service, and good prices, too. We couldn't be happier!

Had to have my screen replaced for my Note8. What a Fabulous job! Yes it was expensive, but it's not just glass that has to be replaced for these phones. It's the entire top of your phone! So, its actually a very fair price considering the detailed work they did!!! They showed me the part and how it comes in. They were also quick! Inside an hour, they were calling us to pick up. Thanks So MUCH!!!??? Definitely Recommended ?

These guys are great. They are always so helpful and make it so easy to get a new watch battery, especially when you have the lifetime replacement. Everything is on their system - no need to bring any paperwork. They always make you aware of special deals they have without being pushy and trying to make a sale. I really feel like they care about their customers.

Had the store order a spare key fob for my car, which came in about 5 days later. I had them program it for me over the weekend and what usually can take a long time to do, (for my particular type of car) only took just minutes. The young man that helped me could not have been more attentive and dedicated to getting the job done right. I have had several interactions with this store and they have all be 100% positive. Fan for life.
