The support from the young man handling my car was exceptional. He made sure I was well taken care of, answered questions, got me additional assistance, took care to be sure I had what I needed as I waited in the lounge and even made sure my car was cleaned up. Will definitely return.

I purchased a car from them in 2022, They said it qualified for the electric tax credit. The IRS has disagreed and the dealership will not provide any documentation to their claim at time of purchase. I have called 20 times and emailed even more. No one answers voicemails or emails. Would not do buisness with these dishonest people

I didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel I have no choice. Within two days of leasing my vehicle, I realized it was missing an important feature- despite being priced the same as another vehicle on the lot that did include it. When I contacted my salesperson, Hayden, he initially didn’t believe the feature was missing and asked me to click certain buttons to locate it. I ultimately had to send photos to prove that the feature was not included. The sales manager, Anvar, then assured me this would not be an issue and that the vehicle could be swapped since the correct one was still available, and they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He even put a hold on the other vehicle to ensure no one else would take it. It was such a relief. From that point on, communication completely fell apart. I never received a phone call from anyone and my text to Hayden went unanswered. Despite 3 separate reassurances from Anvar that this would be handled (when I initiated follow up both over the phone and in person), neither he nor my salesperson followed up. Each time I reached out, I was promised a resolution, only to be ignored. After that, I had to bring in my car in for service, so I stopped by sales to check in and that’s when the story changed. I was told the swap would increase my payment by $100 or so, even though the other vehicle on hold was the same price as my current one. Anvar said he would contact corporate to explore options because he wanted to help - but he forgot he already claimed to be doing this. He even said to me that he felt they didn’t do their job right the first time with selling me a car that didn’t meet my needs. But of course, I never heard back. To make matters worse, I am still waiting on a check for the remaining value of my trade-in, which was supposed to be processed 2+ weeks ago. I followed up multiple times with no resolution thus far. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. Once the deal was done, customer service disappeared. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience and will not be returning once my lease is up.

I love taking my beloved Cooper to this dealership for service despite it being well out of my way and the high prices. For significant things such as brakes and tires, I feel like it is totally worth it as these technicians really know their stuff and take great care of my car. Shoutout to the excellent young man at the Service Counter for treating my fiancée and I like royalty on a cold winter morning.

Theo is a great service writer. He was willing to get me in right away to take care of an issue. He also showed me the many features in my Mini Cooper SE that I didn’t know I had.

I’ve only worked with the Service Department and they are top notch. My service advisor, Theo was very responsive and professional. My only regret is not purchasing my MINI directly from them. I highly recommend!

Review: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2.5/5) I was very close to securing a deal with this dealership, but my experience with the sales manager was disappointing. His behavior came across as unprofessional and inconsiderate, repeatedly implying that he was doing me a favor. As a matter of principle, I will not pay to be disrespected. On a positive note, the general sales manager was genuinely helpful and professional I appreciated his approach. Unfortunately, by that point, my trust in the process had already been shaken. This was my experience; yours may be different. I encourage future customers to stay attentive and ensure they feel valued throughout the process.

I brought my car in for a regularly scheduled service. The staff was friendly, and my car was ready earlier than predicted. I love that they text me a video while I’m waiting, showing me the underside of my car and walking me through their observations.

I was fortunate to have had a thoroughly enjoyable and professional relationship with Nia Tilford of MAG Mini during the purchase of my Mini Cooper S in September 2025. Not only did I receive a generous allowance for my trade-in but the purchase price of my new vehicle was also very reasonable. Nia had everything prepared so the purchase process was a breeze. She went the extra mile to order new side mirror covers for the vehicle and to make sure out of state licensing was a simple process. I recommend Nia and MAG Mini and MAG BMW to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience!

They don't seem to respect the preferred contact mechanism they offer on their website. Sales guys are always just trying to get you on the phone or text and will not even start a conversation via email. It doesn't give me good feelings about their trustworthiness or attention to detail, and it's driving me to other dealerships as well as pushing me away from getting service there in the future.

My 2017 Mini Countryman had 85,000 miles , manual transmission , drove like a dream ! But is was time for a change - a metallic blue 4 door won my heart . My sales person Hayden knew me and found the perfect fit for me. His manager was a magician with numbers , while it’s an automatic, took me back to my youth in California . So cool .

Nia, sales assistant, was extremely helpful throughout the car buying experience. She was a delight to work with. The manager was also great to work with. We didn’t feel like we were getting “ripped off”. We got the deal we were looking for and the trade-in we had hoped for and left with a car we love. Nothing about our experience was negative, it was all great.

MAG Mini is my favorite Mini dealership. I live a few hours away and make a full day out of the trip when my car needs service. They accommodated with a loaner vehicle and gave timely updates throughout the service so I could time my return appropriately. My service rep showed me tire treads that may need replaced before winter, didn’t try to push me into a purchase, and suggested what type of tires to purchase when I am ready - regardless of whether I purchase from MAG or otherwise. Overall my service experience was outstanding. I could travel an equal distance to another Mini dealership, but I’ll choose MAG every time.

My service people were excellent - in setting up the appointment I was assured a loaner would be available (loved the 2025!) and he explained exactly what the recall entailed. This service will bring me back to MAG (I had a bad experience 10 years ago and went to Willoughby Hills). Great job!

Currently waiting for the delivery of my vehicle, but I just wanted to write this review to say I had the absolute best experience working with Hayden to purchase my pre owned mini. He was super responsive, answered all the questions I had, and was overall an absolute pleasure to work with. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a car dealership. If I were to buy another car I’d recommend MAG Mini in a heartbeat.

