This review is more about customer service than anything else.
They were severely let down by a major international courier who delivered my first battery, significantly damaged having been dropped.
They were quick in replacing it with no hassle whatsoever.
The second battery was also delivered damaged, by the same courier.
Again, the. replacement Was sent out, next day with no quibble, fortunately using a different courier.
It arrived undamaged.

The gentleman help me out with the batteries today for two cars had a problem with one. The gentleman gave me a refund for the battery and replaced it with the battery for another car. Had great service And they unloaded and loaded the batteries back into my car.
My spouse took 2 batteries to this establishment with the intentions of buying 2 more to replace. He had my 5 yr old son with him and in the waiting room my son was running his hand down the wall (mind you there was NOTHING on the wall. So it's not like he could have disturbed ANYTHING). A 5 yr old that was not running around wild and crazy but only running his hand down the wall. The owner of this establishment proceeded to then take it upon himself to yell at my son to stop doing that. Of course our business was taken elsewhere. This owner was in such a mood that my 5yr old is telling me before bedtime how scared he was of "that mean man". So thanks sir for being so negative and for having the courage to think it was OK to talk to a 5 yr old little boy in that manner. Im now pushing onto the BBB. Hope you have a nice day sir !
Purchased a battery from them just for it to only work for a few months. Didnt start the car for 2 days, battery is so dead it wont start even with a jump. This place is a joke.
I have been to Just Batteries on two occasions. Mitchell (same name as mine) was the employee who helped me both times. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t allowed to actually change my car battery but he assisted me on the first occasion by offering the use of a wrench and carrying the battery. The price was reasonable and he explained the features of the battery options and didn’t pressure me to buy a certain one. I felt good about my choice.
On the second occasion one of my grandsons and I went in for a replacement battery for their little 4-wheeler. Mitchell helped us get the one we needed and replaced the connector ends for the wiring bracket. I was pleasantly pleased with the price.
We need Dan Cagles help for various types of batteries in the IT industry (CMOS motherboard batteries, uninterruptible power supply batteries aka UPS). Very efficient, and fast too! Easy to business with.
I've used just batteries for my vehicle batteries, for im guessing 2 decades. Or when they were out on hwy 150. Theirs just no better place to get your batteries for about anything you need.
Prices are so much better than going to one of the automotive stores like O'charleys where the employee there told me theirs were $220 to 260.so I bew there was nonpoint in going to the other ones.They usually run within $10 of eachother.
I got my battery at JUST BATTERIES, for I believe it was $98 and took the dead core back and got $10 back so $88 for a brand new battery is unheard of today in 2024. You just can't go wrong driving to JUST BATTERIES.
Would've gave 5 stars if this would've gone differently. Stopped by got a battery. Drove to a appointment. Came back to the store because I didn't think it was the correct battery. Was told it was correct by employee. Go to install battery and it's incorrect. 1 hour drive back down to Mooresville and now we have correct battery. Gas is not free last I checked. SMH
So thankful for Mitchell this morning. They not only had batteries for Razor moped, they reconnected the connector wires from old batteries to new. When you purchase the new batteries, they don’t come w/ the connector wires🤷🏼♀️. I highly recommend this business.
Sure I got what i wanted but if you talk to you're employees like you do you're customers I can see why you don't have any help dan in there was very rude to me over a simple batter I asked the clerk behind the counter for some tools and I was taking apart my light bars and dan got upset assuming that his employee was installing my battery all because dan wasn't making money over it even after I offered to pay more for the little help i asked for my advise go somewhere else of you want better customer service zero stars
I highly recommend this place! I needed to replace 4 x 12V golf cart batteries. We emailed back & forth, as I was shopping price. They promptly responded to my emails. The lowest price I found for 4 x US Battery 12VRX-XC2 was 100 miles away @ $965 including tax & cores. I was skeptical about the $750 quote from this company! I pulled my RV in with golf cart on my trailer, on my way out of town. $750 is what I paid including tax & cores!!! Their website says that they don’t install batteries anymore, sign on the door says the same, & I was also told when I walked in the door! They did bring the 4 batteries out to my trailer on a cart for me! Battery date codes show brand new, not 6+ months old! Kudos for saving me over $200! Thank you again!
Wish I could give them 10 Stars - GREAT SERVICE!!!! They rebuilt some DeWalt 18volt Packs for me with REAL BATTERIES! Thanks guys, I'll send you anyone I can.
Avoid any "New" Inferior packs you see on Amazon, they are all junk, these guys know what they are doing and they build you the pack you want not what they want to sell you.

