Honestly don't leave reviews often BUT this place is the exception. Went there because I had a wiper fly off. Went in read the book to see which wipers I needed. Grabbed the winter blades and went to check out to be told no these won't work, then the gentlemen goes over to the wiper blades and proceeds to grab the most expensive blades the store has to offer. I was told the ones I grabbed(cheaper Bosch) won't work but the ones he grabbed (premium Bosch) will because it has the right adapter and the ones I grabbed didn't, although I told him I confirmed the ones I grabbed were in that book and said it was a direct fit. He said no and brushed me off. Went home look up their OWN website and it says the cheaper ones I had grabbed, fit. I went back up talked to a different representative there and he funnily said the same thing the other gentleman said,"well if you grabbed them yourself, they probably aren't right" he brought the ones over I had tried to purchase earlier and went through the adapters and he let me take them out to my car to see if they fit. They did. This place has very predatory sales tactics. The wipers I grabbed were $21/wiper, the ones he brought out were nearly $40/wiper. I've been up there for exhaust parts too and they tried the same exact thing then. I would do your due diligence before you trust these guys to sell you anything. The icing on the cake is the gentlemen who initially did con me, checked me out and didn't even have the decency to apologize, and once I got my receipt he rolled his eyes and just walked away. Laziest workers who will do the most to be able to do the least . Called about battery stock inquiry and all the guy could manage to utter was “it says we have it online” and what do you know , I get there and there’s no stock. Not much is expected of these folks but it seems they can’t even accomplish simple Things

Stoped in to get wipers and a light for my car the bald man in a gray shirt handed me a paper to go find my own parts, everytime I asked him for help with anything he sighed and seemed like he didnt want to help me. When I first arrived I had stood there for 10 minutes while he chatted it up with another customer before anyone even looked my way, the kid was busy helping someone put in a battery, and the other guy in a gray shirt was scanning boxes. Ive been to autozone a ton of times before and they have always helped you get your parts and help you install wipers. Not this guy, not only was he rude he never mentioned anything about helping and honestly i was too annoyed to ask since i figured he couldnt since he couldn't even help a customer get parts. I used to work for an auto part store you dont treat customers like they are annoying you. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced i will not return, and i will tell my friends and family to avoid this place. I hope for the sake of your customers you hire better people.

Guys were great hooked me up with some nice wiper blades

My car was acting up, and multiple employees jumped in to help me figure out what was going on. They even called around to see if any mechanics could get me in and offered me great advice/recommendations. In the end, they helped me get my car running again — I appreciate their help so much!

brandon was rude and rushed through the transaction making 2 wrong assumptions on which filter my car needed. had an attitude with me as if i was uneducated on my own car when he was the one who didn’t know what he was doing

My experience there all the time is excellent Juan what is installing a battery outside Louie was installing windshield wipers on another vehicle also a guy named Mike install installing a battery there's a new person in the store I don't know if she is from another store or if she is from that store but I am a regular customer there and this time when I went in I asked for a battery she told me that she didn't know how to install a battery that I would have to wait for one of the guys I asked her if I could speak to the manager which is Eric Joanna told me that Eric is never really here I asked her how long will it be she basically ignored me and went and sat down on a ladder with stairs and I was in there waiting more than 20 minutes if this is how customer service is going to be I will never go back to that store and it said because I'm always at that store I do give it five stars the man was outside working doing jobs and she was in the store on her phone texting and sitting on a staircase ladder I do have a picture of her sitting on the stairs and also being on her phone she was not on lunch and she was not helping any other customers she also had a gray shirt on but what blown my mind was when I asked for the store owner or corporate she told me the store owner is never there and when I asked her for corporate phone number she told me she did not have it

As always.... 5 star treatment at the Berea Autozone! Thank you as always to all of the amazing staff there who are always there to help. This time Louie checked the health of my elderly father's battery and alternator to assure us that he would not get stranded with a bad battery. Thank you!

2nd review, Juan and Dylan were so kind and helpful to me and my son!!!! 1st review 2 years ago Chris was so kind and helpful over the phone and in person. My teenage son was having car issues and I was unable to be there.

Excellent Customer Service! These individuals that work here are very helpful. They go out of the way to take care of and satisfy their customers. I left this Auto Zone thinking 🤔 to myself, "I will definitely be coming back to this Auto Zone much sooner rather than later.......

