Joey was punctual and quick to load my car. He taught me things about my car that I didn't know. To make sure he took the time to care and make sure that everything was good before taking off.

Joey, the tow truck driver, is too notch. Personable and professional. He’s quick and went out of his way to help get me home after dropping off my vehicle. Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the service I received, especially considering it was peak busy season after the ice storm. the driver was friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. He navigated across what basically was an unlit ice skating rink to reach my vehicle.( I was the fifth victim of that neighborhood intersection over the course of a few hours) Then he showed care and took his time loading my car up like it was his own vehicle. The price was reasonable and even lower than I expected especially given the season. I used Empire a few times almost 10 years ago and had an amazing experience back then. You’d expect service to change over the years like it has seemingly everywhere else but unlike them Empire is actually even better now. Although I hope I never need a tow again for obvious reasons, Empire will always be my first call if I do

This company is truly big hearted and in it for helping the community. Didn’t get a tow, but we were looking for a monster truck for my son’s 2 year birthday pictures. Not only did Barry offer up his truck for the photoshoot, but he also set up the arrangement for a location with an awesome backdrop for photos. All free of charge, just out of the kindness of their hearts. I am so thankful for amazing local businesses like this one!

Joey did an excellent job helps me get my 2014 Jaguar XK Roadster to the shop for service. It wouldn’t start even after his help with jumping and charging the battery so he had to tow it with care. Thanks Joey

Had the Best experience being towed by driver Joey with Empire towing , he towed our car last friday when it broke down on old charlotte hwy and towed it to our home , plus he recommended a shop called Stacey’s classics to repair our car , and he even came back to our house and picked the maxima up again and towed it to Stacey’s classics shop , and it was paid for thru my AAA Roadside assistance policy. Great Company! I had a wheel break loose and fall off my Tacoma on a busy road on a Sunday and these guys came out did the job professionally and delivered the truck to my house in no time and the price was very fair for a Sunday service and considering the wheel was missing lol. Great Company!

AAA made arrangements for Empire to tow my car to my auto shop. Shortly after I placed my service call w/AAA, Empire's driver, Nick, called me to let me know the ETA of when I could expect him. Nick was very courteous, professional, and worked quickly! I'm very happy with the service that they provided!

I had to use AAA cause the transmission went out in my truck and they connected me with Joseph from Empire. Great guy, absolutely no problems with him. He was patient with me considering there was some communication problems with AAA having the wrong phone number for me. He had no problem loading up the truck and got it across town and dropped off. I will definitely be calling this company for my future towing needs.

Nick with Empire Towing Corp. went above and beyond with service. Using AAA, within 5 minutes I had a call from Nick letting me know when he would be there. He came in swift speed within 30 minutes(as he had another car he had to drop off first). When he arrived, he was pleasant and in no hurry to get onto the next customer. He treated me as if I was the only customer he had all day. He asked what was wrong with car and gave troubleshooting ideas that I hadn’t thought of. Car was loaded within 5-10 minutes. He confirmed location of drop off and said if he had any issues(which I’m sure he won’t. He’s a smart guy), he would give me a call. 6/5 stars. Nick from Empire Towing Corp. went above and beyond today. And today is a Sunday. Totally recommend! Thanks Nick!

Nick did an excellent job of helping me with a tire change on a Sunday. Nick arrived promptly, after being contacted by AAA, and gave me a call to let me know he was in route to my location.. He was friendly and very efficient in making sure I was safe and that the spare tire was install properly, and that I was comfortable driving off before he left me. He made sure all the tools were properly stored back in the compartments, and the flat tire was securely stored. A great customer service experience.

Excellent Service and amazing staff! I had the pleasure of meeting some of the best people due to the circumstances where my car needed to be towed- but Beth and Barry made that experience nothing less than amazing! There are still good people in this crazy world who actually care and are there to really help! Everyone who is working with Empire Towing is proof of that. I managed to back my car last Saturday evening into a drainage ditch. Early Sunday morning, just as scheduled, Joey from Empire Towing arrived to assess the situation. As this was not a straightforward extraction, Joey needed to enlist the help of his colleague, Kevin, with a separate tow/lift truck to safely get my car back on the road. Both Joey and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable, and all around kind people. My experience with them rates up with the best ever in roadside assistance! They were very thorough in assessing the situation, explained in detail what needed to done, they were upfront with costs. I cannot say enough about how kindly I was treated and with how much care they used to get my car out of the ditch. Thanks to them, in addition to my car problem being resolved, the experience was positive. There are good people in this world and I met two through AAA and Empire Towing!!

I want to give a shout out to Chris from Empire Towing. He is very nice and I felt very safe hitching a ride from him after my accident to retrieve items out of my vehicle. I am very lucky to be alive, and I am very impressed that Chris was able to help me locate an important item from my vehicle even though it was clearly totaled. He really took the couple of minutes to help me and it made a huge difference for someone to patient with me after something like this! I also wanted to give a special thank you to the other tow man who first arrived, but he could not speak out loud! Even though he could not speak, we understood each tower perfectly. He was so sweet and was so comforting as he was one of the first people I interacted with when I was first pulled out of the vehicle. If I ever get into another situation where I need a tow, these guys are awesome. I highly recommend them.
