If you are in need of a tow call Coulwood Towing! I needed my truck towed from Downtown Charlotte to Rock Hill. After a couple failed attempts with other towing companies, Coulwood saved the day! I called around 8am on a Sunday and Greg was able to get to us within an hour of the initial phone call. Greg was very nice and maintained great communication from start to finish. Called late one Saturday about 4, Chuck had just got home. He hustled back to get his truck, came to me in less that 35 minutes. Got my truck drivable so I didn't need a tow. Would use them again for sure.

From the first conversation with Chuck I knew I would be in good hands! My car wouldn’t start and I was unsure if it was the battery or if I needed to tow it to the dealership. I am a female who knows nothing about cars and Chuck helped explain what I should do first. He sent his associate Corey to come check my battery. Corey also went over and beyond to explain and make sure I got the battery and everything I needed. Seriously both men are absolutely angels and went over and beyond to help me get my car going.

Greg was professional, efficient, and careful with a difficult job of towing my trailer with a broken axle. Not an easy task but he made it work and got the job done and us on our way. Highly recommend, excellent service.
Could not say anything but awesome service that we received when our trailer came unhooked from our truck last week. When 3 other tow companies said they couldn't come help us, Coulwood called back promptly after I sent him the pictures to help us. They were so careful loading, towing and unloading our trailer. Super responsive and professional. He came to tow my vehicle to an auto shop because of what I thought to be an alternator issue, but he wanted to test the battery just to make sure. He realized that a wire wasn’t hooked up correctly and quickly fixed it no problem! Saved me a lot of money!!

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company. They handled maneuvering and loading my broken down car for towing in a very narrow country road scenario. Very efficient and affordable! Never expected to be impressed by a towing company - but I am.

The is the only company security officers on 3rd shift need to call. Every other towing company in Charlotte will say they’re coming and shut their phones off. The owner personally came out to my site and got an abandoned vehicle out of my lot in under 45 mins.

I was out of the country when my wife called me and told me her and the kids were out for a late night store run and the car wouldn’t drive. I call coulwood towing spoke with a guy said his name was Chuck. Told him the situation and he assured me he would handle it. Long story short, my wife and kids said he was a nice guy who towed the car and give my family a ride home at 2 am! I have saved the number in my phone and will use him these guys again!
