I recently had a great experience at the Batteries Plus store. I needed to replace my car battery and stopped by after noticing the store while driving past. It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn they carry car batteries, not just everyday household batteries.
Marco and Milan were fantastic. They helped me select the right battery and installed it quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that they used a small device during installation to preserve my car’s settings, so I did not have to re-enter my audio system code, seat positions, or other settings. It was a cold evening, but they were kind, patient, and sincere throughout the process. Highly recommend this store for any battery-related needs.
I highly highly recommend Batteries Plus!! The team was honest, fair, efficient, and very easy to work with. The dealership quoted more than double the cost for the same work, which Batteries Plus completed in under an hour. They were transparent throughout the process, clearly explaining the issues, and were flexible and accommodating as I navigated multiple visits with the dealership.

I needed a new key for my car. I only had one, no back up. I stopped in, and they were so helpful! The normal key was quite expensive, but they found a universal one for less money. This is a fabulous store, so helpful, so clean. I Would give them six stars if I could!

These people did amazing. I brought them a key with no buttons or hardware in the fob for my 2017 Toyota Rav4 to make two new keys and fobs for. Seemed like something they hadn't seen before, nor I but I bought the vehicle like that. They figured out a way to get it done, though, and I now have 2 new keys with fobs. Amazing customer service, and I highly recommend them.

I came here for a charger port cell phone repair. They ended up only needing to clean out the charger port, and saved me an incredible amount of money. Very honest, family owned business here. The best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I highly recommend this location.
