I purchased 4 tires from here last year around April because my funds were low and I needed new tires to do my registration. I was driving last night 9Jan2026 passing by Chico’s when my TPMS system started going off. It was around 5:30pm I stopped by Chico’s knowing they close at 6 and kindly asked them to check my tires and if needed repair the defective tire, or I’d be able to buy new tires from him. I also stated I was driving out of state today so if a tire needed repair or I needed to buy new ones, I’m was prepared to. I previously knew where my tread life was at. He checked the PSI on all of them, and said he filled them to 40-41PSI and said he didn’t think either of them needed to be repaired. What really got me is that he told me ‘due to the weather the cold temps can drop the PSI (which I knew) but he straight up lied to me and said ‘and as the temp gets warmer tires do not regain the PSI they lost when it’s cold out’ (LIES, everyone knows as the outside temp goes up after a night of colder temperatures, the PSI in tires go back up (in non defective tires) I’m from Chicago, my dad is a retired mechanic. The guy at the shop also said that my tires were ranging 32-35PSI and that is when the TPMS will start going off. Wrong again. My TPMS has only ever gone off when I had a legitimate flat from a nail, and when I blew a tire out on the highway in my previous car (Chevy Malibu) Anyway. I went on my way last night back home-rechecked the PSI this morning in all 4 tires around 4am and the tire I suspected was the issue, had PSIs drop more than what is normal for a night of mid-40 temps. We went to Discount Tire this morning, they found the nail, repaired the tire for free and I am on my way to IL now. I am disappointed to have had who I believe the main guy in the shop lie to me to my face. I am also disappointed he couldn’t be bothered doing a brief check of all 4 tires and repairing the one, nonetheless not even being willing for me to buy new ones (My treads are 5 and 6 and I have been planning on buying new tires in March or so) In a way, I suppose I am glad to know he isn’t hurting for money where he couldn’t have cared less on actually helping me or having me buy new tires from him. I’m glad that neither his shop nor him appear to be struggling. But I will not be coming back here or recommending this place to anyone I know, and perhaps anyone I personally know, I will warn them of my experience. And I’ll happily go pay the $1300 at Discount Tire for new tires and give them my business instead.

Bought tires twice in under a month first time the 30 day policy went over. Belt was bad tire almost fell apart while driving. Paid for another tire. I Came outside to warm up the car and the tire (one that was purchased here but not replaced) is flat car on the ground. I asked them to check if my other tires were good when purchasing the replacement tire, I doubt they did. My car wouldn’t be on the ground right now if they did. Don’t come here don’t waste your time, they won’t honor fixing a bad tire they sold you. You could get more mileage out of Walmart tires.. What really sucks about this situation. I can’t afford new tires and scrapping money to get by so you come here trusting that you could get some mileage out of used but not defunct tire, Can’t even have that! So you end up spending close to what you would have paying for a new tire! With money you should have spent on bills or food! Disappointed never will come here again but I’m sure that doesn’t matter given other reviews sharing similar stories!

Outstanding service, Luis did my state inspection quickly and efficiently, also the right way, I used to do state inspections and this man goes above and beyond the state law ensuring your car is safe by test driving it as you should!! Thanks guys I will be back for my automotive needs in the future

Do not recommend!! We got a flat so we came here to get a new tire. Thought everything was good until a month later our tire fell off. We talked to multiple mechanics who all told us to take it back here because the lug nuts were too tight or installed improperly & this was their fault. The Chico’s mechanic even said it was on them & that this shouldn’t have happened, but the owner still proceeded to say it wasn’t their fault & charged us $350 to get our only vehicle back.

I came to Chico's to get used tires and they offered me such a great deal on new ones that I just had to take it! Could have paid the same for used tires somewhere else. And they had me in and out very quickly! Great work! Incredible prices!

My go to for quick replacements until I buy a new set. They are honest, quick, and helpful. They can even order new tires for a good price. The fact they are open on Sundays is a huge benefit since I usually work Mon.- Sat.

I brought my truck into Chico’s thinking I needed new tires. They looked at them at let me know I did NOT need new tires and mine still have some life left on them. Where they could’ve easily sold me some knowing I know nothing about tires. They didn’t. They were HONEST and kind to me while I was there. They did my vehicle inspection fast and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. We looked at options for when I will need tired and they were a great price. Will DEFINITELY be coming back when it actually time (lol) Thank you Chicos!!

