I have had several repairs made that were things you can’t easily do on your own and that would costs so much at a dealer I would trade in before paying a dealer. I luv my 2012 and these guys do everything possible to get you a good price and can fix anything from a stripped oil plug to an engine rebuild without breaking the bank.Great job, timely, reliable, affordable!
Had my AC repaired along with valve cover gasket replacement. I was helped by Run and he was exceptional! Can’t beat the price of the repairs compared to other garages and dealerships . I would’ve waited days for my ac to get fixed anywhere else but dropped my car off in the morning and got it in the evening! I will be going here for all of my car servicing needs.

This place was recommended to me by K&A Towing after my timing chain on my engine broke and had to replace the whole engine, and I do not regret it. They made the whole process simple and they have great customer service along with the best prices you’ll get in town. You’ll get a great price whether it’s regular maintenance or major repairs.
Dedication Auto is fantastic! We had a problem with our rear drum brakes on our 1999 Jeep Cherokee. No one else in Jacksonville will do brake work on a vehicle older than 2000, and Shawn and Ron said they’d help. They sure did! Within a couple of days and very reasonable pricing, the Jeep is on the road again to live out more adventures! Thank you! I highly recommend them!

Despite being very very over due for multiple things like brakes and oil. So much over due that most shops just passed me onto someone else. Dedication Auto took me in instantly! The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Great customer service! Great prices, they communicated very very well! As well as took the time to do the work properly and at affordable prices.
