Lukis was absolutely amazing when my son was under extreme pressure dealing with his car. There was a lot going on, and my son was really overwhelmed. Lucas immediately stepped in, took control of the situation, and handled everything with professionalism and calmness. He reassured my son that everything would be okay, which meant more than he probably realizes. His customer service was outstanding, and we are truly grateful for his help. I highly recommend Lucas to anyone who needs someone reliable and supportive in a stressful situation.

Service call was through AAA and arrived quickly. Had no service charges for jump start and very much satisfied with their prompt service.

I have extremely happy with Stegalls towing company. The drivers are exceptionally helpful and concern about you. They were not in a rush both Lukis today Feb 20 and David yesterday Feb 19 provided me with the best service I have had from a towing company. I can tell they both enjoy their jobs and ensuring customers are comfortable with them and their vehicles. Best Service Ever!

Lukis provided excellent towing service. He was quick to respond, showed up on time, and handled my non-starting vehicle with care. Very professional, respectful, and fair pricing. If you need reliable towing in the Rock Hill area, I definitely recommend him.

Called AAA for help, they were there in less than 10 minutes. They were polite and asked me what the issue was, he came back with a portable charger and another tester. He jumped the car and told me that the battery had a dead cell. He was professional, polite and got us on our way. Thanks again Tom G

Pressley was absolutely incredible! I was completely stuck in the mud and beyond stressed, but he showed up quickly and immediately put me at ease. He assessed the situation confidently, explained what he was doing, and handled everything with real skill and care. He worked efficiently and made sure my car was taken care of throughout the whole process. On top of that, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind! which made such a difference in a frustrating moment. What could have been a total disaster turned into a smooth, positive experience. Huge shout-out to Johnny of Stegall’s Towing, courtesy of AAA. After a snowstorm left my battery completely dead, I immediately started receiving calls confirming my request, followed by a personal call from Johnny himself letting me know he was on the way and giving me his ETA. On a cold, rainy day, he arrived promptly, jumped my battery, and took the extra time to test it to make sure the issue wouldn’t happen again. When it turned out the battery had been drained, he replaced it right there in the rain and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The price was very reasonable for my Ram 1500, and the entire process took about 35 minutes. Johnny was personable, kind, efficient, and incredibly professional. I was even impressed when Stegall’s followed up afterward to check in. I highly recommend this company, especially for single women looking for a trustworthy and reliable service provider. Top-tier service from start to finish.

I used Stegalls for a couple roadside issues. One was a tow to my local repair shop and the other was a battery jump. Jessica, the dispatcher, was courteous and helpful through the whole process. Lukis, the tech and driver, was tremendous, quick and diagnosed my issue and got my running quickly. Great experience and would recommend.

My Maserati battery went down due to prolonged cold and lack of use. There was not enough charge in the battery to release the trunk latch and access the battery. John found the secret trunk release cable and jumpered the battery. Great persistence and great outcome. Totally outstanding. Five stars.

I have had service twice for towing. Today I had Lucas he was fast and efficient, extremely nice and followed up after dropping my car off. Its nice to be able to trust a company who gives not only great service but the employees go above and beyond to make your experience so pleasant. I would suggest them over and over. Unfortunately, keys were locked in the car but fortunately, Stegall’s Towing came to the rescue. They called to give me an ETA so I could feel confident they were on the way. Both technicians were friendly, professional and polite. I called using my AAA membership card and they did a great job getting the keys out very quickly with no extra charge. I highly recommend Stegall’s Towing for their professionalism and efficiency with a smile.

AAA dispatched Stegall’s Towing yesterday to tow my truck to a service technician in Pineville, N.C. and the person at Stegall’s Towing called me in less than 5 minutes and told me the driver would be at my location within 10 minutes. The driver arrived in less than 10 minutes! Pressley was very professional and had a very ebullient personality! Very courteous and personable young man who answered all my questions, even helped me unload some toolboxes from my truck! In a short time he had my truck loaded and delivered it to its destination in a remarkably short time! Getting my truck picked up and delivered to my mechanic so quickly enabled the service technician to prepare an estimate quickly and start the repairs yesterday! I could not have been more pleased with Pressley and Stegall’s Towing! Pressley represented Stegall’s Towing superbly, and was a great public relations spokesperson for your company! Kudos to Pressley and to Stegall’s Towing for delivering EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I will definitely recommend Stegall’s Towing to all my friends! They are the best!!

I used Stegall's towing service to retrieve a car from my driveway to tow it to my mechanic for servicing. They were very professional and kind from the very beginning and kept me updated on the arrival of the tow. Blake (the tow driver and his assistant) were courteous, respectful & professional in every area. They made sure I was aware of what they were going to do when it came to putting the car on the tow. The office attendant, Megan was also very sweet & kind. She followed up with me after the pick up of my vehicle and made sure there was nothing else they could do to assist. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend.

Ian the service guy was amazing. His ability to engage was something never experienced before. He did a fantastic job of tire service in the dark. They were great! Really prompt, and they got me to my apt at the dealership in plenty of time. The driver even filled my flat tire so the dealership could drive it around without hurting the wheel. Great service, kind and courteous driver, made my life super easy!

There are some very kind people working for this company! From dispatch to driver, everyone that I interacted with gave excellent customer service. Johnny gave me fast service but he was thorough and really went above and beyond- he even helped to point out an issue I was having with my rotors that I would have never known about without his help.

I can’t say enough good things about this tow service! Kris was absolutely outstanding—prompt, professional, and kept in great communication the entire time. His personality made a stressful situation so much easier, and the care he took with our 1972 Skylark was impressive. He loaded and unloaded it with precision and treated it like it was his own classic car. It’s not easy trusting someone with a vehicle like this, but Kris exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for top-notch service and peace of mind, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!
