I only wanted to look at the C-8 Corvettes that they had in stock and and I was thoroughly impressed.

James Cook was my salesperson and he did be outstanding job from the beginning to the end of the car buying process. He answered every question we had and went beyond my expectations to service us. If you are looking for a vehicle check out they inventory and tell them I sent you!

Angel was great to deal with. Would recommend LBJ because of their excellent customer service. Jimmy, the sales manager was great as well. I was able to negotiate a competitive price, but the customer service was what sold me on LBJ

I initially went to LBJ Chevrolet it was to look over their used inventory. I had received a flyer about a sale they were having and decided to take a look. When I got there James Cook met me and asked if I was looking for anything specific and I said that I wasn't and just wanted to look at their inventory that was advertised. James said that he wasn't going to push anything one me and showed me where the used inventory was that was mentioned in the flyer. He told me to take my time and if I saw something that I liked and wanted to take it for a drive to let him know. To net it all out, I ended up purchasing a 2024 Nissan Altima SR. The reason I did is because I felt no pressure and the car is the right fit for me and it was my decision. It was nota a car that was forced on me. All of my questions were answered. James is very knowledgeable and personable. Another reason, why I purchased the car from LBJ is because the staff were very professional, friendly and wanted my car buying experience to be enjoyable. I don't like the car buying process and the team put me at ease. It was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I will certainly buy from LBJ Chevrolet again.

Update 2 years later , after losing my husband, struggling to make payments, i finally took a chance, went back on my own and got the best service and deal on my trade in , LBJ has all my business 👍, ill brag about this to everyone 👍 God bless all of you , i was bummed about life ,you lifted my spirits. My experience with Angel was awesome! He was so generous, respectful, and was a huge help to any questions I had. If he didn't know the answer, he went to find out. He was very patient, even when paperwork was in process for my 1st choice, I changed my mind in the middle of it all. I'm so thankful for the staff at LBJ of Nashville, NC. Cannot recommend the team at LBJ Chevrolet enough! If you are tired of these big dealerships adding all these unnecessary options to vehicles and ridiculous pricing, look no further. I purchased my new 2025 Chevy 2500 from LBJ this past weekend and couldn’t be more happy with my truck and the experience. I had a much older automobile and it started acting up by not starting up. I desperately need transportation every day. So I decided to go on LBJ website and do an application. I didn’t have no idea what to expect or what model. Mind you I haven’t been to a dealership to buy a car in over 30 yrs. This is all new to me. I’m disabled from stroke and my left hand is paralyzed. Les Long called me the very next day. I told him my situation abt the car not starting and he immediately said I’ll come and pick you up within the hour. I have no family or friends here I’m originally from Md. that was the best day I’ve had in a long time. He picked me up and told I have some suggestions that I want you to see. So he proceeded to bring a black on black 2024 Hyundai Elantra to the front so I could see it. Omg I wanted it badly. No hesitation I told him that’s me he agreed and said I thought you would like this. I had my new ride less than 2 hrs. I still can’t believe I have a brand new car from my old 2006 Blue Chevy Malibu. She was 19 yrs old but she runs good. Just a little starting problem. No more worrying. Les is a great salesman and a communicator he didn’t have to do it but I’m very grateful and blessed. I’ve been a customer at LBJ for 9 yrs since I moved here. First of all I would like to say Marquis Williams was a excellent sales consultant, but that GM sucks!!!! How can you sell your family memeber a car after we been in the dealership before them trying to get a deal done. He basically gave up on us trying to trade in a vechicle, I will never visit them or buy from them. Poor leadership will ruin a company fast

They are excellent! Mr. Silver was especially attentive & helpful! Answered all of my questions & set reasonable expectations for when my vehicle would be ready. I didn't even purchase either of my Cadillacs there but thanks to the wonderful service that I received during a purchase for a key fob for my truck & headlights for my coupe, I WILL be purchasing my Corvette from them!

I never bought a vehicle from them. My only experience with them is making deliveries to them. Very nice people, easy to work with, respectful, and pleasant people to be around. All qualities I can't say about most of the other GM dealers I deliver to. If I didn't live 3 hours away I would consider them next time I am looking to buy a car.

