Awful. No call, no showed. I had a tow booked to load up two trailers in Charlotte, NC. I booked with owner on Tuesday morning for a Wednesday afternoon load. Owner said to send both of my trailers to his yard to make loading easier, so I sent both semi trucks to his yard to wait. Loading was supposed to be at 2pm. 2:30 rolls around and no one shows up. I called Shadetree about ten times and texted them. No answer, no response, even after confirming at 1pm that we were good to go for 2pm in which he confirmed. They still have not reached back out to me. Would not use this company or recommend anyone use them in the future.
Literally driving back on my way home from work on 485 which we all know can get super congested and found myself needing to pull over on the shoulder with a flat tire. I called another tow company before reaching this one and I was not expecting such fast and smooth service so thankful for them!
Super friendly and helpful. It was late at night but they were responsive, got to me within 30 minutes, and got me back on the road within 10 minutes after arrival. Highly recommend!
Great service by Derrick and team. After waiting for 2 hrs for another company I called Shadetree and they had a driver to me in 20 minutes. Derrick sent me photos of my car safely at dealership and the name of service mgr onsite. Such lifesavers!
He did a great job taken care of me and my family. He was the fastest person to help us after being stranded for over 10 hours on the side of the road. He even allowed us to go eat and offered to take us where we needed to go to get something to eat and drink. If it wasn’t for him we would have been stuck on the side of the road for a day spending the night in my truck until the tire shop opened back up the next day!
derrick the nice driver changed my tire in 17 below 0 degree weather in the middle of the snow storm when no one else would come out. he did all this in under 7 minutes. he even had free snacks for the customers including apple cider- great job guy !! will use you again in the future
This company got the job done. The technician that picked up my vehicle was friendly and knowledgeable. Reassured me that my car was dropped off and sent pics so I didn’t have to worry.
I highly recommend this company due to the fact I needed assistance due to my vehicle would not crank. I made one phone call and within 15 minutes I was back on the road. I would highly recommend Shadetree. The dispatcher was very kind to me. I had waited for another company and they didn’t show or call. Shadetree understood how I was alone, broke down my phone battery was at 7% and I was on a side street uptown. The driver was so kind and told me his dispatcher called out my sense of urgency. I am so grateful for making it home safe and the prompt service and kindness I received. I would use this business anytime!
Good guys...I had a stuck wheel at a business near their shop, and they sent someone out to give me a hand. To cut this story short, we got the wheel off, and they wouldn't even take my money for the help. Good Samaritans aren't so commonplace these days, so i felt compelled to give this review.

We were involved in am accident and roadside assistance dispatched this company. After 4 hours they came out and stated that the company that we wanted our vehicle towed to was closed so they'd be towing it to their storage until Monday. We them advised that we actually own the business. The driver said he was going to get gas and would call his boss to change the work order. It took us 45 minutes to realize that they weren't coming back. Once we spoke to the insurance company the company admitted to this and said they didn't have time to service us since they were short-staffed ,but it appears that they were only trying to get the additional storage money and only cancelled when they learned they couldn't further capitalize on our already unfortunate situation. I will never use this company or recommend them.
He was very sweet, professional and on time with his word. He even held a very pleasant conversation while towing my car. It was simple and easy with very reasonable pricing. I’ll definitely be using his service again! You won’t regret using this service! Definitely on point!
The tower was very nice and professional. Did a very quick and efficent job. Was also very helpful in giving me information about the cause of damage of my tire and recommending the best option as for tire repair/replacement.

My tire went out and all I heard was that dreadful wobble sound. I searched google and came across this company. They were very attentive to my call. He sent a guy right out. Derrick was on point and did all that he could to help(even though my truck required two trips, sorry Derrick). I was very satisfied. I truly appreciate the professionalism and customer service. I will lock their number in and call from now on.
Derrick was so nice and helpful when I had to leave my broken down car unattended at 5:30am to get to work on time. He was there in less than 30 minutes and texted me a picture of my car when he dropped it off at the repair shop. That definitely helped to ease my mind.
