Excellent service!! The guys in the service department were extremely courteous and helpful. I planned to stay and wait for my truck to be serviced but the recommendations from the team were necessary. I was offered a ride home because it was going to take at least 3 hours to complete the work. I have been satisfied with the service provided.

I feel that l was treated better by this dealership than the last dealership l went too. God works in mysterious ways I’m telling you. I will have a long relationship with this dealership in the future. What made me feel so good about LBJ is the moment l left there today one of the service members said to me “once that service light comes back on,give us a call and we will pick it up. You see l was in a car accident no fault of mines and l had fractured x 5 in my right leg. I currently use a walker and just knowing that I don’t have to find a ride to Nashville from Princeville was music to my ears

Well pleased with the work they did for me. A known issue, key sticking in 2022 silverado and other models, was not covered by warranty with only 30k miles. This was disappointing from GM but the dealership worked with my points and coupons and and got me a fair price for repairs. The service manager, Chris, was caring and very helpful. They gave me a courtesy call after the repair, that is super and unheard of.

At LBJ Chevrolet I have always had the best of care and services from staff, from service department to sales. Bryanna at sales was very helpful in assisting me with my services needs. Angel with sales has been very helpful in assessing my needs for a new vehicle 🚗💯👍🏾

I can not say enough praises in my interaction with Chris. This was my first time going to LBJ Chevrolet, as we have just moved to the area. I had taken my husband's car in to have his tires aligned and to have a cambolt adjusted. The car was taken somewhere else to have this done, unfortunately the work was not done correctly or completed as it should have. Based on information from the other company, they did not "do any modifications", as a kit would need to be ordered to have the cambolt fixed. So based on this information, my husband made an appointment with Chris at LBJ Chevrolet for the work to be done. Having this work to be completed correctly was important as we had just spent a large sum on tires that were wearing down due to the alignment was out of whack. Well, Chris was so wonderful to deal with. He answered all my questions and requests. I went back and forth several times from the waiting room to his area with questions and/or requests. He always had a smile. A part was ordered based on the other company's "findings". Well, the part was definitely not needed and we were not charged for it. Chris was so very wonderfully patient, kind and a pure pleasure to have to work with. And as far as the car goes, well, my husband couldn't be happier. When I left, I felt our car was well taken care of. I didn't mind the wait. This wasn't a quick in and out job. I felt confident when I left that the work was completed correctly. Also our kudos to the mechanic who worked on the car. I don't know his name. But he deserves to be noted as well. Our only regret was we went with the other company and pretty much lost that money. My husband was very pleased with the experience that he's said, "they've got my business." Live and learn. Go see Chris. He's that wonderful!

This particular time, in August of 2025, purchasing a vehicle at your dealership was incredible. LBJ showed great hospitality, offering my family and I drinks and popcorn throughout our time spent there and, just randomly checking on us. Shout out to Angel, Mr. Cook, the manager, and Les for making the entire process soooo smooth. Grateful for my free, 1st oil change and for the gentleman that works at the register, making appointments and whatever else he does in the service department, thanks for being so courteous! LBJ of Nashville rocks!!!!

I took my truck there so that they could do a diagnostic. They figured out what was wrong with it. They also quoted me a price. Even though it was more than I wanted to pay. I advised them that I would pay for the diagnostic and I thank them for their assistance. When I went to pay for the diagnostic I was assisted by Chris. He was just as friendly as Sean and Trey. I would definitely do business with them again! Oh and Chris remembered me from purchasing my vehicle from them in 2010. When I walked in I said I had a diagnostic done on my SUV. He said Smith I said yep. We were talking about my SUV and he said idk why I remember but Curtis sold you your truck. I said yes! My truck was bought in 2016 almost 10 years ago! That says a lot! Thanks LBJ Service dept for your awesome service!

I went in for my free oil change, they offer when u get a car from them , first one free ,and ended up also getting tire rotation as well.which was a nice surprise . Told me an hour ,but was finished in 30 minutes. Everyone is so friendly there . Thank you very much ❤️

I. Was treated extremely nice and promptly. The service manager and a mechanic looked at our vehicle and told me exactly what the problem was and said they could fix it that day. I left the vehicle and in a very short time it was completed and ready to go. I could not have been treated any better or quicker. Very happy with LBJ.

This was my first routine maintenance service since the purchase of my new vehicle and it was free. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with Chris and my service. I was able to get in and out first thing in the morning without being late for work. I will definitely return for future servicing.

Great experience at LBJ! I bought my Traverse from another dealership about 30 mins away, it is amazing the difference in customer service! Chris and Shaun both have been very quick to address issues with my vehicle, even though it was not purchased through LBJ. I have been very impressed with the service and love that it gives you the small town feel!

LBJ has a wonderful service department. Sean was very professional and helpful. Unlike other car repair places I didn't feel like they tried to take advantage of me being a woman. They were extra accommodating and offered me a ride while my van was being repaired. They do charge extra for using a credit card but that's becoming fairly common these days.

My vehicle was serviced quickly and professionally. I was in route to New York when my 2008 Avalanche started smoking. AAA dropped it at LBJ Chevrolet dealership and Sean took care of the service. After the parts were ordered my vehicle was serviced and I am on my way. Thanks for a great job!
