I need a new front headlight for my 2020 Camry, with the calibration it isn't as easy to change the bulb itself anymore on the new cars. Calling dealerships the price was crazy. I drove by the shop and stopped by to see if he could help and he called AutoZone ordered the part, everything was half the price the dealership was and everything worked out great!

We have had mechanical work done by PJ’s and it’s always been top notch. I recommend them to anyone. Good quality work and reasonable prices.

This place is the best for maintenance, and safety inspections! We’ve loved the service staff, they just all care so much! The front desk staff has always been so kind and friendly except the last couple times-as much as I hate to not give five stars, one of the associates is just plain rude. I think in business it’s all about interactions with people. As good as the auto service staff is it’s just a shame that one person in the organization can hurt any interaction with this great team!

We have taken our vehicle 3 times for different repairs. Each time the problem was fixed proficiently with the price being so reasonable. PJ’s is a friendly family group that has saved us so much money. Thank you for taking care of our car/truck needs!

I was traveling on Interstate 40 and hit a shredded tire, 2 hours from home. Caused my skip plate to come loose and start dragging on the ground. Found this place at random and Mike and team treated me like I was a long valued customer. Got me on my way in less than 30 minutes.

Took my truck here to get the air condition working and a break box because I was planning a road trip pulling horses. Got it back and the air condition didn't work, battery was dead when I picked it up. I had to take it back for.them to fix the air condition. The wires from the break box were hanging down in the floorboard. I had to make him fix that before I.left. They had a bad attitude about it and made it out to be my fault. They rolled the window down that was broken and was going to send the truck home with the broken window down. I.had to make them fix it before I left. When I got it back they had stuck cardboard and a rubber piece in the window so it wouldn't fall down in the door. It was still not up all the way. They said nothing to me about having to put things in the window to hold it in place. When I took it there I told.them that the window would roll down but not up so they knew it would not.roll up. I took my truck out of town and the battery died. Man said that the ground cable to my break box should never have been hooked up.to my battery. $700.00 later The owner tries to cover for the mechanic. If.that was my business I would fire him so fast. If you screw something up at least take responsibility for it, apologize and make it right without an attitude. You don't treat your customers like that.

Had an issue where my car gave an overheating code and shut down. Shortly after I left my house. I was able to go to PJ's car Care, where they diagnosed it and told me it was related to the accident that I was just in a few weeks ago. Their charge was very reasonable for checking out my car. They also gave me a ride to my house and picked me up when my car was ready to be picked up. Extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've known Mike since my parents traded with him at the N Hills Exxon. Recently, my transmission went out on my 2002 vehicle. Mike and Milan recommended if I am keeping the vehicle, to get a Jasper Transmission. I did. Great recommendation. Vehicle shifts better than when it was new. Great family owned business!!! Thank you guys!!

Nothing but class! Great people! I moved here in June and have called them with issues I needed handle immediately and both times a sensor and brake pads were handled in less than 3 hours of my call. I very much appreciate the people and mechanics they are.

Very friendly people. They came out to tow our RV and took us in same day (which they didn't have to) but chose to do so anyways. We are very greatful they did so and got our RV running again next day so we can get back on the road. Also was given treats and water for the animals I have in the suv with me. Thank y'all again for everything.

I had to stop at PJ’s because my flat tire was completely shredded! Had no idea what to expect but beggars can’t be choosers when your tire is destroyed. I already had the new tires with me but there was no way I was making to my destination like that. Decided to let the guys put all 4 tires on to save me another trip. They were friendly and helpful! Didn’t take long at all and reasonably priced. I appreciate everyone at PJ’s, thank you!

These people are awesome. I had a flat happen just in front of their business and they didn't have a used tire my size. They went out of their way to go to another place to find a tire for me. Nice people all around.

We were on a road trip and had an issue with the skid plate coming off. These wonderful people took my car in right away and helped take the plate off. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely recommend going to them for your car work.

They were only used for towing and storing a wrecked vehicle but overall the people were great. Super helpful and understanding when I returned more than once because I remembered something else I forgot to grab. No issues. Only lost a star because I was accosted with cigarette smoke as I entered the office which nearly made me lose my breakfast.

