Avoid this business. They have an eBay account where they sell parts from, which is: Iccautoparts They have inaccurate information on the listings, basic things like the color and model information are just wrong. You try and call them and it’s like they are trying to get rid of you when you’re just asking questions. They also don’t ship parts correctly so they arrive damaged. So you’re forced to initiate a return and then they pretend you’re the problem. These people shipped my truck bumper by wrapping it in a single sheet of thin plastic lining with some tape. No bubble wrap, box or anything protective. On arrival it was completely scratched, dented, and unusable. At least with eBay they are forced to be accountable, I can’t imagine the nightmare of dealing with these people locally.
Dishonest and bad service. They don't honor their customers. They sold me a headlight and i tried returning it, they did their best to scam me out of their own 30 day guarantee. (headlight was leaking water on the second day)
BEWARE !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS FROM HONDURAS LIVE HERE IN FILTHY CONDITIONS !!! I PARKED AND WALKED IN FOR SERVICE , AND MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO ! NO CAMERAS NO HELP FROM POLICE , THIS PLACE IS CROOKED AND RUN DOWN. BAD PARTS BAD SERVICE , LOCATED IN THE BACK OF AN ALLEY IN A BLIND SPOT ! JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF THEIR BUSINESS IT TELLS YOU ALL UOU NEED TO KNOW. A PICTURE WHICH WAS TAKEN BY THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CODE ENFORCEMENT!!!
