They did not do the work, they said they were gonna do for what they charged me.And still charge me for that.And also, just cut my catalytic converter off without asking me permission, I feel like they stole my catalytic converter.I will never take my vehicles back to them again
Francisco was quick to help with a rotating and balancing on a Sunday. He was friendly, and answered the phone, got a price and he was able to get it done promptly. Really, if I could give this shop more stars I would. I am very grateful and surprised that they were able to fix the problem on my 250 truck. I had taken it to five mechanics and none of them were able to fix it. They were just taking my money. I took it to this shop and in just two days they fixed the problem and the truck is working at 100%. I am truly grateful to them and they will be my preferred shop.
I have been here a few times with family members getting their cars worked on, and they have always had great customer service! But yesterday I stopped by just as everyone was packing up to go home, just to inquire about getting an oil change that’s been much needed, and he offered to do it right then!! I couldn’t be more grateful!!
I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place! I dropped my car off here on Monday, trusting them to figure out why it was shaking. They claimed they'd need to take apart the engine and promised to call me the next day with an update. But when I missed their call, I texted Francisco who didn’t bother responding until 10 PM! He told me I could pick up my car the next day in Wednesday, only to find out they hadn’t even looked at it! Thanks to my dash cam, I have proof they didn’t touch it. Then, to make matters worse, they tried to scam me with a bogus $4,300 estimate to fix what they said was a damaged engine. After all that, it turns out the only thing wrong with my car was some worn-out spark plugs! I was charged for a 'diagnostic test' that was clearly a complete rip-off, and they had the audacity to lie about what was actually broken. This place is a total fraud overcharging, lying, and taking advantage of customers. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache and the wallet damage DO NOT GO HERE!
My car notified me on 40 that I had a flat tire. I had enough time to make it to a gas station in BURGAW but then it was 2 psi. Started calling local shops that could not come to me which was a problem since I couldn’t drive to them. Jose from J&C auto repair showed up within 15 minutes and was extremely helpful and kind. Greatly appreciate their help!
Had my car fixed up a couple months ago and just took it into the dealership because of some weird noises, and apparently the guys at j&c auto didn’t fix things properly and there were pieces zip tied together and things not put back correctly. I’m having to pay over $3,500 to fix/replace what j&c auto did to my car. They also leave their garage doors open while they are away for hours, so literally anyone can walk right into the building and grab the keys for any vehicle on the lot. And getting ahold of someone at the shop is impossibly hard more often than not.
My Grandfather has always raved about the outstanding customer service and services in general that he has always received from Francisco & his Father throughout the years. And I must say he was 110% correct. This establishment is trustworthy and provides reliable services. Since the recommendation, my entire family has taken all of our vehicles for services here. Thank you Francisco for doing an amazing job. I am grateful for your wealth of knowledge/expertise.
Came to get a new tire because mine kept going flat. The men here are super friendly. They offered to patch my tire instead of of changing it and it saved me money. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks!
