Service department is fantastic! I had to have my vehicle towed there as it broke down on the side of the road. Therefore, I had no appointment. I was worried that I would not have it back for a few days as they were very busy. I wasn't able to get a loaner or a rental. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to pick my kids up from school. Fortunately, they had all the parts I needed in stock and the technician working on my vehicle even worked through lunch to be sure I'd be out on time to get my kids. Definitely recommend.

I recently started driving and decided to go to this facility… bad idea. First they left my oil cap loose and I drove 30 minutes home leaking gas, then come to realize after they had fixed it the person working on my car had done this 4 other times before being fired. Then my car was jolting, I told them about the issue and instead of taking the car for a test drive or asking me more they plugged it up to the computer and told me it was my CO2 sensors. 500 dollars later the problem was worse. They had wiped the codes from my turbo charger and that was the problem the whole time. I ordered a coder and the problem was fixed by me. They even left something loose in my hood because I asked when they would be done so they closed up the hood and called it good. Finally, my last visit there, I got my tires rotated and they jammed my lugnut into the stud causing it to get smashed and crushed.

I recently utilized this dealership's service department after having my Jeep towed here when another dealer failed to resolve a critical issue while I was on vacation. My experience, regrettably, turned into a highly frustrating and costly ordeal, despite the staff's readiness to offer apologies. After dropping off my vehicle, I had to drive 1600 miles home. Approximately a week and a half later, I was informed that the Jeep was fixed. I took a week to arrange travel time and airfare to return and retrieve my vehicle. I diligently communicated my travel schedule, informing the service department on Monday that I would arrive on Thursday, and providing updates when I took off and when I landed, noting my expected arrival in one hour. Just five minutes later, I received a text message stating the Jeep would not start and that all technicians had left for the day. This late notice was unacceptable. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 AM on Friday, hoping for a quick resolution. I was told a technician would look at it by 8:00 AM. However, the diagnosis only began around 10:30 AM, and by noon, they still could not identify the problem. Faced with this complete failure, I was forced to rent a car and drive the 1600 miles home a second time. The dealership made absolutely no offer to mitigate my mounting expenses or time lost, simply offering an apology for the situation. Furthermore, my attempts to contact a manager to discuss this failure have been met with unreturned calls. Ultimately, I lost faith in the department's ability to reliably fix my vehicle and could not afford the repeated travel expense. I arranged and paid for a transport service myself to retrieve the vehicle. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this service department unless you are local and can consistently oversee the process. As a yearly visitor to NC, I will never return to this dealership.

I was very excited to purchase my brand new 2024 Wrangler in August 2024, until the windshield started cracking from the inside. This was a manufacturer’s defect and this dealership refused to take responsibility for this. I spoke with the service manager who laughed in my face when he stated warranty would not take care of this and neither would this dealership. I then, called Jeep Customer Care because it was obvious that this dealership doesn’t care about its customers despite being well known in Elizabeth City and a family run business. Jeep Customer Care stated the service manager sent this through warranty as a “rock hitting the windshield” which is a non-natural issue and that’s why it was denied through warranty. Again, wrong. They said he could resubmit it and it could be covered 100%- he has made ZERO attempts to rectify this situation and the communication is non-existent. Jeep Customer Care also stated that all dealerships have a “Goodwill” warranty that is designed to help customers in my situation, which was never brought to my attention by this dealership nor offered to me. I was brushed aside like I didn’t matter as a person or a customer. I made 3 different trips to this dealership for the service manager to take pictures of the 5 cracks in the windshield that surrounds the black box. What a waste of time. Mind you, this issue has been going on for 2 months straight with no resolution. 4 employees from this dealership saw these cracks and all of them including the service manager said the crack was from the inside. It’s great if your dealership wants to get this covered by warranty, but the fact is- I was sold a jeep that has a DEFECTIVE WINDSHIELD from the start, The crack simply shows this and I expect Jeep to take care of it and at least treat their customers better than what I have experienced. A few days ago, I scheduled my oil change and was promised that Mr Perry (the owner) would meet with me and also look at the cracked windshield. The owner never showed. I was lied to again and was told “he knows about it but is not involved in it” ???? As a female, I was treated very poorly, talked down to and laughed at by employees of this dealership. As a single mother, It seems they took advantage of my niceness and I do not appreciate it. Now, I have to fork out hundreds of dollars for something that should’ve been taken care of by this dealership and right at Christmas time. I do not recommend anyone going to this dealership- they do not stand by what they sell nor do they help customers or take responsibility. I refuse to go back and forth about this any longer, I’m writing to warn others to not use this dealership to purchase anything. They don’t treat you with respect nor do they stand by their products.

