All scam i wouldn't even take aluminum cans there. Any scrap yard that doesn't let you see the weight or tell you they are buying your metals as are always going to take advantage of it. I weighed and priced my scrap before going here and was offered half of what it should have been. There are plenty of scrap yards. Find a better one than this.

Always the fairest on prices, and I am walking away feeling like I haven't been robbed, which is how I have felt dealing with other scrap yards

It was my first time going to a scrap yard, and the guys there were very helpful, friendly and insightful, I scrapped a cast iron tub and copper pipes and got a lot more than I thought I would, 10/10

I’ve been scrapping here for years, love seeing the same faces every time, DJ and WOO are the best. I’ve been to nearly every yard in NEO and they’re by far the best. Been a regular for a long time -Reggie

I scrapped an old I.C.E. lawn mower as part of the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Health's battery lawn mower rebate program. All Scrap Salvage is the first salvage company I called, and I was lucky enough to get a professional and knowledgeable guy by the name of Jake on the phone. He explained everything to me, and when I dropped off the mower, everything was exactly as he had explained it to me. Wow, there were no "surprises!" I love it when that happens! On top of it all, the guy who helped me unload my old mower when I got there - a young man by the name of Woo - was energetic and helpful. I could tell, that these guys could tell, that I am not a scrapper by trade, and that I was way out of my wheelhouse on this. But, they made it seamless and painless, for which I am grateful! Kudos!

A big thanks to DJ and All Scrap for their top notch customer service. Our church is cleaning out some old storerooms and DJ not only bought our scrap for top dollar, he sent a truck to haul it all away.

William come on man! This is the only honest scrap yard around. Their prices are highly competitive and DJ brings a special presence to any transaction.

Employee was extremely rude. Basically, tried to fight me. I tried to apologize and he continued it on. Then they paid me incorrectly - I asked for a receipt but didn’t inspect the receipt prior to leaving because of how rude the young man was. Will be contacting BBB and state of Ohio. They are so rude.

DJ a huge Thank You for your assistance! Having been a casual customer at All Scrap for years, recently the task of cleaning out a small family-owned manufacturing business, fell on my shoulders. 60 years of scrap and junk had to be removed in 30 days. Your honesty, knowledge and fairness in price made this endeavor much easier to handle. Moving forward, I hope to return as a casual customer-Only!

I wish I knew all their names because they’ve all been nothing but good to me I’ve been going here for years if you go anywhere else you’re making a mistake. even when they’re extremely busy they’re not rude Actually quite the opposite.

All Scrap Salvage Co. is our go to scrap location on the west side. The layout of the facility is streamlined and efficient. Our trucks can get in and out of there quickly and back on the road to the next job. The yard is also clear of debris which lowers the risk for a flat tire. The payout system is quick and easy. I recommend this scrap yard.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!! DJ and all the guys there in my opinion are the best around. The only scrap yard around that you don't have to worry about getting screwed. There all honest, laid back, and will always help if you need it.

I have been a customer of All Scrap Salvage for probably 30 years. I've never had a problem there. Fair pricing, good scales, clean grounds so you don't get a flat. Very friendly staff! I love it, but go early because it gets real busy in the afternoon. Most of all, I know I'm doing our Earth and environment good by taking all of my scrap- recyclable metals into them then rather than the trust the city of Cleveland. They just put it in a landfill

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this place is THE BEST IN TOWN. I drive 21 miles and pass 3 other places on my way to All Scrap Salvage and it is well worth the trip. They’re fare and honest. This summer I cleaning out the barns and took test loads to the other guys, but the other guys ripped me off. HINT: Sort your items BEFORE you make the trip. They appreciate it when you’re prepared.

