11/21/2025. At 6:25AM on Rt1 a white Crossroads Cars van cut my wife and off in the rain and then proceeded to drive recklessly and aggressively. This needs to be addressed before someone gets killed or hurt.
Received a letter in mail from Harry Turner he ask me to send him my information I had to reach out to him and ask what was going on with looking into me purchasing a vehicle he said he was off and had to do a honey do list. So it's been over a week still have not returned my text nor answer my calls. Scammer just to get people information be warehouse of fake salesman!!
We just bought an infinity Q60 from crossroads infinity on capitol blvd.
I have to say, it was the best experience we have ever had.
No pressure, the salesman juan ortiz was willing to answer any question we had. The sales manager was super friendly. He made us feel comfortable with the sale also. He did everything he could to get us the best deal at a great price.
I will be looking to crossroads for future purchases, and letting my friends know how great this experience was.
This collection of Ford dealerships has always been helpful, and always when I've needed them to be. I rank them highly when it comes to their quality of service.
Although I had purchased my vehicle out of state, I started to bringing my vehicle to Crossroads Ford in Prince George for maintenance and repair. Had always been a good experience until my service provider left. Now the new service provider won't make appointments at the dealership for oil changes, doesn't provide loaner cars, etc. I am sent to the Quicklane for work. I was having my car towed in back in June 2020 and was told they couldn't get to it for another week or two. Tried to bring it in for a water leak in August of 2021and was going to have to wait two weeks to bring it in and they only do water leaks one day a week. In September 2020 I waited 3 hours for an oil change to be done at the Quicklane. In April 2021 I made an appointment at the Quicklane to have an oil change and took off work. I was called the day before to say they would be closed on the day of my appointment so they were cancelling it. Today I am told that an oil change will take all day. They only have 2 of 8 techs working. The waiting room is full. I got here at 7:45 am. They have already turned people away by 8:10 am. Not sure I am even waiting for my car ...deciding now. Service at this dealership has gone wayyyy down hill.
We had a great experience yesterday buying a pre-owned car at Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest, NC. Ahmed Arafat, our sales consultant, greeted us at the door with a smile and made the entire purchase a real pleasure. Also, shot out to Jack Smith, the finance mgr, who kept the financing a breeze. I highly recommend a visit.
Went back there to get my car repaired and ask for another copy of my keys ( yes you have to pay for it ) staff is all friendly all willing to help no matter what. Thanks Again Nissan
Service department here has been friendly and helpful with my cars needs. Their pricing is also reasonable. I did not buy my car here, but probably should have.
I brought my Infiniti into Crossroads Infiniti of Apex to be serviced. I received excellent customer service from Alexander Cullen, Service Advisor. He greeted me promptly and was very courteous. This is a great way of showing appreciation to customers. Well done, Alexander!
I am based in Georgia and was interested in a used car at this dealership. Georgia ad valorem tax is charged on the value of the vehicle, but these guys wrote up the agreement so that the dealer fees (dealer admin fee, registration fee, electronic filing fee) were also taxed by the Georgia TAVT. When I pointed this out to them they responded saying they were "no longer interested in this deal". I did not haggle with price, I just questioned their fees. They seem incapable of selling cars across state lines and when I pointed out what the taxes and fees should be, they decided not to proceed. Watch out for their fees!
I purchased my 2017 Nissan Altima from another dealership called Oxford Car and Truck in Oxford, North Carolina.After about the third day,I had a sensor light come on and I had to call Nissan to see if they were able to help me,and they were.I took my car to Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest and they completed the work that needed to be done along with a multi point inspection making sure my vehicle was in good condition.I have been taken it back every since then,and I purchased it in May of last year, traded in my 2016 Ford Focus.I will be going back to Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest for further service needs and maintenance and sometime in the future will be purchasing another vehicle when my daughter is ready to drive and has her license.
Crossroads Infinity of Raleigh is not providing the maintenance service I expect for my 2020 Infiniti Q50. They always have an excuse for not doing the job that is expected. Crossroads Automotive Group has not provided a way for me to contact them directly with my concerns. What seems to be the problem ?

Stopped in without an appointment to get a Fob programmed. It was lunch time but I was still in and out within about a half an hour. The price was reasonable and much less then the Nissan dealership in Cary quoted me. I will definitely return to this location for all my car related needs in the future. They were even able to program a Fob that other dealerships said was unprogrammable. The gentlemen that helped me in the service department was very nice as well!
Great place to by a ford. Everything anyone can imagine is there so no need to check other dealers. If ford makes it they have it. Staff has the knowledge to answer your questions.
I've had my car serviced at Crossroads Nissan in Wake Forest for 8+ years. Always a positive experience. Very professional service advisors, fair prices for routine maintenance, nice customer lounge area. Complimentary coffee, bagels and muffins are a nice touch.
Excellent customer service .. easy going, and fair market pricing..made the experience easy and quickly and explained everything going on with the purchase..
