I felt very unwelcomed by beaver himself and female desk employee. Beaver was in my footsteps from the time I was there until I left. I have issues with honda I purchased and most was taken care of. There was 1 issue that was not fixed. Instead I was told that if it got worse let someone there know. Why should a issue go without repair but instead get worse. Very very bad professional work care on beavers behalf. Had this matter been repaired the annoyances of beaver and his desk employee could have been overlooked..I spoke about this matter more than 2 times. It was clear that there was no intention to repair the problem with the car. Eventually I will have to have it look at somewhere other than beavers.

Went to pursue used car ?. First you must realize most of these vehicles are well used and some have salvage Titles! They do give you the VIN Numbers , so do your “Do Diligence “ and Look it up! You will find most of the vehicle history good and bad . Base your decision on the facts and what major damage has happened to the vehicle.
They are up front and I feel honest about the vehicles.

Best place to get genuine honda parts, bought a window after driving with no windows for months, every where i went for a quote the minimum was 240 to replace the rear passenger side window, i got it here for only 45 bucks and put it on myself.
Best place I know to get Honda parts, these guys are very knowledgeable of inventory. I bought two wheels there and the guy was even going to give me a discount because I waited, but the check was already made out for a full price. Thanks fellows keep doing good work.

Very Nice Huge Junk Yard of Honda. If you need a Honda part.... They probably have it. Very impressive collection of Honda stuff. They also usually have a dozen or so decent running inexpensive running vehicles accross from their lot for sale. Mostly (you guessed it), Honda. I've never bought anything from them so I don't really know how they're priced, but they do ship parts. Super nice people.
They have this Big inventory, I requested a part over the weekend(their closed) , 1st thing Monday morning make a call and they have SOLD ALL of part that I need which is either strange or the inventory isn't up to date. With a million plus cars. ?UPDATE YOUR ONLINE INVENTORY. People drive hrs to this place don't waste others time.
Waste of time. Called up to beavers and the guy in office said we were allowed to go back and look at the bumper lights. Was told that we could go back and look at them. Upon arriving i was denied access once there. Drove an hour and a half there. Even though i was there not to long ago and was taken to the back to go and look at the engines. Waste of time. Horrible customer service. No communication!!!
Russell gave me 2 jolly ranchers after having a bad day and really helped turn my sour mood around! I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic here and they have just been awesome! They have the lowest prices in town that I could find and told me if I had any issues, just to let them know. They are keeping their word and are taking care of my car now after the check engine light came on a few days later. Would highly recommend!!

The repair and body shop crew at Beaver's is simply AMAZING ! They repaired some MAJOR front end damage on my 2003 Honda Civic and I'm not kidding when I say I think it's running better than before it got banged up. They were EXTREMELY professional and prompt. Their estimate and prices were also extremely fair and reasonable and MUCH less than you'd pay at any dealer or name brand repair shop. I highly recommend them if you need any work done on your Honda. They are GREAT all around !
This was not my first visit to Beaver Honda.
If you happen to drive a Honda or Acura, they will likely have what you need. The staff is helpful and professional, the service is quick and the prices are reasonable. As long as I own a Honda or Acura, Beaver will be my first option for parts.
