I had no idea they did iPhone repairs!! I dropped my phone today and I thought the phone would have to be replaced. 3/4 of the screen was blackened out. I went to the TMobile store where I was informed my phone was covered under my phone insurance plan and that Batteries Plus was one of the partnering stores that could repair/replace. So happy with the results of this repair. Not only was it 100% covered by the insurance, but the replacement parts are Apple products and not after market. The folks were very kind and explained everything they were doing, too!

Looking for batteries, phone repairs, key fob replacements, light bulbs etc.... stop by and the friendly staff will be able to assist you. Recommended to two people to bring their phones in for screen replacements.

I have a lifetime install for my KEYFOB and the manager at the Wake Forest location today informed me that he would not be replacing my battery. I explained that it hadn't been six months since the last replacement, and the battery was dead. He said whom ever replaced it before in the store did not mark the battery as it should have been marked and he could see that I had a lifetime install but there was an error, and he would not be replacing moving forward. I am furious that I paid for lifetime replacement and as I explained when I replaced twice before once the battery died the same month and the next did not last 6 months. Each time they apologized and replaced the battery. But now this particular manager is saying nope not going to replace. I again explained the fob matter again and told him I even have several watches with the lifetime battery replacement, and he said, "yes I can see, but will not be replacing the fob battery because it wasn't mark." Horrible experience with the Wake Forest store for this visit that I have never experienced before. I prefer never to do business with this store again and will take my business elsewhere. I could not have my battery replaced because of the mistake that has nothing to do with me/ customer.

Alexander helped me w my new battery for my pickup truck. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

We went there last Saturday to get a new battery for my son's phone. They didn't have one in stock and asked if I wanted them to order one. I said yes bc he needs it. They told us to come back Monday. Luckily I called 1st. I was told the guy ordered an aftermarket battery and since they are Apple certified they couldn't install it. I asked if I could just purchase the battery and put it in myself. The guy proceeded to tell me I'd have to be done by a specialist bc there are so many steps. Not knowing I know how to do it and have before. So they ordered the wrong battery. One they couldn't put in nor sell. A waste of time.

I had two issues that I was hoping Batteries Plus in Wake Forest could take care of for me. My car key fob was not working and my cell phone screen cracked and was impacting my phone. When it rains...it pours! Not only did they fix both, but they were professional and so helpful! Thank you for your great service!

The staff saved me $400 to $500 on a couple of key fobs over what a dealer wanted to charge me. In short, my key broke away from my plastic fob (on both my lefts for my 2007 Camry) - dealer advised almost $300 each to replace. I went to the store and they said for $40 they could order the key fob shell and put my electronics from the broken fob int the new shell and for $10 more cut a new key. Total $50 for what the dealer said was $300. Sadly thus happened to two of my 3 keys for the car (apparently it is a common problem especially with older model Hondas). I am so appreciative of their advice and their work. Great store - wonderful, experienced employees

Rude, unfriendly customer disservice. WAKE FOREST STORE Wouldn’t even help a woman in the door with 2 heavy batteries and then refused to refund the core deposit because they couldn’t read that $32 in core charges had been paid? (See photo) There’s plenty of BETTER places selling batteries. (Off to dispute the charges with my C.C. Company….)

Went to Battery Plus because they had better prices on four wheeler batteries. The website says that the batteries come prefilled and all we need to do is charge it before use. Drove put there and while checking out asked the employee if the battery was filled, he said yes. I get home and go to put it on charge and realize that I was bone dry. So had to drive another 30 minutes back and when we got there the employee had filled another battery and was given it to us, but he had filled the wrong battery. Good thing we know what we needed. So we asked him to just fill the battery we originally bought. My view on this whole thing is not all employee at Battery Plus know what they are doing, maybe they could use some more training.

The service was great. Ordered battery online - was there fully charged and waiting. The Service associate brought it outside and installed it properly and in short time. Price was good, especially with discount.

Don't be fooled into thinking "CURBSIDE PICKUP" is a viable choice at this location--it is NOT. At least, it wasn't for me. I had to go inside to tell them I was here. I asked them to put the battery in my car (just inside, not actually IN the engine compartment) and p/u the core. When he was done printing the ticket, he handed it to me and placed the battery on the counter. When I didn't make a move toward picking it up, he asked if i had a core. Duh! "I'll need the CC you charge the online purchase to". #$%#% Back out to the car. I carried the new battery with me and picked up the old before coming back into the store for my CURBSIDE PICKUP. I ask the sloth if he wanted me to carry it to the back for him and wash it off while I was there. "No, that's OK", he said, totally missing my sarcasm. 15 minutes after arriving, I was leaving. (Mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store; 2 employees). I'm just glad Duracell made the battery---I'd hate to think it was employee-manufactured.

Stopped by to have the battery in my garage door remote replaced. Shawn was most helpful and quickly made the replacement. Appreciate the friendly service. Will be back!

When I am in need of batteries for any reason I go to the professionals at Batteries Plus. The are very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and can help you even if you don't know what you are looking for. Their pricing is also good.