Needed a battery and didn't want to pay $100 so a friend of mine recommended this place. $37.50 with a 3 year warranty. I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. These guys have my battery business from now on. Quick, friendly, and great prices. Don't go buy a new battery for your car and pay 3 times as much for the same warranty. Most flooded lead acid batteries can be very successfully restored by the right process. If these guys are willing to put a 3 year warranty on a refurbished battery they are doing it right. Highly recommend.
Needed a battery for my jeep. Was in and out in 15minutes with instant installation! Can't beat the prices or the service! Will definitely be using these guys for all my future battery needs.
Best place in town to get a battery. I went in to get a new battery for my truck as my 6 year old OEM battery was getting weak. They gave me 2 options, first was for a Deka battery and second was for an OEM AC Delco battery with a 42 month warranty. I opted for the AC Delco. The price was less than Auto Zone quoted me, for a better battery! They also installed the battery for me! I was highly impressed with the pricing, service and friendliness of the staff. It's refreshing to find good service these days! I will be going here for now on for all my battery needs. Great service and I am able to support local! Thank You!
Outstanding service and excellent prices! I have been buying batteries here for at least 12 years. I live over 30 minutes away and still drive here to buy batteries. Today I had my truck battery installed for me and was driving down the road in less than 10 minutes.
These are great folks who know their products and know the applications your looking for they have helped me out many times. They do a great job building your power tool batteries to they have done most of mine one time and another and they have always performed really well.
RV service center said we needed to replace house batteries and with labor gave us a crazy price. Recommended to this place we took batteries in to have them checked. All batteries, though needing to be charged, are in great condition and they made recommendations on how to clean connections. I respect a business that doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need and will recommend them and use them again and again. As for the RV repair shop... their review will reflect their misrepresentation to try to boost sales. No respect for that.

Best place to purchase batteries in NC. A fraction of the cost when compared to Batteries Plus, Walmart and all the auto parts stores. The battery I just bought was $89.00 out the door. Auto Zone it was $189.00. Cell phone batteries great prices too
We have used just batteries for several years now. This establishment is second to none. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are always eager to help get the job done. No need looking anywhere else.

I love it, I have never been there but I did work at a place that installed batteries for years and I wish I could have spoken to customers this way. You always got 3 sides to every story his side, the customer side, and the truth somewhere in the middle. Never go into a place 5 minutes before they close and start asking a bunch of questions people got lives and families just like you and like to get off on time. If you walk into a restaurant 5 minutes before they close and sit down and order a table full of food, expect some special sauce in there. If you want a car battery at 5pm do everyone a favor and go to Wal-Mart. If you go to the place that can undercut Wal-Mart be happy and give the man a break.
Since 1969, I've lived from San Diego, CA, to Charlotte, NC, and have bought thousands of batteries from hundreds of "so called" battery stores. In the last 5 years I've gotten hooked with Just Batteries, Inc. in Mooresville, NC.
From the time I telephone, email, or walk into the business, I'm professionally and warmly greeted. All of the staff and the owner are not there JUST to sell batteries, but have a personal, technical knowledge of what they have and what I need.
It's a breath of fresh air to know that what I buy, THE FIRST TIME, is the right product I need, and a price that's hard to beat. I can't imagine buying any battery from any other business. AND I buy a lot.
I applaud the owner for maintaining a Mom and Pop atmosphere and being large enough to have anything you'd ever need when it comes to any type of battery.
I don't know a lot about cars and when my battery clunked out on me the other day, I was referred to Dan by a friend and since he's local I figured I'd get good services. Well, my mom drove me to Dan's office off 150 and they were nothing but polite. He even explained a few things about car batteries to me.

When my battery died, the mechanic wanted $170 to replace it. I called Just Batteries and they installed and warranted a battery with the exact same specification for $69. Don't overpay for batteries, this is the place to get quality batteries without a jacked up price. I highly recommend!!!
AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I was referred to this business today. I get there and the owner is moving a couple items into the store. As he enters the store, I follow him in. Not sure if he was the person I referred to, I asked "Hi I was looking for Dan?" He snaps back "Can't you see a man is working here? You can't wait till i'm done?" I said "Oh yes, sorry about that, are you Dan?" Again he snaps back even more irritated "No, No you know what, if you can't wait for a man to move some stuff, I don't want you. I don' know what you want or what you are doing, but you can turn right around and leave!" I apologized again (for what i'm not sure) and said I'd be happy to wait for him. I just didn't know if he was the one I was referred to. "NOPE! NOPE you can just leave now!" WOW, I will never buy or do business with this man. I will be happy to shout this review everywhere I go for a long time. It's clear I am not the only person to have a run in with this business owner.
