I needed a tow service to get myself out of a bad situation with a business that was abandoned by the owner of Carolina Auto Repair & Service. He was aware of that situation and went above and beyond to help me out. His assistance made the situation less stressful.

I have used tow companies in the past and these guys by far are the best. Their name is their standard and they delivered. Spoke with Morgan and she kept me in the loop and went over every detail. She empathized and was reassuring that they could do the job right. The driver Cody called me and showed up on time and was great. Great customer service, professional, well trained, great staff. I have a new tow company to call the next time I have any issues. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Five Star Towing and Recovery, I called on Thanksgiving holiday weekend and needed my car towed and they were so polite and helpful they sent David out to get my car they did everything they said that I would get a text from my tow truck driver Rich was David letting me know when he was in route to my location and he did and called me too , David was very pleasant and professional. They will definitely be my tow truck service again and I will definitely ask for David to assist us in towing our vehicles . Thank you guys again for your wonderful service.

Honestly, I was unsure how any tow company would get 5 star reviews until my experience. My husband got two flats on one side and the lug nuts were stripped so he couldn’t change them and needed a tow. The driver showed up within 15 minutes and was super patient. The tow fee was reasonable. They towed to our preferred repair shop and even dropped the keys for us. It made a bad situation so much better!

These guys are the greatest!! They rescued us off of I95. We were traveling from Virginia to South Carolina and in Smithfield NC our tire completely blew out. We were stranded on the inside lane of the highway. We contacted 5 star and they were there promptly. They showed up with a flat bed to tow the car and also had a second vehicle at the rear to make sure we could safely get back on the interstate after they loaded the car. The tow truck operators made sure we were safely in their trucks while they loaded the vehicle and then took us to our destination. They carefully unloaded the vehicle all the while being very courteous. They are the best!!!

The most patient and helpful towing place I’ve heard of. Lady on the phone was very nice and brought one of there best, Adam, to our rescue. Definitely recommend!!

Morgan provided detailed information about when I should expect the tow truck driver. When I mentioned my AAA membership, Morgan was very supportive of my contacting AAA for towing services. She even asked if my vehicle had a valid license plate and registration, because without it, AAA wouldn’t provide towing under the free mileage plan, which could have cost me more than expected. Although I chose AAA towing services, I’m thankful to have connected with Morgan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The price of $309 for a flat bed tow from Smithfield to Raleigh was steep, but the speed with which they did it made it more digestible. There aren’t any other tow companies in the area that had both a flat bed ready or a reputation that I would trust, so it was money well spent in that regard.

I called Progressive at 7am and was advised that a company would be out in 90mins. They pushed back the time 3 times! By 1100 no one had come. I finally called Five Star and within 15 mins someone showed up and I was back in the road!

Highly recommend Five Star Towing and they live up to their name! David Capps gave an ETA of arrival, was there at that time. He went above and beyond by hand pushing our Vehicle into a safer location to not risk damage to the property or the car. He let us know too, when our car was dropped off at the Auto shop. Would absolutely recommend Five Star Towing and would absolutely use them again if need arose. Thank you and Well Done!!!

Its always hard when you give your keys to anyone especially a stranger taking your car to a repair shop. Its always the unexpected waiting to hear the outcome but David at 5 Star towing was the best tow driver . He handle my car with care. He informed me when he arrived at the service shop . He took a picture of my car showing it was safe and sound. He spoke to my advisor indicating that the car was ready for service. This really is 5-star service. If you need a tow and want a great tow service that cares about your car. Contact them.

Highly recommend! I contacted the office, gave them my location, and they had someone out within the timeframe they promised. The driver was very flexible and worked with me on drop-off locations as I coordinated with my mechanics. Great service and communication throughout the process!

Adam and Morgan are phenomenal, we had to pick up a vehicle for our body shop and they made the process seamless. Their customer service is incredible! I am local to Clayton and will remember this for future use!

When I called to get tow service, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and kind. The driver Cory that came was also very nice and efficient. Fairly priced and took care of the vehicle with care. Would definitely recommend.

If this is five star towing that works with AAA their utter trash. They were supposed to tow my car last night when I put in the request at 7 PM it’s now 11:40 AM on the next day in AAA had to go and get a different tow service. The kicker is their headquarters is literally 10 minutes from where I needed to be picked up. If you don’t have the trucks to do your job, change things up! What if I couldn’t get my wife and kids home and they were in that car for 12 hours? Edit: now because the review he’s harassing and calling me. Yeah, AAA reached out to another towing company and they’re at my house already. So give all excuses you want dude very unprofessional. Very unprofessional to call me about a review. Do your job grow up. I see you talk to everyone blaming AAA, but I’ve been on the phone with them since 7pm yesterday. They reached out to you, multiple times over 14 hours! I tried calling! They say they will contact another towing company and guess what? Got a call in 20 mins driver was 40 mins away. If you couldn’t handle it TELL THEM, instead you don’t and blame them! Then you call me about a review but not about the service you get paid to do? Take some accountability!!! We all know AAA isn’t what they used to be, but this was on you and own it. If I wasn’t in town, my family would’ve been stuck in a vehicle overnight. Do you all have families?

I had a great experience with Five Star today, January 2. Of all days to need a tow, I wasn’t very happy on my first day back to work after the holidays. The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations! This was my first tow truck experience and it was better than I ever imagined. The truck was clean, orderly and refreshing. I assumed that all tow trucks had an automotive scent! I was promptly notified by text when the driver was in route. It was less that 20 minutes from initial contact to his arrival. Unfortunately, he had to wait almost 30 minutes for my car to be ready. Cory did not display anger, frustration or any negative emotions which speaks to his character. He treated my car like it was his own and he treated me like a valued customer. He was super nice and seemed to enjoy his job. He is an amazing driver who displayed excellent customer service and kindness. We need more people like him in jobs involving customer facing! I’m impressed!

Made my Daughters Christmas! Picked her 4 wheeler last minute, no issues. Not to mention the great customer service and reasonable prices. Thank you again Guys!

Person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said he would have a truck out to me within 30-40 minutes. Corey arrived before that and had my car hooked up in no time. Was very friendly and sociable on the ride. Payment was quick and easy and affordable as I would have spent almost as much renting a tow Dolly alone with gas in my friends pickup truck.
