Your driver from wheezy was very polite, friendly and certainly knew what he was doing. The car to be picked up was in a driveway that went around the right side to the lower level of the house in the basement area... so it was down hill and he knew just what to do to to line it up and get the car up on the truck with no problem and the drove it right up the drive after loading the car and out the to the street and left. He was very polite and assuring all was going well and he was right. No one could have done.it any better. Please relay I appreciate the great job he did and with such ease. O a scale from 1-10 being the best service. I would give him a 10. He did the job with great ease and he was polite and was in and out amd back on the road in no time. Wheelzy was really quick with a good offer for my old car. They actually responded on Friday evening, even contacting me with a tow scheduled the next morning. A lot of other businesses don’t respond to voicemail until the next day. Wheelzy set everything up even after normal business hours.
SCAM! This company will try to bait and switch you into a lower price by threatening you with fees, calling you dishonest, and threatening action against you. This company tried to rip me off on JUNK. How sad.
Deceptive practices, failure to deliver on promised terms, and a total headache. This company claims they are Wheelzy. Wheelzy has a totally different website. Wheelzy disclaims on the homepage of their website that their quoted prices are guaranteed and will not lower. This company gave me a quote and texted me several times that they were going to pay me the amount quoted. This payment was going to come from the tow truck driver. It took two days and several calls and messages to even get a driver to my house. Once the driver arrived, he immediately started talking about the catalytic converter and other miscellaneous nonsense. This led to the driver stating that he couldn't give me the quoted price. After a speak call with the driver and a "Wheelzy" rep trying to pressure me into selling for the lower price, I sent the driver on his way without my vehicle.
Highly recommended, friendly, fast, professional, and efficient. They get the job done, with excellent pricing, I honestly wouldn't use any other service, it's a 5/5 for me.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They tried to rip my 17 year old son off. Told him $605 guaranteed on the phone then they show up with $300, take the title and tell him he has to take it cause there is no catalytic converter (there are two, just to be clear they never even looked) when my husband got involved they told him it was already in their name and they were taking it. Cops got called. We have car and title and just want everyone to know how these people operate.