Go somewhere else - save yourself the headache + time. They will sell you replacement keys for vehicles they cannot actually program and then make getting a refund a massive headache. A complete waste of time - four visits and hours spent at this store for nothing. On top of everything – some of the employees were rude and completely unprofessional (and obviously untrained).

Very attentive and courteous. I had a difficult task- figure out how to replace batteries on a 35 year old book for my grandaughter. After three attempts they succeeded. Very grateful for their efforts. Our grandaughter was extremely excited. Thank you! I'll be visiting soon!

Guy was pleasant however he was unaware of how to takeoff a pocket watch case and the website said there was 17% off at participate locations and apparently this wasn’t one of the participating locations and it was exactly $27 just to replace two watch batteries that I probably could’ve done myself Manager, Andrew made it right fixing the watches and refunded my money. Very happy with the communication and service!

Tim was very friendly. I ordered a car battery online, it was ready immediately when I got there, and they installed it on the spot. In all the whole experience took no more than 15-20 minutes.

On September 25 my car was slow starting and I thought it may be the starter. I finally got it cranked and drove to batteries plus on Main St In Wake Forest. I had spoken to Sam on the phone and he was very helpful professional and ask if I could bring my car in. When I arrived he was with another customer. Andrew greeted me and said let's figure this out. As it turned out I needed a new battery. Those guys were so caring friendly and professional so when I left I said I'm going to write a review about your service. Well life got in the way and here it is Nov.10th. This proves when you get FANTASTIC SERVICE you will never forget it and always return to that store. THANK YOU ANDREW and SAM for turning my stressful day into a VERY GOOD DAY and getting me back on the road again. Ya'll GUYS ARE GREAT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Every single time we've come in we've had fantastic service. No matter how odd the request, they always known what's needed and where it's at. Or, if it's not something the store carries, where to go to get what I'm looking for. On this occasion, Andrew provided the outstanding customer service I've come to expect and appreciate from this business and especially the Wake Forest location. Y'all are always awesome. Thank you.

I am giving this store 2 stars only because my son in law said they had a variety of batteries. He recommended I go there to get a battery for my car and also needed one for the riding lawnmower. I walked in with my granddaughter and waited for the salesmen to finish waiting on people. One person left and I waited in line for the salesman to say something but he didn’t. The other salesman came to the front desk and again they didn’t say anything and the person came back and they helped her again. Both of them, not a “we will be with you shortly” not even a look my way. Maybe I wasn’t patient enough but I thought the customer service stunk and so we left and went to NAPA where I was treated much better. I would not recommend this store.

Everyone there was friendly and able to help me with my phone screen issue. I spoke with Don the day before coming in and he provided information on when it was best that I come in. Once coming in, Andrew and Alexander were also very helpful. Andrew was able to look over my phone and had it fixed in an hour. Everyone was very efficient and made sure that the problem was resolved. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Dropped in on a Sunday (by appointment) and store was extremely busy. Needed the battery replaced in my car, and expected to have to wait forever after seeing only 1 person behind the counter and parking lot surprisingly full for a Sunday - with people still pulling up. To my great surprise, I was out the door right on time with my new battery installed and tested - the person behind the counter was kind, thorough and extremely professional in spite of his work load. Not the cheapest place to get a battery, but they always seem to have what I need in stock. Very impressed with the level of service I received.

I was there a few days ago to get some batteries for an electronic dog door. I have bought them there before and if they don’t have them they order them. This day a gentleman named Alexander, did check to see if they had any on the shelf, said they didn’t have any. Didn’t check in the back(which they have done before) didn’t offer to order any. Only wanted to sell me AA or AAA batteries. I just left, I knew they could order them. Went back today, was waited on by Oscar Who was very polite and helpful, I got my batteries. I guess I’ll have to ask for him next time!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Being a homeowner, I learn a lot as I go and I honestly don’t know much about lightbulbs and finding the right replacement unless I go online and research - which, in this case, I wasn’t in the mood and wanted a quick solution and turnaround to replace my floodlights and exterior garage lights. The staff was accommodating in finding the right items and getting me on my way when I probably still would have been at Home Depot staring at the shelves, looking for what I needed.

Went in this store yesterday they had charged our account 65 dollars approx on 11/1412021 for a iPhone battery. The battery died again. I have a receipt. Contact Oscar. Amazing replaced battery in 10 minutes. He did exactly what he told my wife he would do.

Ordered a car battery online, and went by after work to pick it up. It was quickly installed and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Best price I could find after shopping around. Plus, I received 10% off from ordering online (promotion they were running) Very happy with my experience, and will use their services again!

I had an amazing experience with thanks to Brian and Oscar! They were so helpful and friendly and fixed my phone screen right away. In fact they were able to remove the lint from my iPhone and taught me how to clean it in the future. It feels like I have a brand new iPhone!! I highly recommend this store if you want phenomenal customer service and friendly warm atmosphere.
