As a small business owner, every piece of equipment matters. Today, my mower slipped partway down a steep 25’ slope toward the woods. I did everything I could to recover it, but with the wet conditions, it just kept getting worse. I knew I had to make the call — and I’m so glad I called Ultimate Towing & Recovery.
Mike and Bill showed up fast, were super friendly, and immediately knew exactly what to do. They handled the tricky situation like pros and safely recovered my mower without any further damage. One machine down can mean a huge hit for my business, so their quick response and skill truly saved my rear today.

My busses bumper was about 2 feet over the pavement and in my driveway. The NC highway patrol rycalled them. This was on a Friday . I y.came home to find my bus missing. I called to see if I could pay to have them bring it back, the secretary said I would have to wait until Monday. She couldn't tell me a price and charged $100 a day storage. I called to find out what it would cost. The owner wouldn't call me back. After 4 days She said I owed $10,700. They didn't unlock the airbrakes or fill the air shocks. There are drag mark 20 feet up my road. The bill say the fuel charge was over $900 for a 21 mile tow. This company is trying to keep my bus to stop me from suing for damages. 13 days after the tow, I went to get my belongings out of the bus. The Rear Drive Axle had been switched out, the Front Tires were sitting on Old Truck Rotors, and a creeper was leaned against the side of the bus. The top escape Hatches were left open and rain got in from the night before. The bill has the wrong address of my house on it. The secretary asked the owner if he wanted to accompany to get my belongings. He sent one of his workers with me and wouldn't even speak to me. I see others reviews on this company. This company is Preditorial Towers and scammers.

Dan from ultimate towing was the absolute best! My sons car broke down in a busy intersection. Shout out, Mooresville police kindly pushed him out of harms way.
We called ultimate towing to come and pick up the car. Dan arrived, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He loaded the car and took it to our preferred mechanic who turned away the car and sent us to a transmission shop. Upon arriving at the transmission shop, he refused the car due to lack of help and no time. So Dan kindly drove us to yet a third location without hesitation. He even called the third shop before we arrived there to make sure that they could accept the vehicle. I am forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Dan and this company. Thank you, Dan-and thank you ultimate towing.
I personally want to thank Dan (Daniel) for towing my car safely to the repair shop. I also want to thank him for staying with me and assisting in getting me help when I had a medical issue on the way to the repair shop. He stayed with me and my dog Buddy through the whole ordeal. There are still good people out there!
Chris and his wife was great. I needed a tow on a Friday afternoon and he showed up to help me out. He is very professional and funny as hell. I will always call them first.
After hours of waiting for another towing company to be found and show up, our insurance company connected us with Ultimate. We were told that they could be to us in about an hour. A few minutes later, Daniel called and said that he would be to us in about twelve minutes. Then he showed up. Then he did the job. Imagine that! I hope to never be in the position to need a vehicle towed again. If we do, though, Ultimate Towing and Recovery is a business that I would use again.
I got into an accident pulling my 27 ft camper.. the truck was totaled so I had no way to pull my camper back with a lot of personal items in it to my house, which was an hour away…. They sent someone my way very quickly. When Jeremy arrived he was very helpful and patient. 100 percent recommend this service. Very affordable and friendly!

Dan was incredible. After the first two providers through USAA didn’t show (never use 3 T towing. They are mean nasty people who have a history of leaving people out in the cold). Dan called me as he was leaving his house because he knew I had been out there for three hours. Was so nice and made me laugh while helping with my tire. Asked him how much he makes on a flat tire. He said it’s about helping people in times of need. Kudos Dan Kudos. Major good karma for you. Will always recommend and use them for any towing needs.
