The two guys working the counter were a big help. I hadn’t recharged my own AC in a decade or more, so they were kind enough to give me a hand with the whole thing. They were friendly and funny, too. I went to Batteries plus and stood in line for at least 5 minutes. Two people behind the counter helping one person. Neither one of the men said a word to me so I left and went to Walker NAPA and Carlos greeted me right away. He was not only friendly but knowledgeable about the types of batteries I needed. One for my older car and other for my riding lawn mower. When I brought the old batteries back, Basilio helped me get my refund with a smile. Very friendly and since the batteries were too heavy he took them out of the car for me. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you both Carlos and Basilio. I would recommend Walker NAPA on Main Street in Wake Forest to anyone.
I was in need of a screwdriver to fix something on my vehicle quickly and they let me borrow one without charge. Otherwise, I would have had to buy yet another screwdriver (to add to the collection). The technician was super nice. Let me use the screwdriver. And even helped me with fixing the issue (as much as he could). I ended up getting it done on my own and returned the screwdriver. Both employees were very nice. I definitely recommend this store!
I bought a NAPA fuel filter several months ago and lost the receipt. Last weekend I finally dropped the access plate to find out I was sold the wrong filter. I was able to verify what was also bought at that time but was refused credit for the NAPA brand part.
That was the last $30 NAPA will ever get from me.
The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even carried out the 2 heavy 12 volt marine batteries for me and loaded them in the back of my truck. I will shop there again..
Brought a new power steering pump for our L8000 1995 Ford truck from another place.They could not tell us what kind of fluid it takes, do we called Napa they were eager to help and told us the power steering fluid. Not automatic transmission fluid.

Very considerate and helpful!! Shawn and others there went out of their way to help me exchange my battery for a new one. They weren’t in a hurry and took time to answer my questions. I have been self employed for years, and know what customer service looks like. They deserve an A+ !!! There is something else I need to mention. There was a technicality that could have voided the warranty on my battery if they chose to, but Shawn STILL honored the warranty!!

These guys saved the day. Had a broken hyrdraulic hose and they fixed it within an hour of me walking in the store. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Went in to ask about a specific bolt, the man behind the register didn’t even look up for 2 seconds from whatever he was doing just to say he doesn’t have it in a rude and short way. Offered no alternatives or other places that could have it.

I went here with my two kids. The staff was amazing. They greeted me at the door and held it open for me as they could see I had my hands full with a small child and a baby carrier. They found out what I needed and got it for me quickly. They interacted with my three year old son and even gave him a basketball! After I paid they offered to help me to the car, I declined but they still ran to hold the door for me. Best experience ever. THANK YOU!
I called and reserved a water pump for our 2001 Buick Lesabre and picked it up the same day. My husband took our car apart and got ready to put the pump in only to see the clerk gave us the wrong part. The correct part was clearly written on ticket, the clerk pulled the wrong part off the shelf. This meant 50 minutes of driving to return it. When asked about a small discount to cover the cost if gas, the clerk refused. Next time, we'll go to another auto parts store.
