In the beginning of 2023 I brought a car for work that has given me so much trouble. It has put me down twice in the middle of traffic. The silver lining in all this was City Tire Towing they showed up the first time within 20 minutes their pricing was reasonable especially for a single parent like myself. The second my car put me down on Christmas Eve they worked with me around the holiday and picked up my car for me. When communicating with them it felt like I was communicating with family. They will always be at the top of my list.

I just found towing that I’ll have for life. Do yourself a favor and use City Tire Towing. Professional, on time, dependable and SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS easily! Wish I could give a 10!

City Tire Towing saved the day for me when I had two flat tires while out for a fun day with my daughter. He rescued us quickly, took our car to the shop, gave us a ride, and helped this bad experience not ruin the whole day.

My truck broke down around 7 pm. I thought I was screwed. I called Joel, worked things out with him, and he went out of his way to help me and my family. Joel even got in contact with a local mechanic to fix my truck. Genuinely, the best experience I've had with any service.

I highly recommend City Tire Towing. I called early morning needing a tow to my dealership. While taking to Joel he gave me an estimated time for pick up, but had to pick up another car from a wreck, he made sure he kept me in the loop about the new estimated time of arrival. Even with that he was still here with in the ETA . He was professional , personable and really showed he cared about helping me. As soon as my car was dropped off he called to confirm. I can’t say enough about his great customer service. I really appreciate great customer service as I find it hard to find these days!

Superb customer service! I was stuck in mud last night and after waiting for some time for an AAA dispatcher to contact me I called City Towing. Joel turned my dreadful night completely around! From the moment he picked up the phone he showed empathy and reassured me that he would take care of me. When he arrived(before the eta) I was even more wowed with his customer service. He was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. In no time he had gotten me out and even reminded me to make sure I washed the mud off to prevent my tires from vibrating. Joel offered customer service beyond compare!!! Will call him with all our towing needs. Stranded with my dog, Joel diagnosed possible issues, took me several places to resolve those issues and made sure I wasn't stranded again. If you live in the Union County area, call Joel. My customer service experience this morning with City Tire was beyond measure!! I was stranded with my high strung but loveable dachshund at the animal clinic. He diagnosed my vehicle's possible issues. Took Winny and I to an ATM then took me to Auto Zone. Removed my battery and installed the new one and waited while they checked my alternator. The day before my daughter was locked out of her car in downtown Charlotte. City Tire Towing was called by officers to tow a vehicle from a fatal car crash. This company rifled through my son's belongings and removed paperwork from the vehicle. It's truly heartbreaking and tragic to lose a son however, to have strangers place their fingers on any items in the car before he was even buried in the ground is infuriating to say the least!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!

First of all when I went and got my car from their impound the doors were not locked and the keys were in the ignition. The money my boyfriend left in there for me to pay the tow fee was stolen and my necklace on the mirror was stolen. They were the only one's that had access to my car. It was there over night only. BAD BUSINESS GUYS. There was over $100 cash stolen from my car!!!!

I spoke to a gentleman named Joel. He was beyond helpful and made excellent recommendations based upon his knowledge of reputable auto repair shops in the area too. I believe he went beyond his norm by calling a repair shop for me and arranged everything to make this process stress free. It was a great experience working with Joel 👍. I would highly recommend their towing service to anyone needing fast professional auto assistance without being overly charged. Thanks Joel for all your help!!

They went above and beyond to help me out since I’m injured and am unable to get around right now. He even stored my bike in the garage beside his own to make sure it was safe till I was able to have them move it for me. I definitely recommend these guys!!

I am not happy with their service. I was coming down a dark road that I wasn"t familiar with and did not see the stop sign. I went across another road and landed in the woods, I couldn't get out. Someone called the police and I asked the officer to please call AAA, he said he couldn't do that because the police had a contract with City Towing and tire company. The owners son was driving the flat bed towing truck. He lined my SUV over towards the side of the tow truck instead of in the middle of the tow truck, and in the process he ripped the plastic that goes around the back of the SUV and scratched the paint, this is a 2020 chevrolet and has less then 3000 miles on it. His son admitted to doing the damage and his father offered to pay my deductible and let my insurance pick up the expense. I have pictures to prove the damage, that his admitted to have caused in the process of loading my SUV on the bed of his tow truck. cc. BBB and Union County Sheriff office

City Tire Towing is truly an exceptional family owned business. They are outstanding in how they treated me with care and concern after my car accident. They towed my vehicle without incident. The questions and concerns I had were promptly addressed with courtesy and respect. They went above and beyond to accommodate my situation so that it worked for everyone. I am so grateful they were the towing service that came to tow my vehicle!

This company is ON POINT! Josh is simply the BEST. I called him and he went right out to pick up my SUV that was located in the woods. He was very professional and prompt. I hit the JOCK POT when i called this company... I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE...

Joel is awesome! I had contacted multiple towing companies in area to tow a vehicle off someone else's property. It was a challenging situation as land owner did not want vehicle towed. I gave Joel the court order and he took care of it exactly on the time schedule we had agreed to. He was very professional. In fact when he towed the vehicle, the land owner came out to complain - Joel handled situation very professionally and got the vehicle out of there and safely into storage. He was professional, nice, but firm - exactly what you want in a situation like this. If you need help with a challenging tow situation - I would call Joel and City Tire! SD

Great experience today. Called and was told it may be a couple hours as he had just started on a call. He called back about 40 mins later asking if we had found someone which was very convenient as we were about to call and get on his list. Pickup/drop off was easy peasy. Price was very reasonable. Updated as we had to call them again for the same truck but a broken throttle cable this time!🤦‍♀️ Still had great service, fast and friendly and very reasonable prices.

I needed towing in today for a jeep repair. Called Joel who came and towed me in. He was so nice and so professional. He genuinely cared about helping get me where I needed to be to get my repair finished. Having to be towed is stressful and costly but Joel did an awesome job for me and made the experience better than I expected. He also has the best price around and that helps alot! I have his number saved in my phone and will contact him if I ever need help. I was stuck halfway home during rush hour with a bad transmission. Within an hour of calling, my van was on the back of the truck on it's way to the shop for repairs. Going one step further, City Tire Towing dropped me off at my house afterwards. Overall very professional and willing to go the extra mile!

I would 100% recommend this towing service. My car was stuck in mud, and I called another towing service. They were going to charge me $150! I called him, and he said $60 which I felt was very reasonable :). He came and got me out of the mud in no time! Very friendly also... so if you ever get stuck or need a tow this is your guy! :D

City tire towing got 5 🌟 from me after waiting 2 plus hrs on one tow service city tire came 30 min after calling gave me a lift and stop by atm good customer service if u want good service need help call city wide and he got his trusty little side kick. Thanks D REY
