Came to O'Reilly's earlier around 9:30 to ask about my windshield wiper that was not hitting the windshield correctly one of the guys ask did I need help witch I did he followed me outside and tried his best to fix the problem then he said he would be right back which we waited about 5-7 minutes then he came right back out and went to another guy car to help him but never looked our way so I went in to ask Brandon could he help me which he did and I also informed him of what happened. there was only me and one customer there anyway Brandon took the time and we both figured that the spring was weak in the arm of the windshield blade the guy from m&g tire told me to ask for them next time I come to O'Reilly's I will ask Brandon for help cause lying to a person is not perfectional and all he had to say that there was nothing he could really do to help that's it not lie I will keep coming but never ask him for help again AutoZone don't even do that

Went in for battery testing & Quentin was awesome! Greeted me as soon as I walked in, ended up needing a new battery but the customer service was awesome! Thanks Quentin for assisting me.

I absolutely love Quentin and Brandon. They are so friendly and helpful. As a single and older woman, it's absolutely amazing the way they go out of their way to help with anything I need for my car or any questions that I might have. Quentin invited me to Customer Appreciation Day. Let me tell you the food was so good. Everyone that's part of the O'Reilly family was so nice and made me feel welcome. Thank you Quentin for always being so kind and helpful.

I would give 10 star if I could! Very helpful and fast to respond. I had a dead battery this morning and was less than a mile from the store but no way to get there. When I called the store employee and manager were very polite and more than willing to help. They/The store manager went way above and beyond by bringing me the battery and changed it where I was. Never thought anyone would do that !! And, the battery has a three year warranty. I have used this store chain before because of that warranty. Just the other weekend I had my battery replaced for FREE on a different vehicle because it died 2 years and 11 months after purchasing it. That three year warranty is worth it ! Again, great location to work with. Staff here are very polite and professional . Thank you!!

I really like O'Reilly's too... This location doesn't seem to carry parts. A rep sent a man to Amazon, I got turned away with a blunt "we don't got it". Used to be if they didn't have it the would at least offer to order it in...

Quentin was awesome , I had to replace a signal bulb in my Honda and he really went out his way to get my bulb replaced . It was 90 degrees outside but that did not stop him from being friendly , professional and willing . Thank you so much Quentin I will go to the store just to get great service .

Had a great experience at O'Reilly's. I went to get rotors. Not only did they save me almost $100. One of the guys was able to point me in the direction of a Mobile machine who will change my rotors and brakes..... "While I'm at work" thank you for all of your help see you again soon

No where had the part I needed , this place made the part , hose and ends, got it done , made it work . Love that kinda assistance. I'll drive right past the other 2 places to go here from now on . Thank you O'Reilly guy, Now you may not get the same help we did, this guy had a serious limp, but he didn't let it stop hom from finding everything we needed.

Hands down the best part store I've ever been to. I will purposely go out of my way to only go here as other part stores have always just been a waste of time by either selling me the wrong part or generally having bad attitudes. The staff here is amazing.

Over the Thanksgiving holidays , my engine light came on. I made it O'Reilly's for sum help and advice. They recommended changing a spark plug. I changed the plug, crossed my fingers and the engine light went away! I want to Give thanks to Violet and the crew for their help over the Thanksgiving Holidays..

Let me start by saying that Oreilly auto parts has always been my go to auto parts store. Well that changed today. I purchased a set of brake pads back in June for a car. Turns out they sold me the wrong brake pads since I have drums in the rear and they are disc brake pads. Due to Covid I have been reluctant to go inside businesses. In fact I even purchased these and opted for curbside pickup in June. I kept talking to tommy about returning them and he assured me it would be no problem to return since I feel a little safer now than when the virus first started. Keep in mind I have my original receipt and the box is unopened. He told me that there is a 45 day return policy. I have researched Oreillys website and have yet to find a 45 day return policy. The receipt does not have that printed on it either. I guess stores can make up they’re own rules now. Now I have a $37.99 part that I can’t do anything with. I plan on fighting this all the way to the top and I am contacting the corporate office tomorrow when they open. Oreilly was the best at one time but like I told tommy. I will never graze the opening of they’re door again. Thanks autozone here I come

Great experience, the only gripe I have is the low savings while using the Military Discount! I only saved like $3 which I'm grateful for any savings, but you would think companies could do better than that for us that sacrificed and served this country! Gotta do better America 💯💯💯