I was looking for some tires for my son's car because one of the tires had the wires showing so I was going to get all four tires. I have called every place all over town. Nobody had not even one in stock. This place had one and then ordered the other three that I needed as well. When I got there they were very professional very quick. The price was amazing for the all the tires that I got. I will definitely be coming back to this place and referring them to friends and family.

Luis is awesome! Definitely ask for him! All of the mechanics are very nice and straight forward. They are ready to get you in there, get it done, and get you on the road. I bring all 4 of my cars and my motorcycle here for basic maintenance needs and they always take great care of me and make sure I'm all set. I appreciate the good customer service, and that the staff and the owner Chico remember me when I come by because it makes the experience feel positive and personal. I am happy I found this little place and will use it for everything I can! Quick and easy! They have helped me with installing tires, tire rotations, alignments, inspections, brake replacements, and more!

Love small businesses. Appreciate the honesty when i asked if my current tires were okay. They saved me money which was phenomenal. They'll get you right!

my car is now totaled because of them! we went to go get a tire replaced & left with my front passenger side tire completely collapsed! i do NOT recommend!

Quick and competent. Walked in for 2 used tires for the Camry. $220 for 2 used tires and 4 wheels balanced. Took 40 min. Bring cash since they do charge a credit card fee.

Best walkin service hands down 10/10. Arrival-Departure in 15 minute. Polite, courteous & great prices(2tires) Staff professional, fast & knowledgeable. Waiting area clean & comfortable. I recommend them!

Brought tires from here gave them the wrong credit card and told them not to charge that card. Gave the the correct card and they proceeded to charge the full amount on that card. Got credit card statement and they charged the first card and also the second card so I was charged way more then I should have been. Trying to get it straightened out and everything I go there Chico is never there and he's the only one that can do anything. It's going on 2 months now and I would NOT recommend this business because if there's an issue with payments they don't seem.to care. I even left my phone number for them.to.call me and they can't even do.that

Really nice guy. Great prices. No taxes, free mounting and balancing if you pay cash. I bought Tyler before and I'm buying tires again tomorrow. I highly recommend this place.

This is the first review I’ve actually ever done but I felt this place deserved it! I popped a tire close to their shop and was able to make it just in time! And they were able to hop on it right away! They knew I was stressed and frustrated at the unfortunate situation but they gave excellent support and service! 10/10 service and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for tire repairs!

Thoroughly disappointed with Chicos after going there for years for all vehicles. We were told the cost to mount and balance tires was 20 per tire, but when he went today and checked out, it was 55 per tire, $220 before taxes and card fees!! Other places would have charged us $99 (Mavis, NTB) but we went to chicos because they have always been fair, good service and great prices! Never again, we were done dirty. We were ripped off and wont ever be back it refer there again. Would choose zero stars if I could.

I went and asked for a state inspection. First of all the guy there said the other guy who does inspections was out will be back in an hour. And I asked just for curiosity how much used tires were he said 80 each but my car need it the 110 ones the two front to pass inspection without even doing the inspection. I left I got my inspection done in another business under 30min paid 17 bucks and my car passed with no issues!

I can't say nothing but nice things about these guys. I bought tires elsewhere and they gave a a deal to mount and balance them. Needed an inspection done, got me right in. They do get busy, and there's a reason for it so don't mind the wait. You will be treated as if you are top priority. All my business will go here from now on. Thank you guys for doing such GREAT work and being so polite.

Let me say this. If I could have given the service that I received from them more than five stars I absolutely would. I went into AC's with serious alignment issues/damage and from start to finish they were absolutely wonderful. AJ who assessed and diagnosed the problem was so knowledgeable, honest, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help. The atmosphere is very laid-back. There are a men and a women's bathroom and the women's bathroom was absolutely clean and well stocked! Today when money and the value of quality service and how far it can go matters you get your money's worth and then some from Chico's Tires. Thanks so much! Jacksonville location. You guys exceeded my expectations and will see us for any services needed in the future. Great job!

Use to be a great place to go. Have bought over 10 tires here. And when I don’t get them here I go here for mounting and balancing. But this time I brought a tire I originally bought from them. Before buying a full matching set. One of my tires is bad, come here for just mounting and balancing. And they said $55 dollars. That is straight up robbery. Never will return again. Find another tire shop guys this ain’t the place no more.

Super nice, professional and fast service. this is the cleanest tire shop i have ever seen! luis had my trailer back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Ill be back to replace the other 3 when i need them!

I’ve been getting my tires from Chico’s since 1998. My opinion best place to get tires used or new. Check em out, you won’t be dissatisfied
