Been here a couple times for tire issues and left happy. I decided to have them do some extra work this time and was not happy. I was charged $350 for 4 spark plugs and an air filter. Way too much.
Came back again for tires and brakes and can't say enough about the service and cost. Sam even offered a loaner tire for the weekend while I waited for my order. Best place around for tires.
Update 1/26/26: On top of all that, tonight—on one of the coldest nights of the year—I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I had a spare, but my jack wouldn’t lift the car high enough, and roadside assistance refused to take me anywhere except the dealer. Out of options, I called the owner, and without hesitation he drove about 10 minutes to meet me in the freezing cold and personally helped me change the tire. That kind of kindness, integrity, and commitment goes far beyond normal customer service. It’s rare to find a business owner who truly cares about people, not just repairs. I can’t thank him enough, and this experience cemented my trust and loyalty for life.

I had an excellent experience with Berea Tire and Auto Repair. I brought in two of my cars at the same time, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Their pricing was excellent—better than anyone else I checked, with no surprises at all.
They were very responsive, took the time to answer all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly, they did exactly what they promised, on time and at the agreed price.
It’s refreshing to find an honest, reliable shop that delivers great work and outstanding customer service. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Berea Tire and Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
They were able to replace a bad alternator for me in just a couple hours. Not the most complicated of jobs, but I was happy with the results and the speed of their work.
My one recommendation is, if you drop your car off, don't be shy about calling them for updates; sometimes they forget to call you to tell you they've worked out an estimate, or that the car is done. That's pretty common for busy smaller shops so it's hardly a strike against them, just advice on how you can help move things along.
I went here to get my tires changed and had such a great experience. The team was warm and welcoming from the beginning and got me in and out quickly. The service I received was efficient and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Sam is the man. Got new snow tires from him as well as struts and sway bar links. He did an excellent job and got it all done in a day, all for a fair price.

First time visit- I had a bad leak in my tire and called 2 places which were the closest to my home and neither one could fix it immediately (2 day wait). I called Berea Tire and Auto and I took it over and was fixed up and out the door in 15 minutes!! They will now be my go to for all my auto needs. Thank you so much guys.
Had a tire blow out, these guys were at the ready to receive my vehicle and tires. Waited less than an hour with no notice, friendly and quick with the job done right.
Exceptional service!!! I stopped up for an oil change. I also knew i needed new or used tires, but wasnt sure if it was in my bugdet. The guys were so friendly, quick, and helpful explaining everything and making it as easy as possible all while making sure they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I ended up leaving with 4 brand new tires, and an oil change. Now i will be so much safer this this winter! I would highly suggest stopping in if you are looking for tires or repairs!
We found a screw in our tire on a Saturday afternoon. We were refused service by 2 local tire shops. We called Berea Tire, a friendly man answered on the 1st ring. We explained our problem and he said yes they were available to service our tire today. We drove up there and he fixed the problem for free. Removing a screw deep in the tire tread but no need for a replacement or repair. No charge! Great service! We are impressed! 👍🏼
Stopped in over the weekend because a chain store mechanic wouldnt patch my tire after they drilled it and left me hanging.These guys patched my tire and did some extra work. 2 dudes were chill and got the work done fast. Next time i need some work done ill be coming back here.
Every other shop around here was asking me to “leave it over night” or 6 hours etc. Sam and the guys got me in same day for a full rotor and pad replacement, and they got it done properly in 2 hours. Exceptional service, great prices and very friendly people.

Brought two very high end race tires on a Sunday here where a solo young worker named Josh busted his butt solving every problem that came up getting them mounted. Probably should have gone to a high end specialist shop but boy if he didn't solve every single issue, kept forging ahead and got them mounted beautifully in the end. Thanks again!

Labor costs have always been extremely fair and the men putting in the work will explain everything you need to know to you openly and ensure that you understand.

If you need a used or new tires go see Sam he'll take care of you. Sam is number 1 and not just tires he does all kinds of mechanical work. Don't have to wait weeks he'll find time to take care of you the same day.
Sam is the man! Been coming here for a couple years now. Sam always gets me in quick and has fair prices! He's a good guy and does great work. I've had my car break down in East Cleveland and had it towed all the way to Sam because I know he'll take care of me.
Solid group of gentlemen! Our nephew stopped to stay a night with us en route to his new Military Duty Station. Prior to getting back on the road, we noticed a gash in his front tire and took it to Berea Tire and Auto Repair. These wonderful men, who we had never met, took the time to check his tires on the spot and give us their professional advice. They also took the time to provide necessary services to ensure his safety for his drive across country. I can’t speak highly enough of Sam and his business. Sam is a honest, kind, hard working business owner who takes great care of his customers. He is honest, gives you the best price on anything you may need done to your car and him and his awesome team get it done quickly and efficiently and most importantly thoroughly. I always feel safe and better leaving his shop knowing he worked on my car. I’ve gotten brakes , tires and oil changes and I’ll never go anywhere else. Before I found Berea tire I had previously taken my car to a different shop and they had to replace the brakes 4 times because they never got them right. My car squeaked, shook, rattled and vibrated as I excelled on the highway and brakes as I exited off the ramp. It was scary and I never felt safe. They couldn’t get it right. Finally I had enough and took it to Sam and he put new brakes front and back in, and I’ve never had a problem since. Thank you Sam!!! I just got new tires yesterday and they are awesome and they got me in and out within a hour time and that included an oil change. You have a awesome team and I can’t thank all of you enough for everything you do! Just the peace of mind of feeling safe in my car is worth it!!! We called last minute on Labor Day because we got a flat tire and needed to get to work. We called Sam and he opened the shop for us, even though they were closed, just to help us get a new tire!
