Less and less do I shop at this Kroger and the nastier their customer service attitudes are the less I shop there. I'm just not spending my money with businesses with bad customer service

NEVER AGAIN!. Will I ever contribute to this Kroger on Sawmill Road. We spend $500 - $600 a month on grocery, times 12 months in the year is about $7,000 a year.. you can never find a cashier in this Kroger. It doesn't matter how much grossery you have you better find a self-checkout and scan and bag up those groceries yourself. 7 years ago you can get away with that little cure for your customers. But in 2026 there is a Walmart across the street with very beautiful fruits and vegetables cheaper than Kroger, there is a Giant Eagle down the street, there's a Whole Foods to up the street, there's a Target that's now has a grocery store section, there's a Myers with a grocery store section with beautiful fruits and vegetables there's just too much option for me to go spend .my $7,000. .these businesses always have cashiers and registers open and there's always someone you can find to ask a question or get some help. I am done with this Kroger on Sawmill Road.

It's grocery store is awesome. From the people who work here too great deals and more.

We had forgotten a bag of our groceries at the self checkout a few days ago. Took the receipt in and Patricia gave us replacement items with zero hassle. Excellent customer service from our neighborhood store. Thanks Patricia.

This review is for Kelly the pharmacist and her amazing staff. They went above and beyond trying to first, have the system recognize my new Medicare care , then Kelly called the insurance company and waited on hold to try and get approval for my vaccine . Thank you Kelly and staff!

Brand new store. Has everything you'd need, Good luck finding it. Never saw any staff members throughout the store. Laid out kinda strange. Never found pizza rolls, I know there processed. Their my only sin. Back to subject. 16 minutes to shop. 45 mins to scan and bag my own groceries. Really ?. Profits over people.

Brandon in the Deli and Bakery was an invaluable help this holiday season. When I arrived to pickup 48 cupcakes and 2 small cakes for my nephews birthday party (twins born right between christmas and new years), he was incredibly helpful and promt to see to it my order was in hand and I was on my way as fast as possible. Though one issue did arise, Brandon worked through it like an absolute champion! It appears due to some clerical error, the two cakes that were ordered were not made. Sometimes these things happen, and Brandon was a prime example of what to do when these events do occur, helping suggest worthy replacements and keeping the situation upbeat and kind feeling despite all the stresses of the season. I will be happily returning as often as I can, hoping to see Brandon each and every visit!

This Kroger has a wide variety of products.

Clean store with good selection but constantly understaffed at checkout. The line for self-checkout is easily 10 deep at 9:30 on Saturday morning when 12 or more self-checkout stations aren't even open for use. Be prepared to use all your patients! (Edit: every time... They put loss prevention over customers every day.)

Big surprise it's literally 3 hours before they close and the entire left entrance is locked, every self checkout on the left side of the store is shut down. Let me park on one side so I can walk across the store to get things 3 feet away from the left side door that I need, so I can walk back across the store to check out. Unbelievably obnoxious

It’s been my same store for 40 years it moved across the street to make a Market Place and I like Kroger products over other grocery stores products? I mostly use the Pharmacy and I’m telling EVERYONE IF YOUR HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PHARMACY… GO TO KROGER PHARMACY THEY ARE THE BEST THEY GET WHAT YOU NEED THEY TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF YOU! From getting Shots or just picking up a Script I would give them a chance because they do go that extra distance!

This Kroger is large and clean. There are fresh vegetables, meats, seafood, a Starbucks, a sushi place, flowers, and a gas station. Everything can be found here. Service is great and WiFi is fast.

Poor customer service! First time at this location. I asked a simple question politely about where an item was located in the store. The Kroger worker acted like he did not hear or understand what I said, so I started to repeat myself and very rudely he stated “I heard what you said” with attitude. Hopefully he is not like that all the time.

DO NOT SHOP THIS KROGER AS IT IS HIGHLY UNSAFE! I went here to get food prior to going to the Columbus Zoo with my family including my 3 year old son. When we arrived he needed his diaper changed as he was soiled. I went into the family restroom to change him and attempted to place him on the changing table that was attached to the wall. The changing table bottom immediately gave out and my son fell to the floor onto his head, arms, and lower legs. I immediately checked for signs of trauma and did not observe any as I was able to catch him as he fell, limiting the impact to the floor. Upon inspection, I found that the plastic where the bottom joins to the side attached to the wall was completely separated. I immediately went to customer service and asked for the manager. A store lead, Nate, met me and I showed him the table. He apologized and said that they would tape it off so no one used it anymore. Upon talking with Nate further, Nate explained that they have been aware of this defect for SEVERAL WEEKS, yet nothing was done nor was any notice posted on the changing table. He explained we would fill out an incident report which was a blank piece of paper he grabbed from a printer. This is not Kroger policy. I explained to him that I would be recording our interaction to which he explained that he did not consent to recording and refused to speak further. I informed him that there are legal consequences at hand here since they were aware of the issue yet did nothing to rectify. I will no longer shop this location and I am awaiting follow up from Kroger corporate. Currently I am also monitoring my son for signs of injury and following concussion protocol. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION. IF YOU CARED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WOULD PUT SAFETY AT THE FOREFRONT.

