I like to honor a worker by the name of Maxwell. This person is very hard-working man I needed help with the blades wipers in my car. He was very pleasant person to help me finding the right ones for my car and helping me replacing them so thank you very very much.

I just want to recognize the amazing team working at the Auto Zone, Sawmill Rd Columbus OHIO location. All three of them ( Maxwell, Kai & Caleb ) are such an amazing team and so helpful with everything. I am so glad to have met them today - They helped me out replacing my car’s battery under warranty even when it wasn’t showing up in the systems because of the previous management not punching my information correctly. Thank you to y’all once again!!

I tried to return a ratchet wrench with a lifetime warranty, and I was told it wasn't covered by the warranty, in addition to the rude treatment I received from the girl employee. Then I asked about it here and didn't get a response. The problem isn't Autozone itself; the problem is the lack of knowledge and poor customer service from some of the employees they hire.

Coldest day of the year so far. Went in to get new wipers. The ones I had replaced less than 3 weeks ago, decided to rip apart after I scraped the ice and snow off. For $80 I was sold 2 new blades. I asked for a hand to put the on and was left with a dark location and no help. Most worthless and dis-functional store. I will never return. Do not go there if you are not a serious self contained mechanic. Worthless. I will be returning the blades on Monday.

We noticed our headlight was out on the way home and stopped by the store. Kylie helped us find the right replacement for my car and even offered to install both headlights for me for free!! The whole process was so seamless. She totally saved the day!

The employee cashing people out seemed more concerned with her phone than the customers. I understand having to take an important call but to do it in front of customers and make them wait for you on top of that is a bit rude and unprofessional. Stood there for 10 minutes with only one person in front of me.

They have to make sure. All items they scan. They have e to putting on the bag. I stop. Buy some stuff they don’t cost that much. But. For. One reason we buy. What. We need. And. I go home. And I missing one of my items I call two times. No body answer

Completely understaffed. Go to the one on Henderson or any other location. I feel bad for any worker and would suggest not applying or agreeing to work at this location. AutoZone should take better care of their employees resulting in more satisfied customers. Edit after response: I actually told your worker probably 6 months ago that I will never come back here again. She said good because she hated it too and clearly nothing has changed. Just sell your ownership to a local who wants to provide for the community rather than take advantage of it.

they are so understaffed i feel bad because 3 customers walked out i waited 30 minutes for 2 parts. there was only one person helping 10 people out while the other worker was in a zoom meeting. ridiculous

Almost always understaffed, but the people that are there are great and they hustle. Very helpful in making sure you walk out with the right stuff too. I go out of my way to come to this one

I had great experience. I needed new battery and even though they were crazy busy, they still took their time to install the battery and answered all of my questions. I was appreciative. And the lady Savannah (not sure about spelling) made me feel comfortable even though I felt stupid about my questions.

Horrible Service Provided. I got charged twice by the customer service representative. Realized it when I arrived home. So I decided to call and get this figured out. The person on the phone and at the store gave me so much attitude and unwillingness to understand our situation. I was trying to be nice and work with them but the way they treated me is no way to treat a customer.

Actually, I drove out of my way to come to THIS store because 5 different people I asked about where to go referred me here! 6011 Sawmill Rd- if you want a non stressful and kind experience is the Auto Zone to use!

Had a battery issue and was able to get a replacement under warranty. A different Autozone location would not install the battery replacement. Called this location and they had the battery in stock and were happy to install the battery. Hunter and Selene went above and beyond to help replace the battery. Very friendly and great service! Highly recommend!

I stopped in for headlights and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Auto stores can be somewhat daunting but I was put to ease quickly. Selene was an absolute doll. She was helpful, well educated and very personable. AutoZone you made a great hire with Selene!

I was driving in a torrential downpour, practically blind behind my worn-out windshield wipers. Panic was setting in as I struggled to see the road ahead. I knew I needed new wipers, and fast. Spotting the local Walmart on Sawmill, I pulled in, it took me 45 minutes and 4 different reps helping me and still know one coud help my find the size I needed praying for a miracle i askex one more rep and he finally found them but when I asked if he could help me put them on because I literally cant see out of my window he refused. I drove scared to death I would run into another car and finally reached an AutoZone on Sawmill and remembered they have always done a great job in the past so I pulled in. That's where I met James, an absolute lifesaver! He saw my distress and immediately offered to help, even though I said I bought them at Walmart He didn't hesitate, didn't judge - he just acted. James explained how to take thwm off and how to put them on with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond, ensuring my safety and restoring my peace of mind. Thanks to him, I was able to navigate the rest of the storm safely. This wasn't just customer service; it was a display of true humanity. James and the entire team at the Sawmill AutoZone deserve all the praise in the world. They're proof that some businesses still care about people more than profits. Everyone was SO helpful. I went in with a battery issue. A nice gal with beautiful braids helped me out in the freezing cold to get the battery charged. She was friendly and helpful. I ended up just having a battery issue and needed to replace the whole thing a couple days later. An older gentleman diligently stayed with us to make sure we got everything right, and Leslie helped us install the battery afterwards. Leslie installed that thing in record time! Great location.

Selena the store manager was so helpful! I needed new wiper blades for my mini van and she helped with me with the size and type. Then, not only did she help me put them on, she showed me how to do it so that I can do it for myself next time! This made my day and gave me so much empowerment. These ppl here are amazing. They have helped get my car up and running not once, but twice during recent breakdowns. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable and when they didn't know something, they had someone they could ask. It was as if heaven smiles down on this location. One day we were stumped about a part and then a service guy pulls in for no reason at all. No one called him he said he felt compelled to come over. We joked that God sent him and asked if he knew how to fix the issue we had. He says he does and jumped in. I was worried about pricing cause I had very limited finances left at that moment and asked how much? He said "who am I to charge god!" Everytime I find myself here something amazing happens and I get exactly what I need. The staff here is amazing and so is the community in this area.
