If I could give less than one star I would. They told our vehicle for highway patrol because there was a snowstorm coming On Friday. I called the shop on Friday evening and was told they were going to be closed throughout the weekend, And that they would call me on Monday. Monday and Tuesday went by with no phone call so Wednesday I called and asked what was going on that I needed to get my car back. I needed a new tires so I got a quick quote for the tires and then they told me how much the tow cost. They charged $825 for a less than 5 mile tow. They charged me storage fees for Friday, Saturday and Sunday when I was not able to pick up the vehicle because they were not available. If you have the choice to have your vehicle serviced or picked up by them or Al-Qaeda, I would choose Al-Qaeda all day long. Their attitudes are unbelievably terrible. When I asked for an itemized bill, I was told they would not service me and repair the tire that was blown up and then I had to go somewhere else to get the tire and change it myself in their parking lot. I hope this place goes out of business sooner than later and maybe we could put a mattress store in its place. Happy New Year’s. Hope you’re not around next year.

They did 4 new tires, front end alignment and state inspection. Had my car back real quick.
Best shop in town, Dillon is an amazingly creative mechanic. Two cars in one day, even tricky issues were worked out. If you are not bringing your vehicles here you should start. Immediately.
This is shop is probably the slowest people I’ve ever worked with. Had a simple accident and had to get it towed by highway patrol to the shop. Made an insurance claim with my insurance company, and Bucks auto service refused to release my vehicle to my insurance company without a verbal or written release form which I’ve never heard of in the history of having car insurance. After handling that situation, The insurance adjuster shop did not have the physical car key, which I called back two bucks auto service and their response was “they didn’t ask for the key”. Common sense would tell you if an adjuster from an insurance company is taking the vehicle to another site to get it adjusted for damages you would most likely give them the key. Point of this review is they seem so nonchalant about every service they do even the simplest things like transporting a car to another shop that is actually fixing the vehicle. My advice would be to go to another shop that is more legit and caring about their vehicles because the shop obviously drops the ball in the simplest things
I called up for a quote get my transmission fluid change, they like I have to check the book, and they wanted $500 to do the job, I watched a youtube video it wasn't even that difficult to do. This place is a ripoff, they go by what the dealership books says.
While sitting in the waiting room, I overheard a conversation between a staff member Casey and a customer. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine service I witnessed was nothing short of astounding. It wasn’t even directed at me, yet it left a lasting impression.
That brief moment alone was enough to cement my loyalty to Buck’s for decades to come. I feel genuinely humbled to know Casey and to bring my business to an establishment where people are treated with such respect and integrity.
Customer service like this is rare and Buck’s has it in abundance.
Just stopped in w/nail in my tire, freakin out, & the dude stopped what he was doin, took care of my tire, FOR NEXT TO NOTHING...even made me an appt for the rest of tires...EXCELLENT SERVICE !! Highly recommended !!
Recently relocated to the Flowers area and have seen Bucks’s a bunch in passing. Ended up needing to replace my rotors and pads earlier this week so I called Buck’s they were able to get me in the next day and completed to service within 2 hours. Staff were friendly and pricing was great in comparison to others. Highly recommend their service as I will be returning in the future if needs arise.
This is an actual honest local mechanic who will not rip you off. They are always prompt on updates to your car and will not try to oversell you on anything. You can actually trust them, and trust that they do not pay for 5 star reviews like other places!
So I stopped in to get a tire pressure monitor installed in my truck, and i have the part, so i just needed labor. So I asked if he could, and he quoted me 170 dollars, and I asked how long it would take, and I was told 1 hour and a half as he looked it up on the computer and then told me he needed a special tool to replace it. Then I told him I was going to look around the first place I called in town and told me to stop by. The shop installed it for 15 dollars. 170 and 15 are very far apart. This shop is very amateur and a rip-off. I always spend my money with small businesses if possible, but I would not recommend this place. I feel they are just looking for victims to rip off. If I could give zero stars I would.