Purchased a certified pre-owned mini 1 year ago. Spent $7000 for the extended warranty. The vehicle had 2 spots where the chrome was bubbling off and the usb port has a short in it- works sometimes and sometimes doesn't (fire hazard?). I took it in shortly after purchase and MAG fixed one chrome piece but I'm guessing didn't see the other. They also told me there was nothing wrong with the usb ports and to try another cable. I have since tried the phones original cable, high quality, store brands, and multiple cheap ones. They all work sometimes but mostly don't (and work in every usb port in the car except the one in question). A few months later, after having to schedule two weeks out just to look at it, I took it back in this week and after making me take an electric loaner (which has a charger that charges like 20 miles while plugged in for 15 hours, so reeealllly slow) they said they would call and let me know next steps. I had to call back on the third day because I never heard from them. They were ironically just pulling it into the bay when I called. Perfect timing, eh? Thirty minutes later they called to tell me there was in fact a problem with it and now the warranty no longer covers the chrome nor the usb port wiring. It’s a little odd that when the factory warranty was still in effect, they couldn’t find anything wrong with the port and they ‘missed’ the second chrome defect- and then a few months after the warranty had expired (and it’s under their extended warranty) they miraculously find the issue immediately after looking at it, but unfortunately it’s no longer covered so they want $1300… When I mention this, I just get a blanket "I can see how that would be frustrating" response. I tried to talk to the finance manager to cancel the warranty for the prorate refund (learned my lesson to never buy an extended warranty since they apparently don't cover hazards like wiring issues), but he's 'busy' and will call me 'after he finishes with his 2 deals'. Never called back. Updates: Called 4 hours later and they put me to his voicemail. So I left a message reminding him to call as promised. After no return call from the message, I called again and he had left for the day... Called again next day, this time I get sent to voicemail of someone who is on vacation till next week sometime Called back and someone said they would start the process because they couldn't get finance director to answer the phone, but assured me they would call back shortly. They never did Called back 4 hours later, they put me on hold and then hung up after 5 minutes on hold. Called back and talk to someone who assured me they will call by the end of the day (at least the people answering the phone initially are nice). We’ll see. However, they close in an hour, so not looking good. — Surprise didn’t call Called back right before closing and they said they would get him on the phone, but sent me to his voicemail. Called back and let them know I’m not leaving yet another message with another broken promise to call back and want to talk to anyone in their half dozen dealerships who can cancel this- someone finally got him on the phone to connect us. It really shouldn’t be this hard, if I was spending money they would call/text every 2 hours until I block them. As a side note - they take 8 weeks to process a cancellation. Have fun if you decide to purchase from MAG =)

Hayden has always been top notch helpful. He knew exactly what color combo I love and features. He let me test drive multiple times and multiple cars. His patience is top notch too. Also Ryan was beyond helpful and patient in the process from start to finish. They even transferred the car I wanted from another location! And put a bow on the car for me! 100/100 recommended!

I am so grateful for the professionalism of mag mini and the way they took care of me as they worked on my car. I’ve never had a service tech send me a video while my car was up in the air and go over an inspection. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for work to be performed as they will take care of you.

I had a great experience at Mini Dublin with getting my new 25 Mini Cooper S. I wanna thank my great sales person who I highly recommend Nia Tilford and the manger Ryan is a cool dude. Both were really professional and nice to talk to and work numbers with. I had come in a few times to look at Minis and each time I came in they were polite and answered any questions I asked. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to get into a new/used Mini. This is a great dealership with great people!

I had a very pleasant experience at MAG. I did not go there to purchase a car. I going to pick up my 2010 mini for service and ended up trading it in for a 2024. They gave me a great deal on my trade in Nia, my sales consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. She checked in on me days after the transaction to make sure all was well with me.

I have been a customer of MAG Mini since 2012. ALL of my experiences have been positive. I purchased my first Mini (which I still own) when they were located on Post Road. Since then I have purchased 3 more. A 2019 Clubman which my son now owns, a 2024 Seaside Convertible which I just traded in for a 2025 Mini Cooper 4 door that I just LOVE! Hayden Marshall was my wonderful sales person. He is so very patient & kind. Went over all the tech stuff with me and helped me set things up. He is just great. Ryan, the sales manager, is also very nice & helpful. The service department just got done fixing my 2012 Mini and it’s just like new. Everyone I have dealt with have always been willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service & purchase. They have changed this former “Chevy girl” into a “Mini Mama” for life ♥️

We had a fantastic experience leasing our new Mini Cooper EV from the team at Mini at MAG. From the moment my wife and walked onto the lot, the sales associate was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. I forgot his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about all things Mini. On our second visit, Jamal took the time to walk us through all the features of the Cooper EV and answer our many questions. He even arranged a thorough test drive that really sold me on the incredible driving dynamics and smooth, quiet performance of the EV powertrain. The thing is a rocket. The rest of the staff we interacted with, from the finance team to the customer service representatives, were all friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make the purchase process simple and straightforward. There was never any pressure, just a collaborative effort to get us into the perfect vehicle. The incentives and financing options offered on the Cooper EV were also very attractive. Between the tax credits, and competitive interest rates, I was able to get an incredible deal that fit my budget perfectly. We are thrilled with our Mini EV, and I have to give a huge amount of credit to Jamal and the entire team at MAG Mini of Columbus for making the buying experience so seamless and enjoyable. I would happily recommend them to anyone in the market for a unique vehicle such as the Mini.

This is one of the famous MAG showroom here in Dublin and this one being the Mini Cooper. Mini is part of BMW and both building are next to each other and connected. This can be easily seen from the marrisville road. The showroom is very clean, you feel that you are in mini world. There will be multiple cars on display outside and inside depending on the availability. Staff here are friendly and they will help you to make mini purchase decisions. I bought car here recently and it was wonderful experience except the wait, that is everywhere now. If you are auto fan you should visit and I am sure you will love with mini 🚘after your test drive👍👍🚘🚘
