Derek did me a solid and jumpstarted my car. The battery was giving off a pathetic less than 1V after 6 years of loyalty. (RIP the battery goat) he responded to the request super fast, got to my house, hooked up to the battery with the jumper and was off less than 3 minutes later. Can’t get any faster than that! I cranked my car up to warm it up before I took my grandson to school and went to open the door and it was looked. I have State Farm roadside assistance and they sent Smith & Sons and Derek opened my car door within minutes. Thank you so much!