Management here is awesome. Staff is very knowledgeable. They are constantly busy but do a great job at keeping up!

Kudos to the Berea location. Every time I go in there the service is impeccable. Everyone is knowledgeable and more than willing to come up with solutions and find the parts to make it happen. Great team!!

Mike's the man! He went above and beyond what's expected today. Mike is very knowledgeable and will actually talk to you and cares that you make the correct purchase which means a lot to me. Thanks for your help Mike I appreciate it more than you know. Fyi this was my first time at this location. Mike didn't know me from a hole in the wall so I'm confident he treats everyone this way. Thank you to the gentleman who assessed my vehicle and admitted that they could not properly address it in their facility. He referred me to another trusted location that took great care and had me out the door in 30 minutes.

Not a car guy, but figured out I needed a small plastic bushing for a shift control arm and this location had the parts. Worked with Mike D. And he recommended two different sets to be sure I had the right one before I left. Went home and was able to get it put together and came back for the return. Not only did Mike come outside to test the repair and review it with me but helped with the return and even had some great conversation with him before I left. Incredible experience, and thanks again for the help!

I went to this store to look for seat covers and was immediately greeted by Mike D. He helped me go through all the options that I had for my particular vehicle and actually guided me towards the best deal. I find that trait very important in a salesperson because I think a sale should be about selling a product that will be satisfactory for a customer so that they will be happy with it and not just making a sale of the highest ticket merchandise. Mike is a great asset to this store.

I had a problem with my battery and needed a new one. It was a rough day and not to mention it was pouring down rain not only did they have the battery I needed for my car BUT these AMAZING men Mike and Tyler installed my battery for me in the pouring rain!!! Thank you so much guys!!! I will also be calling their manager to let them know what an amazing service team they have!!! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

Great customer service! I came here with a battery issue and I visited this place maybe 3 times in two days with questions about batteries and boosters. They were pleasant and patient each time. I finally had my battery replaced by them and Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find customer service like that and they deserve this good review.

Thanks again Auto Zone in Berea. I went there today my car head light was out. The employee that helped me was great! He went out to find out which CRV I had, and replaced my light. I believe his name was Colin. I always go there for oil, Batteries ,wipers and Filters for the car and mower. They are friendly and know their products. Thanks again, Pam M.

Stopped here for a headlamp for my headlight and Mike went above and beyond! It's so nice when people take the time to really help educate you on your car when you really need to understand it. He actually came out and changed my headlamp for me because the one I had to replace about a month ago was so badly stuck I couldn't get it changed out. I asked him questions about my brakes and he was super thorough and so very helpful. Thanks Mike for being a real awesome human being and understanding my needs when I come to your store!

Needed a new battery. Stopped in and worked with Mike and Juan and they were PHENOMENAL!!!! Felt like 2 family friend working on my car. They took time and explained things to me and were so helpful!!! Highly recommend working with those guys!!! Thanks so much Mike and Juan!!!!

I came up there for a battery replacement. I had called the night before to make sure it was under warranty and they could replace it. When I got there they said they really couldn’t replace it due to the location of my battery. I was worried my car may not start and not sure what to do since I cannot replace it. Kyle was so helpful and said he would look and see if he could help me out. He was extremely helpful and I am very great full that he replaced my battery and got me taken care of. Thank you Kyle!!

Shout out to Juan R !! He was so helpful and kind . He saw my husband was struggling to open the headlight seal to change the bulb and came right out to assist and had it fixed in no time !! Definitely appreciated.

I came in today to get new wipers and fluid. A few people helped me and everyone was so helpful and kind. Juan went out of his way to put my wipers on and give me some info about my coolant as well. Thank you!

I called Strongsville location & was told they could not install a new battery. I called Bagley Rd location & the gentleman that answered provided excellent over the phone customer service. I went to the store & Alexander IMMEDIATELY let me know he had my battery & would install it. Within 25 minutes I was back on the road. This is a great team & I will definitely choose this store again!

The crew at this store is AWESOME! They were totally honest with an old lady like me, and told me I did not NEED wiper blades. As a result I bought some other items and I will DEFINITELY go there every time my old car needs parts or additives. Clay and the other guys went out of their way to assist me, at the end of the night and in the middle of a snow storm. LADIES: if you want to be treated with respect and dealt with honestly, then go out of your way if necessary but give THIS STORE your business. This is old-fashioned, spectacular service, at its best.
