There was literally no one inside of the store. I felt bad for that 1 employee scheduled to work and had 2 customers at the counter and 1 he was currently with... at least, he was putting forth his best effort..
associate was good at helping find what I needed. unfortunately, there search database couldn't find me a seal for my turbo400 transmission, but they had everything else. kind and friendly. would highly recommend. prices were fair too.
These guys saved my life. When no one wanted to help Aron went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you so much, always shop at o’ Reilly but now will ONLY shop here no matter what. God bless you guys.

Hats off to Joe and the nice lady (didn't get her name) Joe was informative, thorough, and patient. Guy even offered to pay the difference on an air filter out of his pocket when we realized my card had issues. Fortunately, we got it to go through. Been a long time since I've had good service like that.

Jimmy is the man. 5 hours from home on my roadtrip I threw a belt on my K-series motor swapped MR2. Got towed here to replace it myself, figuring I would have to wait for the belt since the belt I needed was not in stock. Jimmy was SUPER helpful, and was actually even familiar with my motor swap. He helped me source an alternative belt, and we found my tensioner pulley was seized so he helped me get that all replaced. Needless to say this is above and beyond typical customer service. I've been in the service industry for almost 20 years, and people like Jimmy are a rare gem. They don't simply stop at the minimum. He could easily have just ordered my belt and been done with it, but he did his best to get me back on the road the same day. It is VERY much appreciated and if I happened to be local it would have me coming back. THANK YOU again!
Very good customer service. Every time i come to there store they always get me the right parts and make sure everything right with my commercial account with all my parts for my customer
Gotta give a huge shout out to Trey at 1571. I needed parts on Saturday morning and he gave me the service and attention that we strived to give the customers when I was employed there. Jon and Dave are exceptional, as well. The three of them are 'parts professionals', not mere desk clerks like are found way too often.
Would not honor 20% off coupon for a $200 battery would not help put battery into car. I left and went to a different store. I do not plan to go back to o'reilly's. Even did a "chat" with customers service no help.
Such a helpful and friendly store. We were semi stranded and they had every part and tool instock that we needed. Even helped us diagnose the main issue.
Helpful knowledgeable staff. I'm looking forward to them being in their new large location. They will have so much inventory on hand. It's gonna be awesome.
Guys lost the sale today on almost $500 in products simply because they were inconvenienced. Excuses because of weather or other related things. Service is everything, we got the stuff we needed elsewhere.
The folks at JTown O'Reilly Auto Parts are very friendly and helpful. They have never in 8+ years been otherwise. I recommend them for any autoparts needs!
Needed a new battery for my sons car. He is a student at JU and I am 9 hours away so I couldn’t help. . Called them late on a Saturday and talked to Randy. He was awesome! He put in a new battery for us . Thanks Randy and everyone there. that little extra service you did was a huge help for us. Keep up the good work.
Larger selection of stuff, appears to be converted from a different parts store. Has the good ol boys club working when I was there. Not much personality or friendliness to strangers but sure yucked it up with the locals who walked in....
Update: I was contacted by O'Reilly's and they actually thanked me for bringing this to their attention. At least an effort was made to correct things.
Went in to buy some parts and needed to use restroom, was told no public restroom. 1st oreillys I've been in that wouldnt let you use restroom. Both of the people working this morning were not friendly . I would rather go to autozone than go into this store again!
Needed a new headlight. They are known to help with small things. They didn’t help replace the headlight, which is OK but no eye contact as I was abruptly and curtly turned away. No excuse given. I felt I had somehow insulted them. I often use o’Reillys, but not this one ever again.
It's usually the 1st & only place I go to get anything auto parts related.
I did have a different experience w/ them within the past week. I purchased a new battery . . . Installed it . . . It was sluggish immediately after I installed it. The car sat in the garage 2 days. The 3rd day I went to start it . . . NOTHING, it was stone dead.
Obviously, I returned to the store. They tested it & said it was ok. Well, I wanted NOTHING to do w/ that battery, knowing it was going to let me down again. I couldn't take the chance in this frigid part of the country. After some hesitation they finally did agree to refund me my money. So, all-in-all, I'm pleased w/ the final results & because of this, I WILL continue to go there for my auto related parts. I've purchased numerous good batteries there for my motorcycles that were just fine. I will say, however, the attitudes of the employees could've been MUCH better!!
I needed a new windshield wiper for my car and they were able to find one that would match very quickly, and even get it on the car for me. I also really liked that they didn't try to pull anything on me. When shopping for anything car-related as a women you do have to be careful because of how dense some people can be in their assumptions about what ladies know about vehicles.
Claim to match other store's prices. In reality they find a way no matter what one does to deny a price match. Asst. Manager had to get on the phone with district manager to find out how to deny matching price. When he came back on the phone ASST. manager said, "local store if the store was within driving distance." Then when called back with local store price Warren said, "Carquest is not not a local store." Well Carquest is 18.2 miles from my home and O'Reilly's is 42 miles away. Most people would say there is no value in something you cannot collect on. Everybody knows matching prices keeps customers local. Everybody knows false advertising is a lie. Most people won't do business with people they don't trust.
