I had an excellent experience at this location - the man working here on a Monday evening was so kind and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond with his patient explanations to my questions. I will be back for all of my auto parts needs!
The older gentleman, I forgot his name already, but we were talking while he helped me with a warranty replacement for my battery. He was a retired marine and his customer service and helpfulness was the best I’ve ever had at an auto store. Thank you so much for helping me get my car back up and running!
Stopped in today, absolutely frustrated. After jumping through 15 hoops to get my car tag renewed, found out I needed a random parking light bulb replaced to pass inspection. After going to 3 different auto shops and being turned away for inaccessibility to the bulb, I came here. Omar was amazing! Took the time to figure out how to replace the bulb, offer exceptional service from start to finish, had a positive attitude and saved the day! He is an asset to your company and needs to be commended. In a day and time where people rarely take the time to care about others, Omar did the very best, and gave top notch service. Couldn't be more pleased.
After having an awful experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Wake Forest (off S. Main Street), I decided to leave that store —and the horribly rude man who was “helping” me— and drive over to O’Reilly’s less than a minute down the road.
I was greeted by Jay who was helpful, polite, super patient, and kind. He helped me buy the correct wiper blades for my truck and was very patient when we needed to figure out how to get the wipers to stay up so he could change—all within minutes of an impending storm!

Will probably never shop there again. I did not get to use my birthday coupon, refused to use it, I did not get the rebate, and did not get my points. I will be turning what I brought. I spent almost 4 hrs on the phone with customer service, who could care less and were rude. They do not let you file complaints with the CEO/executive office. I never realized until this purchase, points, and rebates I never received.
Update. I changed the review because the district mgr called me and apologized for the problems I was having with corporate. Apparently, he has gone thru this scenario with them previously. He offered me a coupon, then offered the windshield wiper blades for free. He was very nice. The people at the store were nice, it is just O'Reilly Corporate that is not consumer friendly at all.
Went in for a rear wiper blade staff gave me the wrong one I went back to get the correct one older guy who was assisting kept messing up and finally found the right one and immediately said "you can leave now" what kind of disrespectful staff do you guys hire?
My husband came in last night to get a hose for my car and the lady “helping” him. She didn’t know what she was doing so she dismissed him and helped the lady behind him. She said she would be back but she never did. After 10 minutes they left and went to auto zone where they actually helped and received the part he needed. If you don’t know how to do your job then maybe she should find another job.
This was the third auto parts place I went to and the first two told me that their diagnostic machine did not fit my vehicle but Advance Auto Parts fit the Mercedes before mine. Weird. The gentleman here were extremely helpful and the went out their way to get me what I needed. I'll be coming back here for sure.
Rob was so kind and and super friendly after my battery died. He showed me the different options of batteries and prices as well as changed out my battery. So appreciative and it was really fast!
Lights came up on my dashboard, the dealership advised me to go to an auto parts store and I was right by O’Reilly’s on South Main. Boy am I glad I came here. Nelson was SO helpful and did what I asked for and more. He looked up some additional information to help clarify the codes! I would highly recommend this store and Nelson!!!
I needed oil and Gabriel was helpful and quick to get my quick to get my questions answered.He helped me find an budget friendly option and then waited for raint to clear to put oil in for me. All the guys at the store where so friendly and even gave me a plastic bag to cover my hair for downpour. GREAT TEAM and perfect service
Mr Jabari, the store manager, answered my questions in my 2 visits. I bought from him based on his great professionalism, product knowledge, and brake parts availability. I do recommend seeing this gentleman for your car parts needs.
Just bought some wipers for my Subaru. Bryant helped me out with the wipers and he was super helpful. The best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.
The Bosch wipers also were in stock for both front and back, which was the only parts store in the area with all 3 wipers available. This way I didn’t have to run around as much in the stupid Wake Forest nanny traffic picking up their dam rodents (kids) from school. Is anyone on a school bus in this town besides the driver?
I don’t ever leave google reviews because I like to give people and businesses the benefit of doubt but this was honestly the worst I’ve experienced in a business. I waited 8-10 minutes someone to come help me at the register to do a return. No one came. There was no bell. I heard people talking the whole time in the back and one of the employees even walked right past the view of the registers twice and didn’t even look. I even tried to call the store to get their attention and no answer. I now have to go out of my way to another location. And unfortunately I will be hesitant to come back to this store.
Did not come here under ideal conditions. Was looking for seat covers while on hold with customer service for a phone company. They happened to pick up as I was walking in the door after being on hold for a long time so unfortunately I was on the phone while in the store. Not only did the employees put up with that while I was speaking with them but they also had my two-year-old being loud in the store. Their employees played with him the whole time while answering my questions even with me being on the phone. Their selection was great as great as well. I will definitely be returning for automotive needs. The customer service is exceptional; not something we typically see these days.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have never had a better experience when dealing with car troubles. Joe, the manager, was incredibly helpful and informative towards my issue! I greatly appreciate the help and easing my stress.

checked just to make sure that was our fix.
You confirmed it and installed a brand new battery for us. Can I say the price was incredible the service was outstanding and we are never going anywhere else for our automotive needs. We highly recommend this young man and O'Reilly Auto parts is lucky to have him.

So I pull into O'Reilly and a young man named Andrew right from the start was kind and professional. He greeted customers with happiness and a willingness to help. I was worried about turning my car off so he came out to assist with no hesitation. Checked my electrical system and showed me my battery was meeting it's end thus, the cause of my problems. He assisted me and insured I was good to go before I left the store. I can tell you, you do not get that at some other parts stores. O'Reilly thanks to Andrew just earned my business! Thank you Charles! I had a back light out and I had no idea how to replace it or which light bulb it was. Charles was extremely helpful and even replaced the bulb for me! In just a matter of minutes I was done and on the way home. Highly recommend O’Reilly Auto Parts! Fantastic people and great prices! Charles, you are the man and thank you again for being so kind!
Best O'Reilly store I have entered. The manager Jesse swiftly assessed my vehicle and directed me to whay I needed to buy and do in order to fix it. Service was amazing and accurate to my needs. Definitely recommend all customers seek his input.
The customer service here was fantastic. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. I had to have my battery replaced, and though they didn't have my particalur model in stock they were able to get one the same day for me without any hassle or extra fees.
Additionally, they installed the new battery and dispose of the old, all the while with a smile despite the unpleasant cold weather.
Manager Jessie was most helpful. Volvo had simple brake light out. He replaced it for me as a courtesy in under 5 minutes Total $8 to change both brake light bulbs and I’m certain the Volvo dealer would be 10x that in cost and several hours wait. Great store!
