By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with from customer service to them actually doing the one job and picking up the trash then trying to charge extra for things they can’t even explain.

Communication is terrible. If you’re not going to pick up my trash on pickup day, then at least provide an update around when you anticipate returning. These delays happen quite frequently throughout the year.
