This is the second car I bought from Melnik’s, and I don’t think I’ll buy from anywhere ever again. The quality of the work they do to revitalize these cars is amazing, and I believe they are doing a great service for the community and for the environment. The community benefits because they are selling great cars at great prices. The environment because they are keeping tonnes of metal, plastic, rubber and other car parts out of the landfill. 10/10 will buy from again

I was very pleased and grateful to have a car buying experience as genuine and helpful as I did with Melnik's. It felt like buying from family. George and Natalie went above and beyond to accommodate me in everyway from ordering special seats, getting weather proof car Mats to even ordering me a new part for the car that had a small scratch in The paint. I was a bit hesitant at first to go through Melnik's because I felt originally that This wasn't a typical traditional approach to buy a new vehicle, but I am so glad I found this alternative options to buying New vehicles that keeps me away from big dealerships that having me playing the sales manager pricing game and have me waiting in the lobby for a hour waiting for financing manager to give a "good offer". What I loved was Melnik's did everything with one person and they were able to be flexible with pricing and more accommodating because everything is family owned. I Will recommend This place first to anyone I know looking to buy a car and I will definitely be Back in The future to purchase my next vehicle. Awesome genuine people at This location. I have bought one car from Melnik’s Automobile. The owners are straight forward, low pressure. They will tell you about the car and their process to repair the vehicle to like new specifications. So far I’m happy with my purchase and with Melnik’s

We live 2.5 hrs away from the Cleveland area and wasn’t going to make a special trip to see one of Melnik’s mini vans but happen to be going to a Browns game. So we stopped and looked at it and met George. Me and my wife both felt good about him and the van looked great and the price was better than we’d seen other places. It also was put back together very well with OEM parts. We had a bad experience before with a rebuilt vehicle and was a little gun shy about another. We bought it and a week later the driver seat started squealing. He drove all the way to our house (2.5hrs) to fix it and also drove back to our house again to fix the sliding door that would randomly reopen when shutting. I am amazed that anyone now days would stand behind their work like he has! We are beyond happy with the van and the customer service! We will definitely buy another vehicle off him. It’s been a couple of months now with no issues and loving the Odyssey

10 out of 10. Five stars all the way! If I could, I would send my mom to buy a car from Melnik’s. After a ton of research, we decided to buy a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited with a rebuilt title from Melnik’s. No regrets. Natalie was so very helpful & accommodating. I usually dread and then loathe every second of purchasing vehicles. This was so different. It was such a positive experience. Totally not the usual car lot buying experience. Easy breezy. No pressure. No B.S. I am in love with my perfectly perfect rebuild. It feels, looks & drives like a brand new vehicle. It was freshly detailed with a full tank of gas when we picked it up, way after closing on a Saturday. Natalie was there waiting & handed us the keys to take it on a test drive by ourselves. The paperwork was quick & painless & we were out the door in no time. Natalie was always very friendly & quick to respond to our questions & took the time to do a face time video call with both my husband & myself so I could see the vehicle; even underneath, since I was across the country. We put $250 down to hold the vehicle. Totally fair. Thank goodness we did. Did I say I’m in love with this vehicle? I’m so glad we found this car & I’m so glad it was at Melnik’s. Great car. Great experience. Don’t hesitate buying from them. You can thank me later! P.S. I am 2.5+ hours from Cleveland. I hate driving in big cities. I was pleasantly surprised to find Melnik’s is easily accessible & located in a very nice suburban area. Just another +.

