“Jan” the older man at front desk is very rude.
Walked out within 45 seconds of taking to Jan.
I have a business fleet that they just lost business on, not just today but for the indefinite future.
Having friendly workers is a huge reason I and many others go out of our way to O’Reilley.
Today you lost a regular customer due to extremely Poor customer service.
Jan and David. Can’t say enough great things about them. I was coming back from North Carolina to Maryland, and had an issue with my Mustang.. I stopped here and they were both more than helpful to get me back on the road, saving the day. Very helpful people, and a great experience. I recommend this establishment to anyone that needs auto parts help!
I went in needing some oil- absorbent and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly, helped me find the best deal and even walked it out to my car for me! Thank you so much! His name is not on my receipt, unfortunately.
I've been having a super hard time with my 2004 Acura MDX. I just replaced the power steering pump and we put fluid and not much change! My mom said to go to O' Reilly's instead Advanced where I had trouble. So Jan came out and diagnosised the problem in 30 seconds. My resevoir didn't have a cap so all my fluid was spilling out. I didn't have the money to buy the cap and fluid and Jan paid for it. I was blown away. My wheels turn like a dream now!
Tae the assistant manager was great, very helpful with my husband in getting a new battery for my car. We appreciate the great support and that is what will bring us back here to the store in Burgaw.
Was helpful in finding the product I needed but was not knowledgeable in the ise of it. Instead of offering to help me he was playing on his phone entire time. Disappointing
At least one employee is running a racket with a local mechanic who hangs out at the store, lying to unsuspecting customers about issues that call for a costly repair. The two tried to tell me my starter was bad and needed about $325 in repair costs PLUS the $200 battery that was clearly needed. Got the new battery elsewhere, and now no issues starting whatsoever. I would like the owner to reach out to me for more information, please.
I was looking for a special windshield wiper for my step-van. The manager took on this project as I had been to two other auto parts stores. She took my name and number and called me the following day asking me to come pick it up. She worked a miracle! I am so grateful!
I had an issue with my car horn the other day and this was the first placed that I called for help. I'm new to this area and didn't know where else to go. As soon as I got there, Mr. Jan and Mrs. Jackie helped me and solved my issue. I appreciate them both for going above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys once again?
Bad customer service 3 people behind the counter and only 1 was helping customers, while the others stand around talking, customers standing in line ..took my business down the street to auto zone. Will not be going back.
Ordered a part Thursday and payed for it to be overnighted. I really needed the part but come Saturday after 12 they still didn't have it. At least they did give me a refund.... Definitely will not be going back.
