My wife and I just spent $1300 getting our engine repaired with a baby due any day now and our check engine light came back on the following night to getting the repairs done. We went to the auto zone in spring hope, who claimed he was by himself and couldn’t leave the store. We rushed to this auto zone in Nashville and got there 4 minutes before they closed. The door was locked but they came right to the door and unlocked it for me and happily checked our engine for codes. She was extremely kind, professional and wanted to help, even with just a few minutes left to close. My wife and I both appreciate her willingness to take us in at the last minute, and her excellent customer service is noticeable and commended.

Britney and the store manager are very knowledgeable and they are very friendly and they take care of the customers very well. I would recommend everybody to go to autozone. In Nashville, because they are very smart in knowledgeable.

I had to come and give a great review, especially after dealing with a young man named Austin who is employed by yall. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had here, ever. He was not only polite and very sweet to my extremely talkative 10 year old (lol) but he also offered to change my wiper blades and top off the fluid for me, he even shown me how to change them myself if I want to try next time. This was probably just another work interaction for him but I’ll definitely remember my interaction with him. I also wanted to add this car stuff is a new world for me as I became a widow over the summer of 2024. So, a lot of the things my husband automatically took care of and I didn’t have to think about- I now have to either 1.learn how myself 2. Pay someone to do it if I can’t. I knew I could purchase the blades and yall could install them, but I didn’t even have to ask, it was an automatic offer and while that may not be that big of a deal for some people, it was a big thing for me as I don’t like to ask for help and even though I’ve had to learn how to over this past year- it’s something I still dislike to do. So, having someone offer a hand and with a smile on their face, it was nice and to entertain my talkative 10 year old on top of that, you deserve a raise in my book Austin!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Maritssa, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent experience. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer my questions with patience and care. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and dedication she truly cares about the customers and it shows in everything she does. Thanks to Maritssa, I left feeling completely satisfied and valued. She is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service!

What an outstanding experience with this autozone store. From the first commercial account purchase to every purchase I’ve made at this store, violet and Kylar have always been exceptionally helpful and customer service is phenomenal. As a business owner and repeat customer the excellent quality of service is why I choose violet and Kylar to handle everything day in and day out. Highly recommend to everyone that needs a commercial parts store.

I visited this local Nashville, NC location today to pick up oil change products and a battery set-up for my enclosed car hauler’s winch system. The staff was very attentive and swiftly took care of my needs. Bravo Zulu to Kyler and Britney for identifying I did not have the best battery choice for winch operations. Had a great first experience here at AutoZone. The staff is primarily female and it was a great thing to show my little sister that women can work in men’s profession. The staff is all friendly and like family. I got my parts quickly and efficiently and they were correct. Thank you!

I ordered a part online. They sent the confirmation email that the part was ready for pickup about 20 minutes later. I drive 1 hour and 18 minutes to get it. When I finally get there - they can't find my order. He asked the other guy and he's like..."Well, I couldn't find the part - but I confirmed we had it because I can order it for you. I can get it in 4-5 days". I asked why wouldn't you call me to cancel the order or to tell me you couldn't find it. He looks me dead in the eyes and says "That would have hurt the store's numbers." I just asked to cancel the order and left. No point. BUT - I can say I will [likely] never shop with this particular chain (ALL AutoZones) again for life.

Needed windshield wipers, the young lady had great customer service and the young male had them installed by the time I finished my transaction. He even had me to cycle the wipers a couple of time, making sure they worked properly. Great customer service on a rainy day!

Had an RV that the headlights didn’t work. Pulled in 10 min before closing. Arthel did everything she could to take them out with no success. Her efforts were what every auto parts store should require from their employees. We taped battery powered LEDs to get us home on top of the current headlights. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ARTHEL!

First trip was awesome. Needed to borrow a tool and the person helping me just asked for my license instead of making me go through the hassle paying for a loaner for 5 min of work. I thought this was really great so I returned for a part of my 2011 Rav4. The counter person said, "we dont have it you need to go to the dealer." Me the non-car person found it on your website. I ordered it. I went to pick it up today and with the order number and picture of my UPC code "for faster service. I was told they couldn't look it up with a picture of a upc code nor with the order number, only by phone which is in my profile but for some reason was no pulling up. I was asked if I had a copy of the email. So now I am on my 3 trip for which I will have a printed copy of my email and UPC code for hopefully some help.

I went in last week and the young Caucasian man(because I forgot his name) did a diagnostics test on my Tahoe with no problem. He checked my battery & some other things. He was nice, knowledgeable, professional & very helpful. He greeted me when I walked in the store, found the battery I needed and put my battery in for me. His customer service was beyond exceptional. Mind you I went with not the best positivity but he changed my entire mindset. I now will choose Nashville AutoZone as my pick. Thanks again because customer service has been slacking since the pandemic started!

I just left from there 2 hours ago. I was traveling to get food and my tire blew out. Have very little knowledge of cars so asked a question. Gene, Smitty and Gunnar were amazing and handled my situation like they genuinely cared about my well being. Transported me in their own vehicle to obtain a replacement tire. If you’re in a bind, I recommend coming to this store. They’ll take care of you.

My experience with the Autozone, particularly in Nashville NC was very pleasant. Customer service was excellent. The Cashiers were very knowledgeable of auto parts which was surprising. All of my needs were met in record time....no long wait ! GOOD Job Auto keep up the good work!!

On the 24th Service was excellent the gentle man that waited on me was excellent on the 26 I had to return the item the lady that waited on me was unprofessional she said that she could order the part and it would be in tomorrow i said fine i would come back tomorrow. Then she refunded the item with out me asking for a refund on the radiator she then said she could not order the part and I could not get my radiator to take to another store because she had to refund the item she was very rude. I will not be shopping at this store again. She should have been like the gentleman on the 24 because I would come and shop with him.

Just wanted to say how great my service was! I found out that my battery was bad and I had missed my warranty by two days. I bought the new battery and before I could get to the stop light they called me and told me to come back because they realized my battery was in a prorate period and they owed me some money. That is good business! They could have easily kept that. They have earned my loyalty!

So I've been to many AutoZone, but this is the first time I've been really impressed. And I'm impressed for any retail store. Super helpful. Like above and beyond - went out of the way to help me and reassure me. Super friendly. And never charged me for checking my lights or helping with the connections to my battery. Just friendly neighbors helping. The people working here are perfect examples of the best types of employees. Their help will keep me an AutoZone customer forever!
