Huge Shoutout to Mark & his staff today. I came in for an overdue oil change, also needed my brakes replaced and mark & his staff provided exceptional service today! Mark was upfront and told me what was wrong with my vehicle and what could go wrong if I did not go with brakes today. I wanted to say thank you for your help today. Mark is very exceptional, he will show you under your vehicle of what is wrong before his guys do the work, with your vehicle & give his thoughts! He also, showed me the work that his mechanic’s were doing! I appreciate Mark for caring about my vehicle needs!

Love this place and I’d recommend to everyone who has any car problems. Mark explained to me in details what is going on with my car showing damaged parts under my car. He proposed very reasonable price and never pressured on me to buy any extra expensive parts or service. He also recommended me to go to another muffler store to get a new muffler since they are inexpensive, but doing a good job. The stuff working there (Mark and Mike) are very professional, reliable, sincere, kind and friendly. Felt positive vibe from them:). So again thank you so much! My car is running like a new car now! Really appreciate your GREAT service!!

My was planning on a long road trip and want to have my car check up before I go. Walmart refer me to here, I got my car checked and they find out there was no problem except one of the pressure sensation for is dead. Good communication, the mechanic team gave me explanation about different type of tires and why my pressure sensation kept going off when my tire pressure isn’t low. All cost and fee were made transparent so I didn’t have to worry about hidden fee. Thanks every one for the service, especially Mike! Every one was so nice even though this is Christmas Eve. I would recommend coming here for a general car check up if you notice problem in your car and can’t figure out why.

Quick and easy service. Had a tire that needed replaced. Was able to get on the next day and was out within 30 minutes of my appointment time. Would recommend

Mark and Gus are amazing! They squeezed me in when my brakes went out and another shop canceled my appointment. Mark called with an estimate after looking at my vehicle and explained the work needed. I've come to this location before and always appreciate their service and transparency.

Great service fast and so very helpful. Dropped in no appointment cause my tires plastic piece was hanging on ground. Helped me right away and so thankful for them!

Mark was extremely helpful replacing a new tire on a rim. My daughter had a flat and I drove from out of town to get her tire replaced. Mark was understanding and accommodating on short notice. Wonderful experience today. Got in quick and was met immediately with a ton of options in stock. Manager explained my questions well and for once I didnt feel like someone was trying to overcharge me due to needing tires immediately. They even offer financing. I definitely recommend 👌

Two months ago, I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed it plugged so I could get to work the next day. Not only did they get me in that same day, but they kept me informed the entire duration of my visit. The cost was also super reasonable! I lost the slip of paper with the names of the gentlemen who assisted me, but the entire crew were so kind, informative, and VERY helpful! I felt so comfortable and welcomed there. The one gentlemen even gave me my “trophy” nail before I left (some good laughs on the way out). I will definitely return with any tire issues in the future as they went above and beyond! Ladies, I know it can sometimes feel daunting to need car help, but this is a great place to go and not feel like you’re being taken advantage of- they were absolutely wonderful gents!

Took advantage of my kindness and patience when I had fallen on hard times. Spent every last dime I had to get a flat tire replaced and waited 2 hours in the car with my toddlers. Glares from others, I felt completely like dirt. Would never recommend and will never go here ever again. So rude.

We called to see about getting a tire replaced. Mark was extremely nice and got us in really quick. This particular location is the best one I have been to. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. We will definitely be returning to this location at Dublin, Oh for all of our future car issues. They are very reasonable in prices. I highly recommend this location if you would like any work done. They treat you like you are their friend. Mark the manager is wonderful. Thank you for helping us get back on the road again! I’ve been a loyal NTB customer for over 12 years, bringing in all my different cars—and I can confidently say their service is consistently top-notch. The store manager Mark is exceptional: professional, honest, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. What sets Mark apart is his integrity. He never upsell or push unnecessary repairs. They diagnose the exact issue and charge only for what truly needs fixing. That kind of transparency is rare and deeply appreciated.

Had my battery checked as some of the electronic components were taking a few mintues to start working after I started the car. They identified the issue, and suggested I get a new battery. I wanted to do some comparison shopping, and they gave me the equivalent part numbers that a couple of the retail auto parts stores carried. The battery from NTB was competitively priced and I had them install it. They were very personable, helpful and freindly during my visit.

