I bought a seat for a mini cooper he had one on stock but the upper part was part cloth and I didnt realize it so it caught the mistake for me told me over the phone and willing to save me money on shipping and said I'll take the back off since I didnt need it anyways said me an addition $100 bucks their isn't tti many sellers on Ebay that would go above and beyond if you ever need parts contact this company. Very childish and unprofessional. This seller insulted me for wanting to return an item. Seller is very emotional, and takes things too personally. Seller then started using my number to sign up for spam. How childish can you be?
Just wanted to share my experience with Morad.I seen a post on Facebook marketplace of a full part out on the same vehicle I just purchased.I reached out an they had everything I needed plus many more things I will purchase in the near future.I could only get there on the weekends cause it was a for hour drive for me but they met me there during noon business hours an Even helped me load them. I will be doing more business with them an if your looking for any parts this is the place to get in contact with. Very nice group of guys!!!!!!!
Purchased a bumper for a 2006 Porsche Cuyenne and Ed was adamant that it would fit even after I told him and showed him pics of my vehicle and then when body shop tried to fit that that bumper in my vehicle they discovered it would not fit and the next day I brought it back to Morad salvage yard and they refused to give me a full refund stating that restock fee applied and that they worked hard to get it off of the shelf. I would never deal with these guys, ever again. I don’t think that the way they conduct business they’d be in business for much longer anyway

Looking for parts and got gouged. Jacob was nice and helped me out. I don’t know what there paying him but the man needs a raise. This will now be my first choice when looking for parts.
Worked with them to purchase a moonroof replacement for my MKS and it was a fantastic experience. Lincoln doesn't make these anymore and I happened to find a complete unit in eBay. Morad was great great; answered all of my questions, packed the unit very well for freight shipping and walked me through the process of picking it up here locally. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat if I ever need more parts for my car.
I bought a set of rims and tires for my Elantra. On initial inspection they appeared to be in nice condition but when I went to mount them I found a dent on the inside of one wheel. I sent them a picture of the dent and the owner ordered me a replacement wheel no questions asked. He also offered to meet me in Akron to shorten my drive. I obviously would have preferred not to have a problem but I think the way they dealt with it deserves a good review. They are good folks and I’d definitely deal with them again.
I made a mistake on a part that I ordered. I asked for it to be cancelled, but the owner said he just shipped it. It was my fault so I told him that I would eat it. He called back and said that he went to the post office to get the part, so I only owed him for the shipping that he already paid. That is going above and beyond.
My experience with Morad parts company was a terrible one. I notified them the day prior that I would be coming for a set of wheels and tires that they posted, I get there and the owner is gone for the day and couldn't make a deal and they didn't even have them off the car yet. Wasted my time driving all the way out there with cash in hand ready to buy.
Update since he saw my review; I got there an hour before they closed and I told him I was coming the next day to get them. Also when confronted him about it he gave me one story and now the story has changed so his credibility is out the window in my opinion.
I have had a great experience with Morad. I dealt with Ed gave me a great price on a rim and tire that are hard to find and expensive for one rim and tire its 800 Ed gave it to me for 300. All the way from Florida I thank you and your company
Edit because the owners still can’t seem to comprehend the issue was that they continued to prolong the process by not simply sending a link on eBay so I could pay. The fact that I have many other reviews is because I do a lot of business with different businesses and unless I’m wowed or disappointed I don’t leave reviews. In this case the arrogance of the eBay team and presumably owners are what prompted this feedback and I stand behind it.
If anyone didn’t know they sell on eBay and whomever works in that department has a huge attitude problem. I tried for two weeks to get them to create a listing to purchase a part I needed. Constant bs the whole two weeks. One reply a day prolonging the process and ultimately losing my business when I contacted another seller who had a listing up in 2 hours and shipped same day. Extremely poor experience and despite almost 20 years in business you would think they would appreciate each business opportunity but apparently not. Will not consider in the future.
We are from out of town, almost 400 miles away, on our way to cleveland clinic for cancer treatment, we hit a chunk of metal in the road, taking out a front tire & rim, on the side of the road had to put the donut on. We called Morad, they rotated our donut to the back for free and sold us another donut to get us home. Ed also got on line and found us a good used rim and emailed the info to me. I called and purchesed the rim and had it overnight shipped to our home. We just can't thank you enough for helping us

Great people. Small yard, but very helpful. Well run and organized shop. All indoors. Parts have been good quality to date. They are always my first call, very helpful, even when they dont have my part, they help get it or refer me.
I can't believe how fantastic the service was, I needed something fast and they made arrangements to have me pick up the part after hours and were beyond patient with me threw the process. I would say 5 stars isn't enough they are a 5 plus star oppression and definitely will have my return business.
Do not hand over your title until you get the price quoted over the phone for your scrap vehicle.It seems that they quote one price over the phone and when you get your car there the price changes,lower of course. I have always taken a mans word as the gospel,not at Morads. Stick with all the big scrap yards where they pay what they say. I was contacted by the owner as soon as he was made aware of the issue. There was a problem with the price quotes for a vehicle. The owner instantly took care of the issue and everything was rectified. He is a stand up guy who wants happy customers.
This guy goes far above and beyond what I'd expect from any business owner. Due to the circumstances I would only have the chance to pick up my car parts at around midnight after a flight into Cleveland, otherwise I would have had to pick another day and drive all the way out from Michigan to get them. He took two car doors home with them and let me pick them up at his house just for my convenience.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mr. Ed Morad yesterday while delivering food to his house. While I was in the midst of working, I noticed that something punctured my tire. I had just enough air to make it to Mr. Morad’s resident. I told him about my tire and without any hesitation, he fixed it. A genuinely nice guy who I highly recommend doing business with! 5 STARS
