First time I came here but not the last. They didn't know me at all and went out of their way to make sure I got the part I needed quick, easy, and at a reasonable price. They actually transported it from one location to another so I wouldn't have to drive so far. Really appreciate it!
I haven’t made it there to pick the part up, but I’m certainly working on it.
They have been great with communication , answering questions, went ahead and pulled the part for me calling the next day. Then since I’m driving a ways to there, I asked if a photo could be shot over to my phone just to make sure it was the correct one, In 2 minutes i had it . Edwardo is the one I believe was helping

This is my sport when I need hard to find parts, and everyone in there is A-1 and has always been great to me, 8 sometimes to there just to hang out for a few laughs. If you need something give them a call or stop by the door is open and they are willing to help
I had them dig out a passenger seat for me at their Albemarle location and hold it for customer pick up. There were some snags in the deal, but they proved honest and honorable. I can’t be more happy to find great folks serving our communities in Albemarle and Charlotte NC.
I had my vehicle since 2001 and it was no longer operable. City Salvage gave me a fair price and made it quick and easy. I would recommend going to them.
I called for a used battery since mine was on its last few runs and everybody was so friendly and helpful when I pulled up, especially Edwardo! He found a great battery for me and even put it in for me while I was there! Such a great guy and thank you guys for the help! I’ll definitely be back and to everyone wondering, their prices are unmatched!!!
Im from Richmond Va and my wife totaled our car Memorial Wknd. I called one junkyard and they gave me the run around for 2 days costing me extra storage fees. On the 3rd day I called City Salvage around 9am and by 1pm they had the car, paid the wrecker, storage fees and paid me for the totaled car. They even pulled an after market radio out the car and didnt charge me. Everything was hassle free.
This guys deserve a 5 star. Customer service here is the best. They know what they are doing and tell you at front about any imperfections on the part if there is any. Thanks city salvage!!
This is a review regarding their salvage services but I just had to let go of my 2006 Ford Escape (she had over 320,000 miles on her so did her job). I got a good payment for her and my driver, Anthony, called me to make sure I was ready to give her up. He also became my own personal Dr. Phil when he said I needed to stop being sentimental and had to go make new memories with a different car. Highly recommend them if you are in need of scraping your car. They also accepted the car even though it had previously been registered in a different state since I had the title.
I have been shopping there for over 30 years and I have never been unhappy! Dennis or Ross will go out of their way to help you and the price is better than anyone around!
Quality used parts at fair if not low prices!! Been going here for years, good 'ol boys that work there!! Anyone who fixes their own vehicles knows getting parts from the junkyard will save a ton of $ on parts!!! They dont let people go in and just tear a car up like pull-a-part!! Good place to save $$$$!!!!
I have now been through a total of 5 engines from here and 2 of them where not the right engine for my car 1 had a bad headgasket and claimed it was a running motor and 1 kept breaking crank pulleys lost my buisness
Called them and immediately puts me on hold, then, after 2 minutes of being in hold, I was asked what part I was looking for so I told them, then asked what vehicle and I tell him the make and model, and before I could even finish, he says we don't have the car and then asks what year was it? Then I said 84 and he said nope don't have it so I say is there any other yard you know of that might have it and before I could even finish "do you know of any other" he cuts me off and says no my computers are down youll have to do it yourself. Horrible service.
These guys are a hundred percent genuine parts professionals and their prices & services cannot be beat it does not matter who I speak to I am always dealt with professionally I used to shop around from yard to yard they are always my first call because they are always the most reasonable unprofessional It also says a lot about a business that has people working there for many many years the guys up front who helped load and get your parts have been there forever and they are genuine people I cannot say enough good things about this place
Rude people!! Walked in at the front desk stood there for about 5 mins before anything was said to me. Asked about a part was told rudely they were not buying any parts did even look at what I had. 4th time there every time they just ask like they don't care anything about you. Will take my stuff somewhere else.