at first, I was very reluctant to buy something with a rebuilt title. A stopped to look at the vehicle and then ended up test driving it And could not find any issues at all that would stop me from Purchasing it at a great price. Prior to committing to the purchase, I contacted the insurance agency To get quotes on a rebuilt title and found that it didn’t seem to be that big of a deal to get full coverage at the price I was paying for my 2015 vehicle. I submitted an application to one of the Credit unions they Recommended, PSE, I worked directly with the bank manager, Getting an incredibly low interest rate on the loan. A check was cut and I was able to arrange pick up. It was an extremely easy and relaxing process. Nothing like I’ve gone through before with previous car dealership purchases. This was actually the best process I’ve ever gone through. I have an outstanding vehicle that is fully loaded. This was an awesome and easy experience! Natalie was great with communication and George was very helpful with information about the 2024 Honda Pilot. I brought a mechanic with me and he said immediately upon inspection to buy it. Natalie was awesome to work with in purchasing the car! I finally stopped by Melnik’s Automotive after seeing this business for many years. Natalie was immediately a gracious host inviting me into her office to talk. She made me a fancy cup of coffee while we talked about life in general. After 20 minutes, I completely forgot what I came for as Natalie and I talked liked old friends who haven’t seen each other in years. No sales pressure or pushy questions. They don’t need to be pushy. George and Natalie have a great business model, rebuild the best makes as good as new! The quality of work George and his crew put into rebuilding our 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness is impressive! I crawled all over the vehicle and took apart skid plates and inspected everything hidden from sight. I can tell you that George puts so much effort and quality work in breaking the stigma of salvaged vehicles. These cars are certified by the state as Rebuilt Titled Vehicles. This lets you know that it meets or exceeds all the safety requirements. We couldn’t afford this car with all its features otherwise. This is our 5th Subaru Forester since owning our 1998 1st generation Forester. The combination of legendary Subaru quality and George’s impeccable reputation rebuilding cars, we have a nearly brand new car for fraction of the price. George, you are the finest automotive plastic surgeon around. We wish you and Natalie many more years of success!

Highly Recommend. Natalie was great to work with and very informative. We were able to test drive 3 cars the same day without feeling pressured into a decision. The oil change light appeared shortly after buying the car and the team took care of it for us. We will definitely be back

If you see almost 200 - 5 star reviews you know you can trust the dealership. I bought a 2023 Outback XT for $20k less than the sticker price because the insurance company wrote the car off due to wait times for the parts. The car is fully loaded and absolutely beautiful. I asked about 500 questions before I bought the care and the owner of the dealership answered all of the questions right away. I just had the salvage inspector for NY inspect the car and he said it was an beautiful car and I basically stole it for what I paid. The car would not have been totaled out by insurance if the parts were available. In my opinion, this is the best way to buy a car. I could buy 10 brand new cars off the lot, but I refuse to buy one because the instant loss in value. I would recommend anyone to Melniks, you'll have a great experience and save a lot of money.

I bought a Honda Odyssey in March, so have driven it for ~4 months (~5k miles). Will echo the other comments on these reviews, great to work with, great buying experience, will not buy a new or used car from a big dealer again. Car has been free of problems and drives great. Can not express how great is was working with the family. If I were to to be super critical when we bought the car it needed an oil change right away and i thought this would have been handled, and then we got two keys (George even offered a third) but they are both Driver #2 keys, so for the automated seat both keys move to driver position 2 as opposed to Driver position 1 & 2. However, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, and look forward to doing so!

I will never buy a car again from a new car dealer. My wife and I just purchased a Accura MDX from Melnik’s earlier this month (June 2025). The whole process start to finish was easy and totally error free. Natalie was helpful and very knowledgeable and assisted with all our concerns. The car was immaculate and comfortable. We had the car looked at by our own mechanic, he told us the car was perfect, and if he were looking for a new car, he would absolutely buy it! Can’t say enough about the ease and professionalism and I cannot express how well every thing went. The Melnik’s have been working on cars ,first the dad and now the son has taken over, for over twenty years that means to me, they are doing things right. My next car will be coming from George and Natalie. I gotta come back to meet George, Natalie took care of everything this time