Shawn was great to work with. He sold me not only my 1st truck but my 1st brand new vehicle. There was 1 feature I was greatly concerned about and he looked at it and agreed and said let me go speak with my manager minutes later came out said we'll take care of it!!!!!

This place is a joke. $320 for an oil change and inspection they wanted to charge me. The lady in service had an attitude. Wanted to buy a new truck and the price was highway robbery. You think LBJ and small home town customer service. To take care of their customers. Spend 90k there and get treated terrible. I'll never be back to this dealership: good riddens

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with LBJ Chevrolet. Shawn was our initial contact when we visited the lot on Tuesday October 22, 2024. My wife and I saw a 2021 Tahoe on Facebook and went by to look at it. It was not on the lot while we were there but after talking with Shawn, we promised him we would be back on Wednesday. After returning we met with Shawn and went out for a test drive. My wife Debbie decided that she wanted it. So we went inside and proceeded with the large amount of paper work. While we were doing that Shawn had the Tahoe carried back and it was cleaned and detailed. Everyone we felt with in LBJ was absolutely nice and friendly. They walked us through the vehicle purchasing process and took great care of us. About three hours later, Debbie drove her Tahoe off their lot. LBJ Chevrolet made us feel like part of their family from start to finish. We highly recommend LBJ for anyone’s vehicle needs.

Please Beware!!!!! My mom took her vehicle here to be fixed. They had her vehicle over a month and several times we rode past and it was just sitting outside… They charged her over $2000 for “a repair”… she did not have her car back for a month and it was in worse condition than when she took it. They told her it would be another $2500 to fix the problem, that I believe they caused. I told her we would not be doing business with them, and to go get her vehicle immediately. She took the car to Don B Chevrolet where they fixed everything for less than $300, $2200 less than she was told at LBJ. I told her we should have taken legal action against this dealership. As I believe wholeheartedly they are scammers. Please be careful and think twice before you take your vehicle to this location.

I would like to thank Mr. Cook one of the greatest salesmen at LBJ. He was will to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The staff at LBJ were very helpful, patient and polite during my purchase. They aren’t like other dealership that try to pressure you into a sale. Mr. Cook was outside with me in the rain as I picked my new vehicle. I will be referring my family and friends to LBJ. Also I would like to extend a thank you to Mr. Karva and SJ.

Great folks, from phone contact to sales & finance personnel. The sales rep, Jason, was totally awesome - low key, honest, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle, anticipated any concerns we had and addressed them, paid attention to the slightest detail including our comfort. The dealership provided us with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations and at a price we could afford.

Mr. Treshawn was very helpful in my selection process. He was very professional and courteous. He presented me with very cost effective vehicles and informative on each, which made my purchase process an ease without stress and financial worries. If I could rate their sales consultant customer service lower at this location I would! Never in the history of sales consultants have we ever experienced such rudeness and being laughed at. That’s one way to lose money. The sad part is they tried to low ball us saying the car wasn’t worth anything. Kelly blue book said different. It’s fine, because if that’s how this location does business, We will gladly take our money elsewhere. They try to sell used cars WAY over their actual value anyways. Yet they laughed at us. What a joke. I don’t recommend buying from here. As a former car sales consultant professional, this was a horrible experience. Do better.

Our experience was very positive. We didn’t find what we needed from dealerships in Raleigh, Durham, or Cary. My husband was growing frustrated with salespeople who were casually responsive to our requests for pricing and information. When he found this Trailblazer on their website, he left a message and was called back almost immediately by Johnny. Less than 24 hours later, we drove away with exactly what I wanted (and more!). Johnny and his manager introduced us to EVERYONE in the dealership 😊, and before we drove away, he took time to show me how to use all the features in the car. Later, as I was thinking though the day, I realized that neither Johnny nor the manager had tried to upsell us on anything! They listened to what we said we wanted, and they delivered exactly that. No pressure, no upselling. Just good business. I’m glad we drove 45 minutes out of Raleigh to purchase from LBJ
