Randy and his wife Renee run the best garage in the area. They’re a Christian family that has always gone out of their way to fit me in to get either my diesel truck or one of our cars serviced or repaired. From major work to minor jobs he’s always been reliable and given prices that are half what the dealer charges. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Randy worked quickly and methodically to diagnose the electrical issues with my blinkers and radio grounding in my TJ Wrangler. All of his workers were very friendly and the vibe was great in general. Very impressed!

I am more than satisfied with the job they did. Before coming here I had gone to Toyota because I had 3 lights come on. I was charged over $500 stating that it was the battery and what so. Literally that same evening the same lights came on. I took it again to Toyota and they said it could be the timing belt which had already been replaced within the year. Once I heard that I knew they did not know how to fix the issue. After much resesrch I took my car to Randy's auto repair. They told me that it would need a tune-up and replace the ignition coil. It has been a little over a month and the lights have not turned on. They knew what the issue was and fixed it pretty quick. They have gained a customer. Great people! Had a LS swap done and I can’t complain..as with any time you do a complete swap with any engine there are going to be little things to be adjusted..anything I needed I just called and let them know and there was no question ask was told to just bring it by and we will take care of it ..the only ppl I’ll let touch my truck ..thank you Randy

One of my driv. He called around the next morning and found Randy's shop and they were willing to take a look at it the same day. I received a call from him explaining the problem and what was needed... he quoted me a fair price and was able to get my driver back on the road the same day. Tire bearings went out in the middle of our trip. With 8 people in the vehicle and no one close we had to make a major decision. We called all over the area and without much luck could not find anyone. After calling Randy and Renee, they both made me feel super welcomed, ordered our parts and worked with us on pricing due to everything being unexpected. and finished the job in under 3 hours! This is a great great great family owned business! They will forever be our vehicle family. And a special thank you to Caleb for his hard work on getting Betsy back on the road.

Very nice folks..Randy and his staff are very professional and this man does not stop until you are truly satisfied...Good Christian people who really are here for their customers...and do care about their customers.. they went completely out of their way to make sure I was happy...And I have to say if you want honesty and good work by good people this is THE place to take your vehicles...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RANDYS AUTO!! Wish I could give 10 stars. I was in a bind last week with my truck. The turn around was quick. Had my car towed in on Thursday. It was ready to go Friday morning. If you are thinking about taking your car here just do it. Prices are good. I was actually giving a transparent and pretty accurate estimate. Due to the nature of the issue it caused secondary repairs. They where knowledgeable enough to factor that in. Both of the shop owners are amazing to work with. The communication was amazing. They turned a stressful experience into a pleasurable one.

All the staff members are so friendly and kind. The prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership and other shops. I will refer anyone to Randy's Shop. I will always back them in there high Quality of work. Thank you for being my mechanic since 2007 for all of my vehicle's, my son and other friends and family. You all are the BEST. Took my 2006 ram 1500 to randy for some engine repairs, and electrical repairs. kept shutting off on me and had some electrical components not working right, both times I took my truck for service I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. They fixed my issues fast and are very reliable, they are friendly people that treat you well and are easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and great mechanic I highly highly recommend Randy’s.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Randy's! I bought my first used car, which was a Mercedes, and within two months it turned into a nightmare! Thank God for the team at Randy's! Considering all that was wrong, they were extremely reasonable and so very courteous! If all businesses operated in the manner in which they do, the world would be a better place!

I took my Chevy Suburban to get fixed. The crew and front office here are absolutely awesome!!! After fixing it I was driving to work and the check engine light came back on. I contacted them and for the next 2 days they picked me up and took me to and from work until they could assess what else was going on. Once an additional issue was found they fixed it and now I am back on the road and she runs like brand new. Thank you to Randy, Robert, and the other guys in the shop that put a lot of time and sweat into getting me back on the road.

I came to Dunn NC from Dothan, Alabama to rent a U-Haul and the company would not rent to me without a connection device on my vehicle, I called around everywhere and no one could get to me on that Friday, I stopped by Tractor Supply in A nearby city when one of their employees told me about Randy’s Automotive in Dunn, North Carolina. I called Randy and spoke to him personally and explained my very volatile situation about my lights, he told me not to worry come on out and he could get me fixed right up. Randy got my adapter hooked up in just a few hours and did an excellent job with a very reasonable price to add! His staff is very friendly and professional, his office Manager Robert was pleasant and treated me like family, and speaking of family I met his beautiful wife Renee and handsome boys to top it off. As a small family operated business I highly recommend Randy’s Automotive to anyone looking for car care in the surrounding area, Randy delivered what I needed and I was back on the road in no time to head home to sweet Alabama!

I recently had work performed on our BMW at Randy’s Auto Repair. He came highly recommended by my brother Jim Byrd. I must say that the experience was exactly as stated. The estimate and work performed was flawless. Price for work was VERY reasonable considering dealer cost and estimates from other shops.