They did a full engine replacement for us! Of course with anything couple hiccups along the way with other parts that were not included but they worked and worked until it was figured out. They are stand up folks and k would definitely use them again as well as recommend them!

Very friendly lady front desk, but the mechanic was very rude. When we dropped off the truck, my husband tried to explain what was going on with it, but he just brushed us off and told us to just leave it. Called back telling us it was ready, but the problem was still there. My husband showed him a picture of the situation and said you should have told us from the beginning, but he didn't let us explain. Also, they had given us a quote, and at the end, without notice, they triple the cost of the work because they ordered parts it was not necessary. When it could have been less, they had no consideration of our financial situation. We don't recommend this place unless you want to get ripped off.

I sent my wife with my 2002 Ford E350 1-ton van because someone has stolen the catalytic converter off of our van. Now normally I'd be a little weary of people taking advantage of my wife. She went to PJ's and got nothing but the utmost professional service. Not only did they fix my van but the advice we needed, quick service, and respect they gave To my wife were top notch. We pased our inspections with no problem. And they didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone and I would definitely use them again. THANK YOU ***PJ'S CAR CARE*** By the way this echoes a couple years ago when my daughter VW beetle need a new engine under warranty. Yall are top notch

Our truck lost breaks while pulling our camper. Mike the owner was able to have our truck on the road in less then 10hrs. Plus drove my husband to and from our camper to get back and forth. You don't see that amount of care often. Even offered us a ride to a hotel or to let us use a generator. It was made so much less stressful just by these kind acts. My husband and son broke down on I-40 during rush hour. Not only did PJ's send a wrecker but they also picked up my family and brought them safely home. I had to have a new engine and Mike and Julius took awesome care of us. Fair pricing and good work. Fast, friendly, family business- couldn't ask for better. Make sure you try the coffee :-)

My daughters car broke down the night before. I called pjs in the morning and we had it towed to their garage. Lady was very nice and knowledgeable. Service was fast but very honest. I won’t get into prices but they were so fair. Coming from someone usually does the work myself. Highly recommend this place... Two days later CAR broke down again (belt flew off). Not only would they not credit me the work done but gave me an estimate of repairs. When I picked up the car they wanted almost a hundred more. Lady wouldn’t even discuss it. This during the pandemic:( I would definitely not recommend this company.

Today we safely exited I-40 in Benson NC, which by the way seems to be a town full of helpful people, due to a low tire pressure light. We pulled into the first gas station to investigate. Found a small road hazard in the tire. Road side assistance put the spare tire on but we still had too far to safely travel on a spare. We contacted PJs to see if they would take a look at the tire and see if it could be patched/plugged. They said sure and upon arrival they quickly addressed our needs. And they were super friendly to our dogs. Too bad they aren't closer to our home to meet regular car repair needs.

We were on our way from Wilmington to Raleigh, had tire trouble, these folks stopped what they were doing, fixed our car, didn't charge us an arm or a leg, we're super nice and just all around went above and beyond the call of doing business. Good old fashioned honest hard working folks. Great experience. Got us to Raleigh in time for grandson's graduation.

Never had a problem have taken my vehicles here multiple times. They are good down to earth folks. I do not feel like I am going to be ripped off like at so many other places. Dont expect a dealer type service where they baby you because if you are don't bother pulling your car in the garage there. If you want honest service this is the place to go.

I would not take my vehicle back here if my life depended on it. Long story short: after a refurbished engine was installed, car still didn't work. Mechanic gave us the run-around and we ended up taking it to a dealer to have the work redone. VERY expensive-for BOTH shops. Mechanic asked for the money up front, which we paid (BAD idea!). Like a previous reviewer said: "No concern for the customer's financial stability". My family thought we were supporting a small, local business that was close to home... We ended up paying a hefty price for really terrible service and useless parts. It's mechanics like this that make everyone afraid to take their car to be serviced! Please avoid this auto shop like the plague!
