Had a very good experience at this shop. Had a flat tire and the gentleman helped me out very quick. I was out of there in 15 minutes. High recommend.

Jason at Family Tire Shop. Very disappointed in the integrity of this shop. I was quoted $170 online. I scheduled to have them installed. When I arrived in person he told me they were $140 plus tax. I was very happy with this. After they were installed I went to pay and he said he forgot he quoted me $170 online so after tax they were now $185 total. Inflating the price because you remember giving a higher quote is dishonest and greedy.

Woke up New Year’s Day to a flat tire, searched all over benson for a tire shop that was open, just when I thought no where was open we see this place. We pull up and they’re open, guy even said they were supposed to be closed but he didn’t know and came to work anyways. What divine intervention it was that they were open. Thanks for saving the day and getting me a brand new tire on my rim for me. Y’all were a blessing to me today.

My wife and I left Connecticut early Tuesday morning December 23rd for a long roadtrip to visit family in Florida for Christmas. It was smooth sailing down 95 for the whole day until we went to pull off in Dunn, NC to rest for the evening. The moment we pulled off onto the exit at 7:10 PM, we heard a loud pop and thumping. We had picked up a massive bolt in our tire, just our luck! Thankfully we were able to pull into the gas station right off the exit to try and figure out if our holiday trip was ruined. While I got out and pulled off the tire to throw on the donut, my wife started calling all around to see if any garage or tire shop was open in the area. Call after call, no one answered. The tow truck driver at the gas station said they could tow us, but we’d have to wait until morning to get it replaced since everything local was closed, and that was if they had the right size for our little car. It seemed like we wouldn’t be making it to Florida on time. But after countless phone calls, someone finally picked up just before 8 PM! It was Family Tire Shop in Benson, NC and they were only one exit back from where we were. They had closed at 7 but were still in the shop and offered to reopen for us! So we hopped back on 95 and headed right to their shop, putting very few miles on the donut. We arrived at 8:10, they took a look at the tire and let us know they could definitely patch it for us in lieu of having to fully replace it with a slightly off size tire (our car has a tire size that usually has to be special ordered so this was expected). Within 30 minutes they had us patched and back in the road as if nothing had happened! They were so kind and accommodating, we are eternally grateful to them and would come back consistently if it weren’t 800 miles from our home! Thank you so much Family Tire Shop, you gave us the ultimate Christmas gift by allowing us to get to our family!

Had my tires patched here when I was stuck with a flat close by here. The guy let me borrow their air compressor tank since I was at a walking distance from their shop so i can fill up my tire enough to make it here. Thankfully they checked my tires and seen that I had nails in my other tire. Was able to get both of them patched so I can hit the road on time. Friendly services and would reccomend to anybody in need of assistance. Their services was exactly what I needed in an unexpected moment.

Blew a tire on the highway outside Dunn and got a bit of a runaround from wreckers nearby. Family Tires sent out Alex to my location and they got not one but all of my tires fixed up for a fair price. Real life savers, these guys; highly recommended!

These guys are awesome. They helped my grandfather a couple of months ago. He raved about how honest and kind they are. So when I noticed a nail in my tire I decided to stop here. They were very ethical and let me know that the nail didn’t fully penetrate my tread on tire. Any other shop would have pretended to fix it and charge you. Handsome mechanics, will definitely be back for any other tire needs.

Had a blowout on 95, and van was too low to get the jack under. Called these guys and within 45 mins they had me fixed up! Then had another blowout from a different tire 1/2 mile after leaving and they brought a new tire and replaced it right on the side of the road. Highly recommended!

Blew my tire out on 95N I had to guess what I thought the closest exit was and he gave me a 20 min eta he was right on time. I failed to explain what I needed but he made the accommodations for the issue and had me back on the road in an about hour with wait time. I’d highly recommend using their services.

Our rv tire shredded on 95. We pulled into Burger King needing more of a jack than what we had. Family Tire Center had the tire we needed and was very willing to follow us to change the tire with a jack that could handle the rv weight. We went to their shop & they updated our other 3 tires in between their clients with appointments. We appreciate the quick friendly service!