The pharmacy is very slow, there's no drive-thru. Half the U-Scans always take the day off. The layout is a maze. The "AI" shoplift detection is wrong and wastes your time, it made me switch to Amazon Fresh and stop shopping here.

This is my go-to Kroger because it's 5 min from my house so I go here 1-2 times a week. I don't usually have many issues, until today. I cruise the clearance aisle every week and this week they had baby food pouches. I have not night this brand baby food pouch because it's usually expensive so I was excited to see it on clearance. I admit this is my fault that I didn't check the expiration date before I bought them and took them home so I'm not asking for money back or anything. BUT they are expired by 6 months! That's insane. And they weren't there last week so that means they were literally just put out within the last couple days. 6 months?! That's so dangerous and disgusting.

Unfortunately I went to this Kroger. Waited patiently while Chase at customer service corrected my shoppers club card so the phone number works. He was kind and efficient. Then I went to Deil to have some meat sliced. I stood there as the only customer for 2 full minutes. There were three workers doing busy work and no one even acknowledged me. UGH. I LEFT without what I came for.

While I have never had issues with the store itself, I am writing this review in the staff that y’all have working in the Starbucks. I sometimes will order Starbucks via the app, when I’m about to leave the gym across the stress. It’s early, around 630am. After about the 3 instance of this happening, this last time has led me to write this review. The customer service and professionalism at this location is lacking. I have ordered coffees and upon arrival, have found out that no one is working. I am typically in a rush so waiting wiring trying to find a manager isn’t an option, not should I even have to do this. 3-4 times, I have been charged for drinks that I never received because you hire staff that does not show up. It’s ridiculous that I pay money and find out that it’s a waste because you have staff that cannot report to work.

I came across 4 of the most unhelpful Kroger employees in my entire life of ANY Kroger in less than 5 minutes all at this location. Couldn’t break change I just got from the self check out. Wouldn’t do it at the service desk. Then I decide to buy a lottery ticket to break the $20 and they leave a person who is not trained to do anything who won’t help me. I looked to see if I was on Punked/Candid Camera. What a nice wayto end a sad day at work.

This is my fave grocery store! I live an hour away and will forever love this store the most. The young baggers and cashiers are honestly a delight! Their parents should always be proud! I have never had s bad experience and I am there alot

Staff is friendly, always happy to help. Selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is hard to beat! A great variety of meats, chicken, and seafood is available with staff that will quickly accommodate specific requests (items in the butcher's showcase), always fast and friendly. If you purchase gas at Kroger Fuel, the difference in price with competitors can be a great reason to shop Kroger. Checking out could be a little better at peak hours but for the most, it could be much worse. Overall, Kroger offers good value for your hard earned money.

Excellent customer service from Anika who was working at the Cashier ! This location has got a beautiful beautiful collection of Flowers ! If you want flowers, this is the place ! The fruits and vegetables were all fresh. Great collection of cheese as well. Oh and yes, I have not seen such a big collection of Drinking bottled water anywhere else, so for that as well, its the best place. There is a Starbucks inside as well

Shame on you Kroger! I have a 9 month old and even at the height of the shortage, this quality, alternative brand was not this expensive. Now they have it in stock and it's $50?! I'm submitting a complaint with the AG's office. This is price gouging.

I wanted to purchase two teal patio chairs from the Kroger on Sawmill Rd but having recently had an abdominal hysterectomy I’m unable to lift anything. I went to the Customer Service Desk and spoke with Store Manager Peder. He not only rang up my purchase for me but said to just pull my car up by the chairs and he would load them for me himself! I did just that and he even shook out the rain from the chairs before loading them for me. I am utterly impressed by Manager Peder for his stellar customer service!!

There is an employee at this location that works at customer service named Lamain and he is one of the rudest people working here. I went to customer service today because a coupon I had clipped on the app didn't apply to an item I had purchased and he said that I was lying and had used a paper coupon for that product and that's why it didn't apply. Now why would I be lying about something like that?? This isn't the only time I've had an issue with him. I've seen expired items on the shelves of this store multiple times and I had reported it to the employees as well. I reported it to Lamain once because he was the only person at customer service, unfortunately, and he didn't care. He completely ignored me. I don't understand why he has such an attitude problem. I bet he thinks he owns Krogers.

4’ Ethnic really? Honestly it doesn’t surprise me as I grew up in the 60’s & 70’s. Your marketing department better understand something real quick. The products I was going to buy for my hair are on your store shelf. Because my “ETHNIC” MONEY CAN BE SPENT ELSEWHERE. Why also is there only 4’ for products for Naturally Curly Hair and at least three times that for hair without kinks or coils? If did not need lunch for work tomorrow morning. I would have left my entire cart. I will never step foot in that store or a Kroger again without some corrective measures taken!