Went to All Scrap on Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018 some where between 11 am and noon. I pull into the lot and see two garage doors with "ENTER" above them. The door on the left had a vehicle in position facing exit the door. Little confused and entered the door on the right. I was approached by a guy with a name tag 'Wes'. He wanted to know what I had. I told him I had bags of crushed aluminum cans. Wes starts giving me attitude about pulling inside the building with the scrap I had and pull out to the front and put it on a cart. I was like hey, I.m sorry, never been here before and the door said 'ENTER'. Wes was still was in attitude mode and told me he would put a cart out front. I then pull to the door in the back of the building and see two vehicles facing to exit the enter door. So I drive around the block and pull into the front of the building again. There are two carts there. I'm looking at these carts and out of curiosity and general knowledge looking for the tare weight. Couldn't find it. No big deal. I load up my bags, 24/25 of them. I take them inside on the cart. There is four/five guys standing around the dock shack by the scale. Because I could not see a tare weight on the cart I asked how are you going to weight this. I am told to push the cart on the scale. Ok. I do it. Go into the dock shack where it seemed I get my money. I guy in a blue t-shirt was working the the scale computer and I ask him how does he know the tare weight? I couldn't tell. Now this guy starts giving me attitude of me accusing him of ripping me off. I did no such thing. I ask him again, 'how do know what it is'? These are flat carts with some kind of plastic white tape around the base. They are pitted, stained and smudge with all sorts or crud. So the blue shirt finally points out the tare weight, 155. If you didn't know what to look for it would be very hard to see. I'm like OK, no big deal. Mr blue blue shirt is all ticked off about ME accusing him of trying to short my pay out and knocks all the bags to the floor, shoves the the cart to the side throws the bags on the scale. I just want to get out of this place at this point. Mr blue shirt re weights the cart and it was a pound heaver. I've been scrapping stuff before these kids were born. Did it for conservation reasons in the late 70's. Been doing it ever since. I didn't care about the pound dependency. Give me money for what I brought and let me go. Mr blue shirt followed me out to my car still griping I was accusing him of trying to short change. I had to explain the only thing I did was ask for the tare weight. You sir did the rest. Will not return to this business.

My family has been going here since my dad was a little kid and we’ve never had a problem (which says a lot). Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The buyers have always been honest and fair. Clean environment and quick service. Definitely the best on the west side!

Their employees got caught assaulting women and children multiple times, many keeping their jobs. Did make the news...I got a bunch of stuff I need to get rid of, so I sorted out the metal. It's not all that much, but it won't be going to this place. I remember when I was a teenager these people threatened me and called the police on me because I had my own dolly, and because Native Americans aren't their "normal customer." I gathered a few things to stop pollution a put those things back in the economy, not for the stinky couple dollars I had to fight for. I already had a job. I only asked for an apology, and he said when I have something worth buying, he'll still call the cops on me to verify ownership every time. His supervisor swore he was right that teenagers ought get everything verified that they get. The guy kept his job after threatening a child from the suburbs. I called ahead and stated I had a state ID and told him my age and he said it would be ok. That's not ok, but I can drive now, I'll pollute the city and take my stuff across town to his loser friends. Stick your bias prices and lack of pride in your community.

This is the BEST place to take your scrap wire! I always call every place around before I go, and this place always gives me the best pricing on contractor wire. Jake is phenomenal to work with. I called him to let him know that I was stuck in traffic and wouldn't make it there until 4:30pm when they closed, and they actually stayed open and waited for me to show up even though there were no other customers there when I arrived. That kind of customer service is really hard to find nowadays. Thanks guys, keep doing your thing!

They always give me the best price for my scrap metal. They even help separate my metals to give me the best price when I go there. My family has been going there for years and I will never go anywhere else. Expect fair prices and accurate weights on all of your items. I think this is the most reputable scrap yard in all of Cleveland.

I've been dealing with these guys for years. DJ and Jake are always extremely helpful and give me the best price for my scrap. Their yard is always extremely clean unlike a couple of other scrap yards I have been to in the past. If you go there around Christmas time, they even give you a little bottle of Jim Beam. These guys are the best!

I've gone to this place for years and never had a problem. I'm wondering why anyone would give them a bad review, everyone has been courteous and helpful in my experiences here. Never felt cheated, they do things by the books.

I have used this scrap metal yard before, and yes they are courteous and respectful; BUT today when I came in with 2 cast iron furnaces I GOT SHORTED BY 320lbs! How I know is that kept the receipt from my previous transaction, 2 weeks ago, and compared my Tare weight today. My pickup's curb weight is 3649#(by specs) plus roughly 100lbs of stuff and fuel, equals about 3750#, within 15# of my last receipt; NOT the 4070# that DJ entered. Usually I wouldn't complain, but I loaded both those monsterous furnances by myself, and I wanted what they were worth. I think that I'll be using PSC Metals from now on.

The guy who runs the scales seemingly would steal the pennies from a deadmans eyes. Do NOT even bother going to this yard. He will cheat you EVERYTIME. Why dont the owners do something about this guy?! He types in weights and enters in lower metal grades and or just pays out what he feels like. The payout to the customer always has factored in a cut for TJ It is a pathetic excuse for a human who needs to rip-off folks who have to scrap to exsist and survive. Special place in Hell for this guy who steals from the "poor" by cheating them. Worst Scrap yard in the area. If you are looking to get half of what your truck load is worth,... this is your yard. If you want an honest and fair deal, RUN from this place, go anywhere else but here
