You will think they will take better pictures of the vehicles, I don't know why they try to hide damages of the vehicle. Just be honest and show everything and people will buy more.

Very unprofessional, made a "typo error" that caused us hundreds of dollars and doesn't own up to their mistake. After over a month of calling to resolve the issue, lady that finally answers says I never called *LOL*. We understand that we have to do our due diligence, but they also have to do theirs in checking the accuracy of the paperwork or whatever claim your receiving with what you're going to sell, that's how the car business works if you didn't know. Congratulations, I have taught you something new. And after ALL THAT she has the nerves of saying that I'm threatening because I left things like that but somebody else won't. Doesn't deserve any stars. BE AWARE of this branch.

I spoke with Theresa on the phone and she was so polite and knowledgeable. Got my issue resolved so quickly and was so wonderful to work with!! Can’t be more grateful.

Rude people at this location no customer service

I called today and the first lady answered the phone with an attitude and couldn’t help me so put me on hold for 5 mins and then another lady named Terry answered the phone with a major attitude and wasn’t any good help and had the nerve to say have a good day girl please! They both need to be RETRAINED on providing good customer service and if they don’t like their office job guess what find a new one!

Loading for pickup is very low

This is a place horrible for pickup the car, I was in other store at the Giorgia and was simple for pickup the car, only used the app and pickup here he asking about 100 hundred information for pickup the car. Good Sucess!!!

Don’t expect anyone to lift a finger to help with loading here. Picking up a small 3,000 lb item, the forklift operator said can’t load that..mind you the forklift was picking up cars and trucks weighing at least twice as much. Had to hire in a wrecker to load.

I had a very disappointing experience with IAAI Auction. The manager and staff had no idea how to properly register my driver in their application, and instead of helping, they were rude and unprofessional. It was extremely frustrating to deal with such unorganized service. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer support and professionalism.

I’ve bought 3 cars here in a month that this location has NOT notarized the title on…

Reasons I was dreading the trip to IAA: - saying goodbye to my beloved Buick, especially knowing I don’t have a replacement car yet. And I’m quickly running out of places to look in my price range. - I tend to be intimidated in male dominated and auto/mechanic settings - the time it was gonna take me to bag up my personal items and mess with the rusty bolts that secure my license plate All of those fears were addressed and settled before I even stepped foot on your lot. • You have weekly auctions! Before they even had my vehicle pulled around I was already on the phone with my dad making plans for us to come to the one in two weeks. • Every employee I encountered was smiling, kind, and helpful but I must especially call out, Terri J. She was beyond awesome! So sweet and helpful. I don’t know if she could tell I was nervous (I suspect she is just this amazing all the time ) but her patience and easy explanations instantly put me at ease. She didn’t even get perturbed when I asked 100 questions about the auctions. Then when she told me that all of the personal items in my vehicle had already been bagged up for me- I seriously wanted to hug her. • You already bagged up all my crap for me AND my license plate was sitting on the dash just ready for me to grab it. I cannot express what a relief that was. I have been dreading this and putting this off for days because I was sure it was gonna be terrible from start to finish. My experience could not have been more opposite. You guys are amazing and I can’t wait to see you at the next auction!

I've been to this establishment numerous times and always have had good experience's, The managers Amy and Malcolm have always gone out of their to assist in whatever my needs were

I called on Monday July 14th around 1pm and whoever answered the phone needs to take a customer service class. She was the most rude ever through the whole conversation! I said thank you at the end of the call-I was taught manners, but by time I got done saying thank you, she had already hung up!

Had our wrecked car taken there at the direction of Geico. Before we had settled the disposition of the car IAA had already stripped the car and threw all our personal items in the trunk.lpst a charm hanging on the mirror. Never found it. Already had a sticker on the window and a price for auction before we had decided the disposition of the car. Poor business practices.

I came in today to get some help about turning in some forms that I received from my insurance and 5 European women were sitting up front staring me down. I waited a long time before anyone try to help and mind you there wasn't any one else in the waiting line. These ladies had horrible customer service and did not greet me. The staffing up front need some new performance/ customer service training. This type of behavior is very unacceptable. If they are not happy about being at work, they should not being work there at all !!!!

Customer service lady was rude and very unhelpful with my problem. I explained everything that i did with buyer services to receive my car and I didnt get a response and got an email about case being closed. The lady had attitude with me, Placed me on hold just to respond with “Until you do something about buyers services we’re not gonna give you your call” and hung up. Very unprofessional

This location is one of the worst IAA locations I've been to. Sat almost two hours waiting to get loaded. The loading area is a total mess, too. Wilmington is 100x better.

As a car carrier and trucker I have been to many Iaa locations. I was impacted from top to bottom; from management to service staff, how extremely nice and kind the the employees are at this location.

I spend half a million a year at IAA and have always had a good experience with Raleigh branch. I am located 3 hours from Raleigh and every single time I’m running late they will put my cars outside the gate to help me out. Every single time. They have always done this for every pick up I do. When I called ahead today to let them know I’ll be about 30 minutes late, they were very rude and acted like they have never done that for me before. Every car I have bought they put outside the gate if I’m late. I was trying to figure out what I could do to fix this issues since the office women said they supposedly had never done that before and she was extremely rude and aggressive. For the amount of money I’ve spent with IAA and the usual pleasant experience I have, this time I was very shocked by the display of aggressive behavior.

I picked up my first auction buy and I have to say the experience was great. Picking up the car was the easiest part. Extremely nice staff and very helpful. Just note to pick up a vehicle they require you to have a safety vest.

I went to check my wrecked Jeep for lost items, so needless to say, I was totally surprised when entering the office. The Staff was very professional, the office was clean and their response time to my request was quick.

Bought my first car from this location on 1/20/2021. I have bought cars from other insurance companies in the past and this was by far the smoothest transaction I have had. Won the auction at 11:30. I walked in (payed) about 3:30, had a title in my hand by 4, and the car was dropped off to me at 4:30. The car was posted as run/dive condition. Which it probably was at the time of stock in. The battery was dead "no big deal, it was expected". The issue wa that the passenger side tire had clearly been hit with the forklift forks, which broke the seal and flattened the tire "still no big deal" it was an easy fix. The problem is that the tire was hit hard enough to knock it WAAAAAY out of alignment. Which made it undrivable. There were several other cars that were dropped off for pickup, that were handled entirely to roughly. Almost all of the drivers picking up cars were disgusted by the way the forklift drivers were treating the cars. A ford fiesta was dropped so hard that the 2 front tires blew out and came off rim. In short, I will buy from them again. However I will go into the process expecting the additional forklift damage.

Great place to buy a charity auction car or buy for scrap "Mike's Towing and Transport"

The ladies in the office were efficient and pleasant! 5 stars for them! But when I went to get my personal belongings from my totaled ford F'150...... they were bagged in black garbage bags left in the bed of the truck in the rain. Everything was soaking wet! 3 stars to the outdoor employees

We got a salvage title 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 from IAA that we just cannot get enough of! We will always be grateful for the opportunity that Insurance Auto Auction gave us to own what has now become a top favorite personal vehicle.
