Absolutely taken advantage of. My 5th wheel camper broke a leaf spring and I was stuck on the side of the road. The roadside repair was ok except that the company charged me over a 100% markup on the replacement lead springs On top of a 2hr minimum for the roadside work. Post immediate roadside repair I inquired about doing some work on the camper, he had me follow him to a rv shop and lead me to believe the rv shop would be doing the work but would be helping. I told him what I wanted done which included servicing the main slide out, fix my generator which wasn’t running reliably, replacing the remaining leaf springs and adding some helper springs I’d purchased. I never received a quote for the work, and it turned out he billed me for repairs not the rv shop. I was told the slide out has been serviced and was more functional, the generator was fixed and the other work I’d wanted done was completed. I paid his absurdly high and ambiguously detailed invoice and continued to Florida. Less than 12 hours after his “repairs” I tried to start the generator when I stopped at a rest stop for the night and now my generator post service was not running at all. I tried to contact the company and they never responded. The next day I found out the hard way the leaf springs on the rear axle were not installed correctly when the suspension mount for the rear axle broke off of the camper nearly causing me to have to use a runaway truck ramp coming down a mountain in Tennessee. Analysis of the suspension failure showed the suspension mount had been reassembled incorrectly and leaf springs were crooked. This failure destroyed a tire on the camper. On top of it the rewiring he did on my brakes didn’t work properly and the brakes kept cutting out completely the whole drive home. I strongly advise caution and demanding a written estimate from this company for anything other than emergency roadside assistance. My experience with this company was hands down the worst experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had. I’ve already had to spend more money than what I paid him to fix his substandard work. For example his repair to my generator completely ruined the carburetor and a $450 carb had to be replaced after his poor workmanship

Great service. Our 5th wheel had a bearing go bad and Josh was recommended to us. We called him and he came out 12 miles on the interstate East of Jamestown. of course our axle was nowhere in stock on Earth. He got a very rare spindle and repaired the axle and got us on our way in a few days. very nice guy and very competent.
