Called late one Saturday about 4, Chuck had just got home. He hustled back to get his truck, came to me in less that 35 minutes. Got my truck drivable so I didn't need a tow. Would use them again for sure.

Super responsive and professional. He came to tow my vehicle to an auto shop because of what I thought to be an alternator issue, but he wanted to test the battery just to make sure. He realized that a wire wasn’t hooked up correctly and quickly fixed it no problem! Saved me a lot of money!!

The is the only company security officers on 3rd shift need to call. Every other towing company in Charlotte will say they’re coming and shut their phones off. The owner personally came out to my site and got an abandoned vehicle out of my lot in under 45 mins.