Towed by owner to this mechanic. Told us needed spark plugs and engine coils for a thousand dollars. Took it to another place that proved within five minute the plugs and coils were FINE. Car needs a new fuel pump and sensor. Would've paid an exorbitant price to not fix it at all!! Crazy. Don't go here.
Bucks Auto Service has mechanics that really know what they’re doing. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics these days. They always provide extra details when I ask questions and their prices are reasonable for the knowledge and service that they provide. At times I have had to wait a little longer than expected because they do it right and that is something I really appreciate. They never just quickly finish a job if it’s not done correctly. Mechanic shop and wonderful service!

All 4 tires on my car show low. Drove up to station. The gentleman came out checked tires and adjythe air to amount needed... for no charge!!!! How incredible! Thank you!!!
We have been working with the mechanics at Buck’s since 2018, have had them work on all three of our cars. They have done CAT replacements, oil changes, evap leak repairs, spark plugs & coils changed on foreign & domestic cars. Experienced mechanics that can articulate repairs needed, repair costs, parts & do work quickly. Very fair priced for the level of service they provide and keep good records of work & parts warranties of the work they have conducted on your car. Keep up the great work - DILLON, CJ & the team. We seriously appreciate the great automotive & customer service you all provide our family.
Excellent experience with these folks; Mary Beth and Dillon are great. They solved a major issue that a couple other shops weren’t able to diagnose. I haven’t found a mechanic I trust until now; so glad I found them.
Awesome service. Dropped off a valve cover to be cleaned up. Very friendly staff and they jumped right on it. They cleaned it up very well, which has prevented me from having to go to the dealer to get a new valve cover.
My work vans brakes were worse for wear and they actually gave out on me while driving. Bucks was the closet shop to tow it to and I’m glad that we did. As soon as they got the parts in they knocked out the calipers, rotors, brake lines and new air valve in a day. Really down to earth dudes that are knowledgeable and polite. Will be back for sure. Thanks fellas.
You can't get more of an honest auto body shop than Bucks. I went in because my oil gauge kept dropping down to zero then back up to 40 thinking I needed a new oil pump they gave it a quick look over and just said it's a senssensoe malfunctioning. they definitely could have had me for an oil pump but again this is the fifth time that they treat me/customers like family.
another time a shop a mile down the road said it'll take $8,000 to get this to pass inspection they did it for $1,100 and it's been a year and a half later and it runs great. Bravo Bucks.. You are the honest auto body shop that others need to live up to. Thank you again
First time customer here after asking suggestions for reliable and reasonable oil changing stations. Took my car right in when I arrived at my appointment time. Had to order a drainplug and the part was there within 10-15 min. I was in and out with a fresh oil change and tires rotated within 35 minutes. Great staff, great communication, reasonable prices. Thanks Team!
Just left this shop and the staff was amazing. Very informative and great communication. I went in for one thing and they helped me with other issues as well. Super quick and felt very comfortable there. Everyone had a pleasant attitude. Will be back.
My Ford F150 required a new wiper motor and Buck and his team quickly identified the issue and repair. Initially they thought it was the column multi-switch but after some trouble shooting they saved me a significant amount of money by identifying the wiper motor as the problem. Buck and his team are an honest group of professionals that I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto repairs.
Very kind and helpful. I have a 94 Chevy caprice classic LS and Bucks auto service was nice enuf to take the time to check my check engine light which is a totally different procedure than a vehicle 96 or above.
At Bucks you can expect Friendly, fast service, fair prices and honest people. Blessed to find them! We called, they answered the first time and we dropped off the same day: prices were cheaper than they said, I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. I highly recommend them.
Other local mechanic said $9000 to get it right. These guys walked me through why $5000 to get it right for 2008 Chevy van w 230,000. They also said for $1000 fix a few things and see if codes clear to pass inspections.
So I got a Gold, Silver, Bronze quote. Great to see theirs an honest car repair shop left.
Bucks is GREAT! Car fixed in a timely manner and can not beat the cost. The people are honest and extremely friendly. I will never take my car to any orher place. AWESOME
