I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled with my past 2 experiences. While this place is an auto store, 2 different young gentleman on 2 different days assisted me with troubleshooting tips and advice for getting my electric generator running after years of sitting idle. I was also able to get the fuel line and carburetor fluid I needed to get the generator running again. Their knowledge and assistance was greatly appreciated.
Went in today to get some power steering fluid instead of getting some help was just told to go to aisle six you know how the worker is in the front blasting some heavy metal. I’m walking out because I couldn’t find what I needed. I get asked by an older worker that I find what I needed. Meanwhile, I get A stare down as if I stole something customer service has no help in the store
Tony the assistant manager was phenomenal, very knowledgeable of the products around him and very friendly. Thank for what you do and continue to be great. (I never leave reviews!!)
I ordered a valve cover gasket for my truck Tuesday the man said it would be here Wednesday I called Thursday and it hadn't even been ordered yet so we ordered it came in today went to go pick it up and the ordered the wrong one , a specifically told them I needed the one that has the two half moons at each end of the head they ordered the one with the little round washers I have been waiting all week for this to get this truck fixed and back on the road what a big let down!!!
Took 2 batteries up there to be charged last night, the cashier said no problem they will charge one that night and the second one in the morning. Went up there a couple hours after they opened next day and neither had been charged. Different cashier apologized and said they would charge now. Came back two hours later and asked a different cashier if the batteries were ready and she said “they’re dead” yeah, obviously. Took batteries and won’t be back for anything like this again. Needed them desperately too.
Just left O'Reilly Auto Parts, and had a wonderful experience. Mike helped me from my initial phone call, to actually putting my new battery in, etc. He was very professional, super friendly, and being as busy as they were he held great composure. Thanks Mike!!! You're awesome!!!
The staff is very professional and they try to bend over backwards and make sure that we are taking care of as customers Christian particularly is a wonderful asset to O'Reilly's
Wheel fell off my boat trailer on the side of the highway because all of the wheel studs broke. I went to several places including Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, and NAPA. All of these places were either too annoyed or too busy to actually put any effort into helping me. I was about to give up trying to find wheel studs that would work and was planning to call an extremely expensive flatbed tow truck to get my boat/trailer to a trailer shop. As I was driving home, I saw this place and decided to give it one last shot. When I came here, a very nice person actually took the time to go through the computer system and look at all the measurements with me. After a few minutes, we were able to find something that worked. The person who helped me deserves a raise for sure, and this place has made a new customer out of me.
Very great customer service, especially the employee with the flag tattoo on his arm, can't remember the name However he provided outstanding customer service and checked my battery, and scanned my codes while being in the cold rain... this store has great customer service.
Very knowledgeable employees Jeremy did an amazing job helping me find the exact parts i needed.Ryan always greets me when i visit with a great can do attitude...love these guys! Great service.
Went in to have my battery checked. Found out it was pretty much done for.
So they got me a new battery and even installed it for me.
No high pressure to buy a higher priced battery, just showed what they had, and I choose the one I wanted.

This review only reflects how they conduct business online and nothing to do with this store in particular. The website is not accurate with inventory which can waste your time and gas driving to the store with the intention that the online info is correct. Furthermore the website states it will next day your part to your house. That's a lie and a scam because it's shipped like normal and won't get to you for days and not next day. Whenever my product actually arrives will be my last time doing business here or online.
I needed a battery today and this was where I remembered having a good experience here the last time I needed one. Chris was so helpful and pleasant! I will be back! (Hopefully not right away though, lol!)
This has been my favorite auto parts store for years. I needed a rear wiper for my Rav 4 and they had it. They had it in stock. I had some problem removing the old wiper at home, so the O'Reilly sales person came out to my car and helped me remove it.

Friendly staff but some are more knowledgeable than others. Prices are competitive with other auto parts stores and they are rarely out of stock on a part. They offer free check engine light testing, battery and alternator testing as well for free. They install batteries for free and they offer a warranty on batteries they sell.
I was at O'Reilly's tonight around 7:30. All I have to say is I'm so thankful for the workers that were there tonight! They helped us out big time and stayed after they were scheduled off to help us even more. I have never endured such kindness. We appreciate y'all so very much!
They definitely need to increase staff! I waited a bit too long last time I went! I know the ppl n front of me we're wanting a dealer it only that I knew o Reilly's wouldn't have so I chimed in to save time! People could save me n them headaches etc if they use their smart phones Google service to lookup their parts etc! How difficult do you have to make it!?? Anyways I believe parts house employees should take a harder test than the 1 they took to keep the nuisance people from askn dumb questions!!! They should make ppl look up parts on a computer etc like McDonald's is starting 2 do for ppl to order their food!!! Would save alot of time & aggrevation!
Hands down the most incompetent auto parts employees I've ever dealt with. They are unfortunately the closest parts store closest to my home not 3/4 mile. After 2 heated arguments with various employees that couldn't or intentionally didn't understand clear plain English until they provoked me almost physically to cuss at them.
