These people will make you sign a contract saying if you cancel you must pay 50-100% of the quote then no show leaving you to wait for hours wherever you're stuck. In my case with a little child in the heat. Reschedule to pick up tomorrow because they will have plenty of drivers available the next morning then try to extort $80 more for their "sister company" to do it because they are too busy. Absolutely unexcusable. Don't waist you energy this shyster company.
It took awhile for the tow truck to arrive, but I was in a rural area and it was late in the evening when my car broke down. But they kept me updated with texts to let me know when they were going to arrive on hwy 64. Once they arrived, the driver Dorin was polite and professional, and I could tell he knew what he was doing. A little pricey, but he was there when I needed the service, so in the end, it was worth it. I, my daughter and my car were ferried safely back to Wake Forest. I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I needed their services! Thanks again for being there when I needed u!!

Called to get a vehicle towed to my address, company was very interactive and communication was on point within 1 hour my vehicle was back in my driveway, friendly service and customer comes first. I will definitely use them again.
I needed my car towed to the dealership for a new key. Been sitting there for a minute. No one local in nashville would answer the phone. Called CSSK LLC & not only did they pick up my call & my car right away the price was good!
Broke down on the side of the road and called for a tow. They answered phone quickly told me he was on the way. 2 hours later no one. Called back to see if he was still coming and the phone went to voice-mail. Called again and straight to voice-mail. Should have known better when he said he proffers cash.. (RED FLAG!!) Called JUSTICE TOWING and they were here in 20 minutes.
The reviews are friends there is noway they deserve a 5 start. Gave 1 star only because you have to give atleast one star.
highly recommend CSSK Enterprises!! I tried for hours to get some help for my car with a flat tire and a defective spare and CSSK saved the day. Very professional and super fast at getting me safely back on the road. not to mention, he helped me not be stranded while it was snowing! fantastic service!