Nicest group of guys I ever met at a tire shop. Being a female fixing anything on your car is not the most fun as it disrupts your routine. Mike and his guys explained all I needed to know and even offered to fix some other things without extra charge. You need tire help, go to NTB in Dublin!!!

My husband and I brought our vehicle in to test the battery, starter, and alternator. On the way in, my husband found a credit card on the ground and gave it to the workers there, stating someone may have dropped it. They thanked him and were very kind up until we declined to buy what they suggested. Manager, Mark Snow, begins by stating that it could be the throttle body, a fuel issue, or the battery. Mike, another worker, states that the vehicle sounds strange when it starts - indicating that there is an issue. Mark Snow then proves that the “issue noise” Mike identified was in fact just a cooling fan that was on. Ok. Not a big deal but strange that you work at an auto store and don’t know what a cooling fan sounds like. Then, we are told the battery needs replacing (which we assumed from the start). Mark Snow gives us a quote (way over what any other stores charge) and we decline the battery due to the price being way higher than any neighboring stores. His demeanor immediately changed and he appeared to be pouting due to us declining the battery. Then, my husband and I are leaving and the people within the garage of the shop passive aggressively told us to not turn the car off, almost in a mocking demeanor. Mind you, we are leaving to get a new battery from somewhere that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg when the worker within the garage says this. We get in our vehicle and notice that there is an engine light on. For 2 days, we have had issues with our battery… no lights turned on. Suddenly, when we leave here and decline to buy the battery from them, the engine light turns on? How odd. My husband confronted Mr.Snow on this, stating, “there is now an engine light on the vehicle.” Mr.Snow’s response was, “OK?” No, not okay. My husband walked out. I went in and talked to Mr.Snow with Mike, other worker, next to Mr.Snow. Mr.Snow proceeded to brush off my concerns about the light as well, insisting that there was an issue with our battery, blaming that for being the reason that the engine light is on. I understand that my battery is having issues. What I don’t understand is why an engine light suddenly turned on directly after my husband and I declined to buy your pricey battery…. Mr.Snow was completely unwilling to help or investigate why the light was on. He asked if I expected him to do a diagnostic test for free and stated that he would not be doing that. I stated I would like to know why my engine light is on when it wasn’t before. He was completely unwilling to help. His suggestion was to take it to autozone or another parts store in order to have THEM diagnose it. Why are they going to diagnose what you guys caused??? I asked for proof that they did not do anything to cause the engine light to come on. He asked if I had proof that they DID. Excuse me? I’m simply asking to be shown that you guys did not in fact intentionally cause an engine light to turn on to my vehicle. Mark Snow is COMPLETELY and utterly unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Now, I have to go to ANOTHER auto repair place and have them diagnose whatever you guys caused to appear. Completely unacceptable. Please look into hiring new staff. Your current staff is completely and utterly disrespectful when you decline to have them proceed with work that is excessively over charged.

Mark Snow at NTB is my go-to guy. Had an emergency pop up on a Saturday morning and Toyota told me they couldn’t help me until Monday. Called Mark and he said to bring it on over. Job done by 1:00 PM. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Mark Brown. I needed a tire repaired after it was punctured. I dropped the vehicle off and expected that the repair would not be completed same day as they were very business. An appointment was made for the next day. Mark indicated that he would see if it could be repaired sooner if possible. He delivered and I was to pick up my vehicle with the cost of a repair and not a tire replacement. Thanks again to Mark! Great Job!

I had a terribly stripped lugnut from another retailer and Mark got me straightened right out. He and his team did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Will be using this location services from now on for all my needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great service and friendly atmosphere.

Mark and Mike are the absolute best. They got me in to help with a quick flat repair on a tire I had NTB road hazard insurance for 15 minutes before close when their computers were down. 5 star customer service, nice guys and all around saved my neck. Thank you!!

My wife had her oil changed at the dealership. They told her that she needed a new oil pan. I took it to NTB for a second opinion and Mark looked at it and determined that everything looked fine and we didn't need an oil pan, which saves us a lot of money. Mark also took some extra time to help out my son with some of his car issues. It is so nice to have someone you can trust and we have it at the NTB at Tuttle Crossing.
