First experience was fine. They installed my headers. No issues. At a later date I had an appointment for them to tune my Mustang. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and the tuner didn't show up. They said he had car trouble and could not make it. Go figure. They just offered to reschedule me but I didn't want to take the chance of wasting another 4 hours of time and gas.
Josh went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and make sure our mustang was right before we left. Stayed in contact with us every step of the way. We will for sure be returning for our future needs as they arise.
They had our truck for about a month and were unable to determine what was wrong with it. Granted, I believe they work best on Mustangs. They were polite but didn't communicate very well
This was the worse 4,500 dollars ,my car came running and driving to it coming out won’t start trash every where ,wires cut under the hood, all tires flat, dead battery and interior all to pieces.TURN AROUND DONT DROWN
Great local shop for mustangs, good communication and everything was done quickly. The price I was quoted is what I payed. Worth the drive to bring your mustang here.
Big shout out to Tyler and the team at Fastlane Motorsports!!! Took my 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost to Fastlane Motorsports few weeks back due to noticing some leaks in my driveway that appeared mixture of oil and coolant. Turned out to be valve cover gasket and one of turbos had a leak. Due to not wanting to replace one turbo, met with Tyler and decided to get more horsepower for my Ecoboost! I went with Garrett Racing Turbos, headers, intercooler, fuel pump and full tune! Tyler and his staff kept me up to date weekly to let me know when parts were in, work had begun, and step by step updates!! Got my truck back today and what a beast!!! So glad decided to do upgrades instead of replacing stock!! Fully recommend Fastlane Motorsports for repairs and upgrades!!! Thank you so much Tyler and your staff!! Truly greatful for all your hard work!! Very satisfied customer!!!
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company ever . After being told an initial quote I was told it was going to be almost 8,000$ more . After paying to get my actual vehicle back it wouldn’t even start after I got it brought back on the car trailer . If you know what’s good for you do not let these crooks touch anything you own .
This place is nothing but a scam , terrible customer service . Fake warranty’s and minimal communication between staff . Also have no problem adding to your bill to fit there specific needs for jobs they have already taken on . You can find better anywhere else and you should do so .
You do not want to use this company . All the job was was two parts, 14,000 was paid up front before a single thing was touched . Swapping a super charger and a mass air flow sensor . This turned into them saying we needed an ADDITIONAL 9000$ worth of work which wasn’t necessary for the original discussed work . They wouldn’t do the work unless other parts were made new to cover their scam warranty policy . Not to mention this car was taken in November or 2024 and wasn’t finished until the end of March 2025 after a lot of hassling . On top of everything after all of that the car still does not run and the battery wasn’t even connected correctly and they were the ones to replace it . This would have never happened if the old crew was still there . Heed this warning
Dropped my car off at Fastlane Motorsports in Benson on 10 May of this year. Talked with their techs about what I needed done and they told me their manager DJ does the estimates so I would have to wait. 19 June I finally received the estimate via email and responded exactly 9 min later to start the work.
Today I picked the car up with only 1 thing completed in all this time. I finally got fed up because they kept stringing me along telling me the car would go in the shop week after week. I told the manager that if they could install my panhard bar and torque arm after all this waiting Id come and get it. He told me he would have it done by the end of the week. The following Monday I called back and he explains that he couldn't do the welding on the torque arm because they had a gas tank open in the shop and he wasn't that great at welding. I wasnt happy but just said leave it alone I will be there to get it.
Today I go to get it and let DJ the manager know I wasn't happy about this and felt I shouldn't pay the full price. He initially offered to knock off 1/2 HR of labor and I said that wasn't enough. He called his manager and dropped it down to an hour off. I was willing to accept this but I started to tell him that I wasn't happy because this cause a lot of second/third order issues because I expected to have the car back in a reasonable time. I asked to speak to the owner in which he replied he was in a meeting and what did I want to speak with him for. I calmly said that this shop and a few others are the only major mustang shops around here and I've done business with them for a few years. I wanted to basically say thank you for dropping it down but they had lost my business......instead of letting me finish DJ decided to accuse my uncle and I of threating him and wanted to call the police.
Bottom line. Fastlane is no longer the shop they were. Glad the old crew moved on and opened up their own businesses.
I bring my cars to them for oil changes and general maintenance and nowhere else! They get everything done in a timely manner and are super helpful. Thanks for all your help guys! ?