When I feel it's time for me to start looking for a new vehicle, there is only one car dealership I'll go to, and that is the Dodge dealership. I can say a lot of nice things about the vehicles ,they speak for themselves. But Teresa Perry Matthews is the only one I'll go to. I may Drive on the lot not knowing exactly what I want but when you talk to Teresa she'll find the right car to fit your needs and wants. I have bought several cars from her. she's the very best, way to go, Teresa keep up the good work

We had multiple repairs that we needed to have done on our vehicle. Sapphyre was our service writer and she always kept us up to date and was helpful through the process. I also appreciate the ability to text her and also select what we wanted to fix and wanted to pass on through the online portal.

I recently bought a car from this establishment. The best part of the experience was the salesman, but in all reality, it's part of the salesperson's job to be pleasant. In my error, when I did the test drive, we really didn't take it up to speeds where I would notice any imperfections. When driving the car home the next day, I noticed that my car was lightly shaking and it sounded as if one of the tires were bad. I made an appointment to take it to the shop to have my wheels balanced. They told me I had a bent rim and two of my tires were bad. I called the dealership and they said they would buy the tires but not the rim. After getting my car out the shop, I noticed the radio needed calibrating and I had to get that fixed. I have, at this point, only had this car not even a week. Their excuse was they do not perform a full inspection on the vehicle. I could understand that logic if I was buying a car under $10,000, but if I am buying a car over $25,000, I expect it to be road ready when I buy it, without any problems. The last straw was when I finally spent an extra 400 dollars getting everything fixed, I went to clean and vacuum the car, and dog hair was everywhere!! The car wasn't even detailed when I received it. I cannot express my frustration with this experience and would tell everyone else purchasing from here..... beware!! I gave the post two stars because at least they bought the two tires.

I waited a few weeks before I left a review, just to be very sure the great service and experience wasn't just on the purchase. Everything has been great. Andy, John, Noah, the women behind the payment desk, the janitor; everyone was so very kind and helpful. The purchase was smooth, they upgraded my rims, the car feels brand new, the price was completely reasonable and still, weeks later, I'm very happy.

I had my car serviced a few months back And was told everything was great. A few days later, in received an email stating I needed my filters changed in my car. I was sitting in the lobby and not even asked if I wanted this done. Strike one. A few days ago, I was in to have routine service on my vehicle and had already checked in and signed my paperwork online. I was informed by the service advisor that they can’t see that paperwork and they don’t know where it goes… I had checked all of the recommended services based on mileage when I scheduled my appt. After the inspection, only 2 services on the list were offered. Strike two. I asked to speak to the service manager and was told they didn’t have one so I was directed to the sales manager, John. I expressed my concerns and was told the service manager was not there and he would have him call me… no call… I will not be returning. Business lost.

I brought my truck into service in April 2024 due to having a leaking head gasket. They took the truck in and diagnosed it to have a bad head gasket. That what was already established. They quoted me $11,000 to replace the engine instead of just doing the head gasket. Which I finally got a price for them to do which was 4500. So I told them to do it. They called me back 3 days later and said they didn’t want to do it and to take it to someone else. So ended up losing 2 weeks pay cause of downtime and still didn’t have my truck fixed. Ended up just doing it myself and now have 12000 more miles on it and truck is running great no thanks to this company.

I brought my truck in to have the back window replaced. The window is not in stright and they scratch my paint in multiple places. Service manager lied to me multiple times. I have had to go thru ram customer care to get anything done. they had to clean my carpet and in doing so broke multiple clips and did not put the carpet back right. When I take my truck back to get the window fixed again and have the paint fixed that will be the 3rd time I have had to leave my truck there. The place is a joke and if I had it my way my truck would never go back. Once my repairs are done they have lost a customer.
