Stuck in front of Steak48 since 1222 waiting on AAA to dispatch a truck without success. It's currently 0500 and thankfully Robertson's Towing called back within a reasonable time frame to help.
After having 2 tires blow out on I-77, Robertsons Towing was there for me, at 6am in the morning.
Professional, trust worthy & kind, Nolan made sure my car made it to the shop. I don't have enough words to convey how grateful I am for his service .

Nolan was amazing, he helped me out in tough situation when my Jeep broke down in the middle of the morning rush hour. He got there extremely quick and got me taken care of. Great service and a great guy, would highly recommend!
Nolan was an amazing help to my wife and I when her vehicle was broken into and stolen. He was able to quickly pick up our vehicle and keep it at a secured lot while we were waiting to arrange for it to be repaired. A wonderfully polite and courteous gentleman with wonderful service.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Nolan was fantastic - he showed up within 40 minutes (half the other companies I called had a 2+ hour wait, the other half had no availability). He was kind, professional, and understanding during a nerve wracking car experience. My car wasn’t quite ready to be towed when he got there and he kindly waited until it was. Truly went above and beyond and delivered top notch service. Will definitely be my go to for any towing needs in Charlotte!
After being rude to my son who was broke down at the end of an exit ramp and telling him he was going to help ‘this other customer’ came back and said he wasn’t going to take his car where he needed to and he would need to find someone else.
I get not wanting to go somewhere, but when someone has been stuck trying to find someone for a tow, and that’s your job, be courteous and a bit empathetic when dealing with potential customers.
I cannot recommend this company enough. On a Sunday night when no other company in the area would come help me tow my car just a few miles from my house, he literally stopped what he was doing to come help me out. He got there quickly and was one of the nicest people I've ever met, then got me home quicker than I had expected. I truly wish I could give this more than 5 stars because he absolutely deserves it.
Thankful for this towing service. He was prompt, polite, and honest around his arrival time. I've saved his number for future use, if I unfortunately have another breakdown.

Nolan was great to work with! After our initial conversation, it probably took him less than 20 minutes to show up to tow my truck (for a flat). I didn’t even have time to go to the ATM lol. He was quick, professional, extremely accommodating, and had no hesitation when I told him I drove a crew cab with an 8-foot bed. His equipment handled my 8,500 pound truck without any issues. Highly recommend!
My power steering went out, and I had called about 4 or 5 places before calling Robertson's. The other places either didn't answer or told me they were done for the day. Robertson's picked up, and was able to come give me a tow within about 10 minutes of me calling. He even checked under my hood to make sure my issue was what it was! Very great guy, and great service! Definitely would use again if I need a tow.
$100 to tow 13 miles I would say is pretty outrageous and was told I was getting a deal after being told it would be 30 minutes and end up waiting for 1.5 hours
