Secrest was able to do a job that many had turned down and said was impossible! All of my interaction was via telephone, but they were on time and customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommend!
One of our semi’s shut off going through a busy intersection late last night, in below freezing weather in North Carolina. Mike with Secrest Wrecker Service was amazing and got to the driver/truck quickly and made sure the driver had a hotel lined up and towed the truck to a service shop to get looked at this morning. On 7/3 at 8pm, I had a truck break down in Salisbury. They were the 11th call and only ones to go get it and tow it back to Monroe. I really appreciated their help!
Called about a 1.2 Mile tow. It was a dodge 3500 single axle and wasn't positioned in a tough place. I sent pictures angles and I was called back, they acted as if they could assist they could have ,but only if mj himself was passing them the rock. Told me I needed two drivers and would charge 300 ridiculous. I got the job done by a better in town company. Follow me for their info. Best tow in town and they overstand in town business in a small town. People need to come back and refer people not go broke because you are trying g to milk a job. They did however, jump on the job which was all a smoke screen. Watch these guys. Got the equipment and unfortunately all PAYING hands. FOR OVER CHARGING JUST TO GO ONE MILE AND DO A JOB ONE DRIVER DID BY HIMSELF.. THAT WAS INCREDIBLE. THANK YOU NOT TO SECREST WRECKER. PICK UP TRUCKS DONT CALL THEM UNLESS ITS A LAST RESORT OR YOU WANT TO PAY LOUI VUITTON PRICES FOR COACH BAG MATERIAL. Thanks for no help.

I’ve seen Secrest grow and become the most dependable , caring, knowledgeable wrecker service around. The owners are always here on hand to answer any questions and run the trucks- their employees are super nice, humble, and easy to talk to .. it’s not just a business for them- it’s all family, and that’s the way you get treated . They are always easy to spot- Orange and black are always on the move. Big asset to the community also.. with contributions, and always helping their fellow men and women.

After more than two unpleasant encounters with their drivers on the road, I felt the need to let others know that I would absolutely never let these guys tow anything of mine. They drive carelessly, recklessly, and aggressively.
Had to call for service to pick up a trailer from the side of the road. They communicated about the status of everything along the way. The pickup and delivery was exceptionally well done. If I need the service again I will definitely give them a call!
Great bunch of guys here.. I went there 20 min before they were to close, the gentlemen allowed me to gather my wife's belongings from her wrecked vehicle. Though I was sure I went past hours of operation, but they allowed me to get our belongings.. They were very professional and understanding of our situation. Thank You Secrest
Fast and great service driver was very friendly. But it was sure embarrassing having to put my rollback on another one. But will call again if I ever need a tow again
Had to have my truck jump started twice by this company. After the second time they suggested we get new batteries so we did. We had all 4 replaced by them. A week later the truck needed to be jumped again but this time we had Peterbilt look at. Long story short they sold us batteries that were no good. After speaking to Kenneth today he informed me that when they put the so called new batteries in they had to jump start it that same day therefore they knew the batteries were no good and still charged us $800 for them. We had no clue they had to jump start the truck when they put the batteries in until today. Told us it was our problem not theirs. Great service, I think not
Great company with professional employees. They came all the way across town and had my vehicle loaded up ready to go in 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced too. Had to have them repeat the total because I was expecting a way higher bill for the distance they hauled. A+
I was late to pick up my vehicle that was towed without my knowledge and they really worked with me and was fair and kind... A breath of fresh air compared to any other wrecker company