Great experience! Dropped my car off on a Monday for a new clutch and shifter, and i got a call late Wednesday morning that it was ready to go. Car drives perfectly. DJ was super informative and great to work with. I will absolutely be back for future repairs/upgrades.
If you own a STANG take it to FASTLANE! DJ/Eric facilitated the replacement of my son's Gen 1 Coyote with a Gen 3 with professionalism and great service.

Had my suspension installed at Fastlane 10 years ago and all is still perfect. They even let me hang around and watch the install. Very cool. Returned last month and had a MGW shifter installed....long overdue with 115k miles. Man what a difference and again everything was installed perfectly and at a very fair price. This is a top shelf shop and I will always return for future service and mods. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Fastlane for my 2010 GT.

Took My S 550 there to have a stage 2 clutch installed these people are very knowledgeable about mustangs. You guys definitely have my business. Thanks Eric for bein straight forward . MY car drive like it should have new from the factory. I definitely recommend them give them a shot.
To start off with it was my first time going here and the whole staff and experience was Excellent!!! I got my car tuned (fully built brand-new everything and starting from scratch) for way less than I expected for the time and knowledge I was given. I HIGHLY recommend Fastlane Motorsports for any ford lovers.

5 star review. Had long tube headers , jlt cold air intake e85 custome tune . Love the car i have a 2019 performance package 2 . Was worried about having modifications at such low mileage 5200 miles but love the end result. Good customer service before , during , after the job.
Great work had my clutch changed picked my car up yesterday and loving the results. It was hard changing gears even putting it into gear. They fixed it with no problem. Prices are reasonable better than what you'll find anywhere else. Especially national speed is very over priced and getting you in takes months. So take my advice take the drive down and you'll have your car/wallet will love you
What a disappointment. After years of dreaming about taking my car to these guys, everyone of them let me down. The show room is a cluster and just as disorganized as the staff. Driving up, you would think you’re at a junk yard. I spent $3500 so they could take guesses over 4 visits and 6 months. In the end, I had to go elsewhere to have everything completely redone. Save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else.
I am really sorry it has taken this long to leave this review. If I could give these wonderful people 10 stars I would! They fixed my 2003 mustang cobra after the butchers in Charleston South Carolina almost destroyed it. The entire staff of Fastlane are an excellent butch to work with! Can’t wait to see them at mustang week! Thanks again for all your help guys!
I have been a customer of Fastlane Motorsports for over 11 years. The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge selection of inventory and take care of all engine work in-house. I prefer to use them as they still believe in the "old way" of treating customers like people and working with them within an allotted budget. You can get anything from an oil change to a twin-turbo 1,200 horsepower car built with them. Very well-rounded facility. Highly recommend.
Have taken my Mustang here a couple of times (gears, exhaust). Top notch work by some really talented and friendly people. Gears were installed perfectly. No whine or noises from rear end. This is the ONLY place my Mustang is going to for anything other than routine maintenance. And it's an hour drive each way.
Great customer service when I had a set of Ford Racing 4.10 gears installed on my 2010 Mustang GT. Very flexible and they worked around my schedule, not the other way around like most places. Would highly recommend getting your Mustang parts installed here!
Really happy with the Fastlane's team engagement, flexibility and so far, the results.
While they specialize in mustangs, local ford dealer recommended them for some work to svt focus. They said they'd be happy to take on the work, and completed the work as expected.
The issue they were resolving was intermittent, and it's only been a week, so hopefully their work resulted in a permanent resolution.