Had tire belts delaminate on I-95 about 1/2 hour before closing. Called these folks and they agreed to wait for us. They confirmed the damage to two front tires but only had two used tires in stock that they assured us were 'OK' - well, they were ok. It saved us. The guys were polite and competent. I never had tires fail in this manner - the guy could tell my suspicion and showed me some detail of the damage. It all turned out well. They're trustworthy. I'm impressed. Should I have another emergency in the Benson area, I wouldn't hesitate to visit these folks again.

Driving I95 north near Benson. Tire going flat. Googled “Tire Repair” and a few names came up. One was Family Tire. Of course, how could you go wrong with that. The gentleman at Family Tire proved me correct. They were very accommodating. Patched my tire as good as new. Thank you guys!

I had 2 tires blow on me around 9pm they came and picked my car up, replaced my tires with new ones & brought my car back all within 2 hours. I highly recommend them! They were great!

I knew before I left on my trip to Virginia I needed to replace at least one tire. As I was traveling on I-95 the rumbling and vibrations were unbearable and I pulled off at a truck stop and I found Family Tire Shop. What got my attention was the hours of operation. I googled the directions and got two brand new tires on the front. I was very impressed with friendly service provided. I highly recommend this tire shop.

Excellent service. And very friendly. Called them up. They came straight to our hotel on the side of I-95 within 15-20 minutes. Worked fast too. Took our flat tire. Fixed it and brought it back good as new. 1, 2, 3 ! Paid with a credit card. And we were on our way to our destination 1,000 miles away. Just got home a couple hours ago. Tire is perfect ! Jason is the "real deal"! I was on FB Market shopping for a particular size, brand and style of mud tires. I messaged Jason and told him what I was looking for and he had 4(brand new) in stock. The price was exceptionally reasonable and I drove 30 min away to come see him. He road balanced and mounted the mud tires in 30 minutes. I am very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship. I will definitely have future dealings with him!

Today my tire popped on the interstate and I googled the closest tire shop. I’m so lucky that I went to family tire shop! They were so helpful and kind. They were able to put a new tire on for me and give me advice on my other tires that are being worn down. I had such a great experience that I’ll probably come from Raleigh to buy my tires from them from now on!

I work for a animal rescue and was on my way back from transporting some animals to Maryland from Georgia. I hit something in the road and shredded my tire. I called Family Tire. They offered to come out the spare on and then have me come to the shop to put a new tire on. A good Samaritan stopped and put the spare on but I decided to go to Family Tire to get a new one put on. They stopped what they were doing to take care of me and get me back on the road. They were extremely nice. Being a female I was worried about what they were going to charge. They were beyond reasonable. I am truly greatful for all their help and kindness.

I was coming from a doctor's appointment from chapel hill back to wilmington and my tire threading was showing. I tried one shop down the road that didn't close until 6 but they could help me(I have 7yr and 5yr with me). I even asked them if they knew anyone and that I was trying to get back home and not wait until the morning. They couldn't help me with nothing and they are right down town. Sooooo, I went to family tire shop and they were able to help me with a my front tire. Fast, reliable, and prices are good. Thank you so much and will be back for more business. We were heading to Maryland from Florida and our UHaul trailer tire popped. We were in and out of Family Tire Shop within 30 minutes. They offered us sodas and water have the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. Blessed to have had them to help us!

The tire shop was open until 10pm on a Wednesday! I called for a quick and easy quote, arrived at 9:30pm, they started on my tires and were done 15 minutes later! Honored the quoted amount. Very friendly and informative would highly recommend them to any family or friends! Not easy to find a shop you can trust don’t hesitate with these guys!

Carlos so amazing! He was able to order my tire and have it within an hour! Then he put it on as soon as I pulled in and even put my spare back where it belonged. Not to mention he was extremely friendly! 10 out of 10 experience! Will always recommend and will only be using them for my tire needs from now on!