I bought my dream car from Melnik’s last year and I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone! They were so kind and open with us, and made the whole process so easy. My husband and I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot from Melnik's Automotive, and it was hands down the BEST car buying experience we have ever had! From our initial interest and the incredibly flexible scheduling for a test drive, Natalie and George were absolutely fantastic – responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. We ended up purchasing the car on my husband's birthday, and we were so touched when the title arrived with two gift cards for us to go out for a birthday dinner! What an incredibly thoughtful gesture that truly shows how much they value their customers. Our new Pilot didn't have floor mats initially, but Natalie and George quickly resolved this and got us a TrailSport set that fits perfectly! We also had a minor question about a warning light shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and they got us in right away to ensure everything was perfect. This was one of the most clean and transparent experiences I've ever had buying a car. I drove all the way from Pittsburgh, tested the car, and it was basically a 1-hour process to get things signed. The only fee was around $218 for a combination of registration paperwork; no pushing of add-ons. I basically paid exactly what was listed online. The car itself was in really good condition; it had 6,600 miles on it, and Shaun showed me the 'before' pictures of how they bought it so I could see what was fixed. I wouldn't have been able to tell it was in an accident from the outside. He was nice enough to give me a 24-hour guarantee, so I could drive it *back to Pittsburgh*, have my own mechanic check it out, and if I found anything wrong, I could return it. The level of confidence and transparency was amazing. When up on the lift, you could tell the car went over a curb or something, but it was pretty superficial. My mechanic, who is a tough, old-fashioned gearhead who talks straight facts, told me it was a good car- that's a rare compliment from him. It's pretty close to being a new vehicle. About $23k before taxes for a 2022 WRX with 6,600 miles on it is pretty remarkable. Some hairline scratches on the paint here and there, just mild signs that it had a life before being declared a salvage title. I really, really appreciate what these guys do; these cars are great and deserve a second chance, and it's an excellent deal for anyone willing to drive out and check them out. As reliability goes, I've put about 3,000 miles on it since I bought it in October 2024 (I'll update after I put 20k miles on it), and there have been absolutely no issues with the engine. Everything works as expected. I even put an ETS intake on it with a DMann tune run through the Cobb Accessport; I've been monitoring the engine carefully, and it's beautifully healthy. I'd definitely trust Melniks and buy another car from them if I needed one.

George has been great to work with. We purchased 6 of his cars for our Ice Driving Event in Wisconsin. The cars look and drive like they should, definitely didn’t have rebuilt cars on our radar but after talking with them and flying over to see the cars we have been very pleased so far. Look forward to doing business again with George and Melniks in the future.

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had with buying a vehicle! When I inquired about my truck, I received a prompt response. When I arrived to test drive it, the truck was warmed up. The sales associate was very courteous and already had all of the paperwork prepared! It was amazing! This is Not my first vehicle purchase, and I have always had to sit and wait an annoying length of time for paperwork. This was exactly the opposite. I am Very impressed! Extremely satisfied customer!

I was a little worried buying a rebuilt title vehicle but George made the whole process very easy and answered all my questions. The vehicle we bought is in excellent conditions. Definitely will buy again in the future.

Paula Dancie I was told about Melnik’s Automotive by my daughter, who purchased a 2021 Acura RDX around March of 2023. I told her I didn’t need a car. I was happy with my 2013 Subaru Legacy. That was until the transmission went out a couple months later. I need my car. I rented a car and gave myself a week to find another one. I checked out the inventory Melnik’s had and decided to purchase a similar Acura RDX my daughter purchased. It’s a beautiful car! I was hesitant when I saw that the car was a salvage title. I went to look at it anyway. When I arrived in Berea, George Melnik met me and let me check the car out. He also taught me a lot about salvage titles and how the pre-owned market works. I told him “my daughter is very pleased with her purchase, so if she raves about you, then that’s good enough for me.” George was very courteous, informative, accommodating and transparent in dealing with me. I would absolutely recommend Melnik’s Automotive if you’re interested in a premium car without paying the premium price. I also want to thank Sean (I hope I spelled your name right) for sorting out the paperwork. He took time out of Mother’s Day weekend while his mom was visiting from out of town and brought her with him to close the sale for me! The Melnik’s team is dedicated to pleasing the customer. Just recently completed purchase of an absolutely stunning SUV. Repairs are so perfect- the car looks as if it just rolled out of the showroom. The car drives and runs beautifully. Again, just as if it had come out of the factory yesterday. Working with The crew at Melnick's was equally awesome. We are in Cincinnati, and so essentially drove up to buy the car sight unseen. George stayed over late to accommodate this for us. We have been purchasing rebuilt salvage vehicles for quite some time now, and this was far and away the best experience in terms of quality, value, and service. The fact that Melnik's guarantees the cars that they repair with a warranty speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to purchase a vehicle here, and I will definitely return in a few years when it is time for me to replace this vehicle.
